The next week arrived and I had Russeli over at my apartment. I had decided to help him fix his emotions in music and get him popular again. This was a turnaround, more like what we started four years ago.
This should help him recover his lost memories or remind him of something about me. Was I playing with fate right now, or was it playing with me and Russeli?
We sat down in my music room. The apartment wasn't only huge, it had all the things I needed to make a piece of good music in it. This was my taste. I sat by the huge piano with Russeli who was giggling from ear to ear. He was honest when he said he was happy to be able to practice with a famous musician like me.
"You can play the piano right?" I asked him, it was the most stupid question I have ever asked someone, Russeli was the person who taught me how to play the piano. Who was I kidding?
"Yes, very well." He replied and it made me smile, even when he knew my question was stupid, he still answered like I was a normal person asking elementary students if they can play.
I looked away from his face, perhaps looking at his face was making me lose my senses. "Then, I would have to show you something that brings one feeling out." I watched him pay attention as I hit the piano keys and started singing.
After a few minutes I stopped and looked at him, damn it, he was ogling at me and I wondered if he heard what I had played and sang. "What do you think?" I snap my finger to wake him up from his daydream.
He blinked and then a smile spread through his face as he looked at the piano. "Emm...Well, your voice is nice." He turns his eyes to me and I rub my forehead, truly he was lost all the time I was playing the music.
"It is the emotion I am talking about here!" I tapped the piano with a furrowed brow and he flinched. I knew I wanted to stay and stare at him eyeball to eyeball, but I was serious when I said I will make him into a great musician that has emotion and feeling for music.
He stares at me, the look on his face shows that he was surprised at my sudden outburst, he straightened up and clears his throat before speaking. "Your emotions were sincere and pure." He told me like he was guessing.
I closed my eyes momentarily, teaching him this way was not going to help. I faced him, turning my body towards him as I looked directly into his eyes and he held my gaze. "You want to have such emotions?" He nods in response. "Then you have to date someone first."
He blinked and his lips curled up as he pointed at the piano. "I am on a practice base now, I don't have to distract myself with dating." He turned his eyes back at me and I knew this would be the beginning of my headache.
Why was Russeli still acting like a kid? This made me remember when we were all alone in that mansion. He was so playful and stubborn, but that added up to his cuteness.
I smiled as an idea popped into my head. "Then, let's pretend we are dating, and use that as our stepping stone to the training." I raised my brow. "How about that?"
His eyes flared and I saw a hint of surprise in his eyes as his lips parted. "Huh! Me and you." He pointed from himself to me and blinked like he was dreaming.
Damn it! He was no different from a child.
"Yes, to be a musician you should be a good love actor, so let's pretend to date, that could help you develop your emotions." Right now I don't know if it was my head or my heart that was acting and saying all this, but a part of me was too greedy and wanted him back.
I opened his lips and closed them up again, he looked away from me and turned back to me, then his brow knitted and he relaxed them again. I watched him act like this for a few seconds before he spoke the word. "Can I pretend to date Natasha Wilbur to bring out my true feelings?"
A smile curled up in my lips and I nodded my head. "Why not." I stretched out my hand like we were striking a deal. "Let's be good music actors."
He beams and shakes my hand. "Okay."
I withdrew my hands and got up. "Pack your bags, we are going for a business trip tomorrow, so meet me by 7:00 in the morning." I tilt my head and stare at his childlike eyes for quite a long time, before walking upstairs.
I leaned by my door after closing it and a wide smile spread through my face as I touched my cheek. I was sure it had turned pink from blushing, I could hear the happy sound of Russeli's voice as he left the apartment.
I ran over to the balcony to take more glances at him before he left with his car. I saw him turn to look up to my room, but I was quick to hide by the door, and then I peered again, just in time to see his car drive out.
I walked over to my bed and hugged the pillow as a small sob escape my lips, I wasn't crying because I was sad, I was crying because this could have been the trip we should have gone to a long time ago, but now I was going to use the excuse of business to spend time with him.
I will use the excuse of helping him find his emotions to date him and have his heart back to me again and make him remember me and love me as he once did in the past, I won't let anything or anyone get in the way, now I have the power and I have the wealth.
We arrived at my villa on Jeju island and set down our things, my assistant helped us get settled and I looked at Russell as he stood at a corner of the room looking around the place.
I smiled and put my phone on the table as I walked over to him. "Feel comfortable because we would start our practice at this place and no phone calls because this place could be discovered and it may cause a scandal, you should know all these things."
I folded my arms across my chest and I looked at him, to see his expression, but there was no reaction so I knew that he was aware of what I told him, but this was another excuse to have him for myself with no distraction.
"Hand your phone over." I stretched out my hand and he placed his phone on my palm. "Thank you for your cooperation." I tuck his phone into my pocket. "I will be in my room, you can use the room on the right. Also, we will have dinner together tonight." I told him before walking away.
This was surely going to be an interesting start point for us.
