After that scene, I set off toward the precinct. I realized that the police with Don Damien was not there yet so I went back to my car. I suddenly remembered the gun that Vera gave me without Hector knowing so I quickly took it from where I put it. I stared at it. When I looked up, the vehicle carrying the people who destroyed my life and family appeared right in front of me. I could feel my anger rising when I saw Don Damien.
I quickly hid it behind me and went down. I was about to take a step forward when a gunshot filled the whole area. My soul almost separated from my body when I saw the policemen fall one by one and they were bleeding.
Ares' men are attacking the entire area! I'm sure there.
I quickly hid in my car and my eyes searched for Sir Anton, Hans, Vera, and Rusty. Some men approached Don Damien and immediately removed the handcuffs from his hand then gave him a gun.
"You really thought you could catch me easily, huh!" I heard Don Damien shout and he laughed. Ares suddenly appeared next to his daddy.
When I diverted my gaze to the entrance of the precinct, I saw Sir Anton and Vera hiding there. I turned my gaze again to Ares who was about to run away so I quickly came out of my hiding place.
"Ares Constantine Aragon!" I shouted with all my might causing everyone to look at me.
When he turned to me, I quickly pointed my gun at him.
"Try to shoot me, I will fucking make sure that this man's brain will explode here," I threatened them all.
"Anastasia!" I heard someone shout but I didn't look away from Ares who suddenly grinned.
"You can't kill me, Ana, and you know that," he said to me with a laugh, My whole body almost trembled when I heard his horrible voice.
I smirked at him and nodded.
"Have you forgotten? I killed many of your men. What makes you think that I can't kill their boss, too? Dare?" I pointed at him and pointed to the gun I was holding in front of him.
"What do you want, Anastacia? This is not you. You can't kill. Is it like Apollo? That man who inherited it?" It seemed like he was trying to convince me so I almost laughed.
I know what he's trying to do. He diverted my brain from my true intention now. My eyes caught his father approaching him while his men were behind him, all their guns pointed at him, but I couldn't feel anything. That even though I knew I could die right now here, I didn't even feel the slightest bit of fear. Only so much anger that even my heart was screaming. I hope they are listening.
"You don't know me, Ares. You don't know anything about me like how I am about you. You don't know that I can blow your skull right now. Yes, you're right. This is for Hector... and for my parents," I firmly answered him and aimed my gun even more at his face even though we were quite far apart.
I saw Don Damien's grin on his side and the movement of his staff so I was alarmed. Before they could do anything I fired and hit Ares in his arm and leg.
"I told you, try to shoot me once, this man will be fucking dead!" I shouted at them all. I heard the release of Ares's crisp breath so I immediately focused my gaze on him.
"Go straight to us, Anastacia. What do you need? You don't want to run out of my patience," Don Damien replied so I turned my gaze to him.
Out of the corner of my eyes, I saw Rusty coming from where Vera and Hans were, so I was shocked.
"Shouldn't I be the one to ask you that? What else do you want to happen and you keep destroying everything that belongs to me?!" I couldn't stop yelling at them.
My heart ached when I remembered what happened and the consequences of what they did to me. It was so much that no matter how many times they apologized to me, I couldn't forgive them. Especially what Ares did to me. That even if I die, I will never forgive him.
"What?! Why do you keep using up everything that's mine?! Hector almost died because of you, Ares! After you tried to rape me and kill my fucking unborn child, what else do you want? Do you think I can't kill you now because of what you did?" I shouted at them angrily.
There was no anger in my heart as I watched them look at me as if they didn't understand what I was saying.
Especially when Ares stood up again and looked directly at me. I couldn't see from his expression that he was hurt by my shooting his leg and arm.
"It should have been him. I should've killed him that day! I have missed killing him many times! You will never understand my reason even if you kill me!"
"Then I will fucking kill you! I will fucking rip your heart into pieces just like what you've done to me! I will fucking make your life miserable! I will fucking blow up your head!"
"Ana, that's enough!" Vera shouted and immediately walked towards me. She doesn't seem to care if these criminals suddenly shoot her.
I bit my bottom lip and looked at her for a moment and looked back at Ares and Don Damien. This old man just smirked as he watched me.
"Don't interfere, Vera. I should've done this a long time ago! Before this mess got worse and bigger! It should have been a long time! When I let them go again, it's like I gave them another opportunity to kill me and my own family!" Full of regret I told her.
She stopped on my side far away from me so I shook my head. I kept looking at Ares who was now staring at me.
