Bolt grabbed Aiden’s collar and hit him against the wall, ready to kill him.
“Mr. Gos.. Gosling! It’s not my words.” Aiden reminded him. “And he also that he would be pleased to be wrong. He is just concerned about you.”
“By insulting my mate?” Bolt growled at Aiden. “I swear, I will ask to beg for my mate’s forgiveness by rubbing his nose on the ground.” Saying this, he left Aiden’s collar and stepped away from him. “Do you also have to say anything about it?”

Bolt was about to say something when he sensed that Caroline was going to awaken because of their mate bond. Instead of wasting time with Aiden, he quickly dashed toward the room near Caroline, and before she couldn’t have opened her eyes, he was already sitting beside her.

The moment Caroline opened her eyes, she wanted to see no one but Artemis near her, and he was there for her. She smiled weakly because of the slight pain in her back.
“Ar…Artemis.” She whispered and tried to reach her hand toward him to touch him, but she couldn’t move her hands. That was when her eyes landed on her.

“Why have you wrapped me in a sheet like a newborn baby?” She asked and tried to take her hand out of the sheet. Unknownliy, her hand touched her body, and she realized that she was naked inside. In the next second, her heartbeat increased, thinking of the worst situation. Little did she know that werewolves generally mark and mate with their mates at the same time.
She looked at Artemis for an answer. To tell her whatever she was thinking was wrong. Even though Artemis understood her situation but he didn’t clear her misunderstanding to see her reaction.
“Please tell me that you… you didn’t mate with me when I was out.” Caroline asked, moving away from him like a caterpillar packed in a sheet.
“Well, I did claim you in all the ways, and I must say that you were amazing,” Artemis said with a wink. And Caroline smelt his lies immediately because of the presence of Shaba, who was going to surprise her mates with her presence.
'He is lying.' Shaba said, and both Artemis and Bolt heard an unfamiliar voice in Caroline's head.
"Who is that, Sarah?" Artemis asked, not able to understand who the other lady was. Was she always staying in her mind about whom he had learned about for the first time? OR someone else, but he hadn't expected her to be Caroline's wolf.
“Why did you lie, hmm?” Caroline asked instead of answering him. Artemis grabbed a caterpillar named Caroline and pulled her close to him. He softly caressed the side of the cheek, and soon his fingers reached her neck near her ear, knowing very well that it was her weak spot. Caroline moaned under his touch. Without hiding the fact that how much he was affecting her. She never knew her body could be so sensitive under his touch.
"Please forgive me for teasing you, Regina." He whispered in Caroline's ear. “But you should at least trust your mate, more enough to ask this question. A person who didn’t even send a single text when you wanted SPACE and TIME, can he take something so precious to you without your consent? Huh?” He asked in a loving way and smiled, looking at her cute pouting face, who realized her mistake on her own.
“I.. I’m…”
“It’s okay, sweetheart,” Artemis said, cutting her in between. “But yes, I changed your clothes, and not once I looked at you with lust because I was worried for you.”
“So, if you haven’t been worried, then you would have looked at me lustfully?” Caroline asked in a low tone.
“Of course, Regina. I’m not a saint. I love you, and I desire you.” Artemis confessed, on which her cheeks were a shade darker. He leaned toward her to kiss her that was when they heard that unfamiliar voice again.
‘What about me? Don’t you both love me?’
Artemis dropped the idea of kissing her and looked at Caroline, gripping her shoulders. “Sarah? Whose voice is that?” He asked while Bolt was on edge to know about her more than Artemis. There was no doubt that he loved Caroline, but a werewolf looks for their wolf soul as their mate as well. If not, then they had to keep disturbing their human at the time by spending time with their mate.
That situation was more like two people wanted to have one person, and all three had to adjust with their timing and corporate with one another.
Bolt knew that both Caroline and Artemis had no problem with it, but still, a tiny part of him wished… IF… IF… Would Caroline have gotten a wolf soul as well?
‘My voice.’ That voice laughed, and Caroline chuckled at her teasing behavior.
“Who?” Bolt asked, getting restless.
