ANGELIQUE SLOAN’s POV
Up unto this point, even though I’ve heard the side of Airi, I still couldn’t believe what I discovered. I can’t properly process how much Greyson has drastically changed his attitude to be this pathetic. He might have his share of reasons as well as to why he had to play around with women as he pleased, or whatever it was that led him to the edge of the cliff to only be left with that kind of choice.
Airi suggested that I should spend a few days and nights in their house while I still haven’t found one to stay in, but I politely refused and told her that I’ll be the one to settle things out. I heaved out a loud sigh in realization that I lied just for the sake of not getting her involved with Greyson any longer. In fact, I didn’t even have a single idea on how I would be able to survive the rest of the day.
“Have you really made up your mind?” Airi asked, in an attempt that she might still be able to persuade me.
I nodded my head once. “Yeah. Besides, it wouldn’t look too good if he finds out that we’re together.” I don’t know when it started, but recently, I’ve been having a difficulty in controlling my emotions. I felt like I would be breaking down and passing out to the ground as I bawled my eyes out. “Have you… done the thing with Greyson as well?”
I noticed a slight pause with Airi’s movements, as if she wasn’t expecting that I would be asking her that too soon. “I-if that’s what you’re thinking… Greyson was the man who didn’t care who he’d take to his bed. Seriously, he sees women as a toy,” she answered while shaking her head in disappointment.
The way that she said those words made me think that she wasn’t even regretting those experiences that she had with him.
“I’ve thought of a plan,” a sudden change of her expression was shown as she spoke.
“A plan? Precisely for what?”
Airi raised her index finger, then pointed it towards me. “Don’t you want to see how far Greyson would be willing to devour women?” she inquired. Airi was forced to continue speaking when I didn’t give her a response. “If he would be given about a dozen women at once, do you think that he would be able to satisfy all of their needs all at once? Wouldn’t they give up and look for another man to give them the pleasure that they are yearning for?”
One of my brows twitched in confusion of what she was trying to point out. “Care to explain what your goal here is? I don’t see any sort of benefit for me in that sense.”
She held onto my arms with a cheeky smile. “You’re his personal seductress, right? Then, you’re going to take part with the plan that I have in mind.” Airi pushed me over to the other side of the road, I almost lost my breath when I thought that I would be hit by a speeding car. Fortunately, the stoplight was still beaming a red light. “We’re heading back to Greyson’s bar whether you like it or not. I used to handle the profile of his women, so I know what I’m doing.”

The dust in the wind got into my eyes as Airi sped up the motorbike that she was driving on. I didn’t have the chance to protest. Maybe there was also a part of me which wanted to go back to Greyson and make things right. And there was also a possibility that I’m merely curious with what Airi had in mind.
“Angelique!” I heard Greyson yelling my name from a distant place. “Angelique! Where are you?” he repetitively called out for me.
I completely have no clue since when did he begin to search for me in that state, but I can tell that he was extremely worried for me. He probably knows that I have nowhere else to hide and no one else to rely on ever since the day that I was considered as an orphan by will.
“He’s obviously troubled by your disappearance. I’ve never seen him get this anxious because of a single lady…” Airi muttered to herself which I perceived despite the loudness of the vehicles around us. “Maybe you’re really different compared to everyone else that he encountered?” she wondered as she slightly rotated her head to pertain that she was talking to me.
I simply shrugged my shoulders even though she wouldn’t see me unless she gazed upon her side mirror.
Airi dropped me off the corner of Greyson’s bar wherein we wouldn’t be visible to his perspective.
“Now what?” I asked, then crossed both of my arms in front of my chest.
She rumbled inside her sling bag and brought out a velvet matte lipstick. “Wear this on. This has a scent that would make his attention drawn to you after a single kiss. It’s like you’re indirectly intoxicating him.” She giggled as she rubbed the edge of the lipstick on my lips.
“Are you telling me that I have to give him a taste of his own medicine? That I’ll end up hypnotizing him just like what he did to you before?”
Airi snapped her fingers. “Precisely! Didn’t know that you would be this quick to catch on,” she said, then rotated me to the other side. “Go on now. The only thing that you have to do is to allure him with your lips until he kisses you. Or you can do it the other way around, be aggressive and pull him to a passionate kiss. Everything would be up to you, Angelique.”
I watched Greyson’s back as he still kept on shouting my name and asking the people who passed by if they saw me.
If it wasn’t for the help of Airi, I wouldn’t even have the courage to return to his side. She opened up my conscience and lent me a chance to take revenge.
This is one risky mission, but at the same time, it’s going to be entertaining especially if Kim was still around. Just what would her expression be if she were to be placed in my shoes as the one who’s watching me getting my lustful desires out of myself?