"You know what? Looking at you like this disgusts me. That if it wasn't for the fact that I want to kill you now, I would never look at you because you are disgusting. I can't recognize you anymore and I regret that I met you with your unreal personality. I fucking loath you to death, Ares. I regret I loved you. I regret I agreed with you when you were jealous of Hector. Maybe you're right. You're right that maybe I just waited for an opportunity and a reason to break up! Right, I think I just waited for Hector—”
"Fucking shut up!"
My heart pounded when I heard his very loud cry accompanied by so much anger and pain. I felt my hands shaking and I could clearly see it as I pointed my gun at him. When our eyes met, I saw all the suffering and pain he was hiding. My feelings got heavier as I stared into his eyes. It speaks a thousand words to me. I feel like all my questions have been answered.
"Ana, let's fucking go. All the professional armies are already around. It's up to them to pursue them," I heard Vera whisper but I didn't listen.
I kept looking at Ares who seemed to hate me the way he was looking at me. I could feel his anger from where I was standing.
"You are fucking too much and that makes me want you to suffer more. I fucking hate you just like how you hate me, too, Anastacia. You're killing me with your words, do you fucking know that?!" He told me firmly and quickly crossed between us.
I was so surprised by what happened next that I couldn't move from where I was standing. Bullets started raining all around again. I felt a hot pain in my arm so I held on to it.
"Anastacia! Fuck! Damn you!!" I heard someone shout.
But my attention was not focused there if not on the person who violently picked me up and carried me on his shoulder. I couldn't even move because of the injury to my shoulder. I was bleeding and it hurts!
"W-where are you taking me? Put me down!" I shouted at him and punched his back but he didn't budge. He ran faster and faster while I could still hear everyone's commotion.
I forced myself to look up from crouching and that's when I lost hope when I saw that Don Damien's staff suddenly increased. It was scattered around and the exchange of bullets with the police continued.
"L-let me go! Where are you going to take me? You really are an animal!" I yelled at him as he let me down and put me in a black van.
He looked up at my bleeding arm and looked at me again.
"Stop trying to hurt me, Ana. Just fucking stop it," he told me firmly and quickly tied my hands and feet.
After a while, he followed me to gag me and cover my eyes so I couldn't stop moaning because of moaning. I seemed to explode at that time.
"You're making me do this to you. Fuck! I hope you never showed up here!" He said angrily and the next thing I heard was the loud closing of the car door where I was. I can't hear anything other than the strong pounding of my heart.
This is eating me up. I can't take it anymore.

I felt someone holding me. I tried to open my eyes but only darkness greeted me. That's when I remembered what happened and what Ares did to me. I feel the surroundings. It was so quiet that I could hear any noise anyone made.
Where am I?
I still feel the pain in my arm from the gunshot wound. I'm also weak so I guess I've lost a lot of blood. I can't even move a little more.
I lay there for a few minutes. I tried to sit which I did successfully. My eyes started to heat up because of so much fear. I don't know where I am and I'm sure everyone is worried about me.
After a while, I heard footsteps coming from the left direction so I quickly turned there even though I couldn't see anything. I felt all around again. Next I heard the door open and close again.
"You're finally awake," I heard a familiar voice say. I tried to remember whose voice it was but nothing came to mind.
"W-who are you?" I asked him trembling. My chest started to throb even more. "Where am I? What are you going to do with me?" I asked him another question.
I heard its laughter and the sound of something. After a while, I felt a presence in front of me. Before I could react, the cover was gone from my eyes. I frowned and slowly opened my eyes. This person showed me an elegant room in front of me. He was sitting in front of me while smiling and watching me.
"The lovely daughter of Dimitrius and Ariza. Nice to see you again, Anastacia Solei," he smiled at me.
The anger in my heart immediately disappeared when I heard that from him. I looked around the room and saw Ares looking at me. His expression was blank.
I turned my gaze to the man in front of me and looked at him intently.
"Don Damien," I said to the air.
It grinned again and nodded.
"Yes, that's me. How are you feeling?" This question made me laugh.
"Stop fucking fooling around. Where am I?!" I shouted at him but his expression remained firm.
"Even if you cry there, you won't know where you are. No one will show up to rescue you, I'm sure of that," he casually told me then stood up. He went to the window there and looked into the void for a moment before turning back to me. "Even your family..."
I smirked at him.
"You're wrong, Damien Aragon, because I know at this time, your son Hector is already cursing you and almost died because of what you did," I said firmly and looked at him.
But deep down inside of me, I am scared. I'm so scared. I felt a deep fear in my heart as I stared at him. I want to ask for help. I wanted to scream but I knew I didn't have enough strength anymore so I kept my mouth shut.
But my heart was crying silently. I feel like I'm going to throw up with so much nervousness and fear. I don't know if I can take it anymore.
