Third POV.
Aiden stood up then picked up his clothes that were lying on the ground before wearing them.
At this time, Leila was so tired but since she was happy that Aiden had agreed to mate with her, she didn’t close her eyes and thus she saw what he was doing.
“Aiden, are you going somewhere? We just mated and marked each other. Why can’t you stop with me?” Leila asked as she was in disbelief.
She had a bad feeling about everything but she did not dare think much as she didn’t want it to be true.
“Yes, we mated and marked but do you think you are worth it? I just did whatever I did cause Aurora begged me to, I didn’t want to. If I were asked, you could have remained suffering in pain just as my dad is suffering currently but what good will it do, huh? Isn’t better to fuck you test your body and always use it to satisfy my needs?” Aiden said coldly as he looked at him.
Hearing this, Leila was shocked and couldn’t believe it.
“Why?” she asked as she started crying as she couldn’t believe he would do that to her.
“Grandma, do you hate me this much?” she asked as she looked up.
“Do you think I will ever forgive you? Either of you?”
She glanced at Aiden as she spoke, shook her head and wiped away her tears.
She thought that he had come into his senses and was sorry for what he had done but now. She didn’t think she would ever forgive him.
Despite the fact that she was tired, she struggled and stood up as she covered herself with the bedsheet.
She walked slowly towards the door without giving Aiden any attention.
“Where do you think you are going?” He asked as he frowned as it wasn’t a good thing if she walked out like that.
“What are you afraid that people will say I just used you when I am in pain?” Leila asked him as she gave him a mocking smile.
“You wanted to leave immediately so that people may know that I have no place in your heart but I won’t let you! Aiden you better not regret what you have done today! I will cause you pain everytime I see you from this day onwards,” she said coldly as she gave him a mindkick making him stagger and fall down out of pain.
Leila let out a satisfying smile when she saw that.
“I am meant to be evil. My grandparents hoped that with you I won’t follow that path but you have led me to! Don’t forget that I am the Goddess of destruction and I can cause destruction in your life. Oh, only you of course. Don’t blame me for being ruthless, you cause me to be like this,” she spoke coldly and in a deep voice.
Hearing this, Aiden lifted his head and looked at her only to find her eyes had a combination of three colors. Without being told, he knew that it was Leila, Amaya and their wolf.
He knew that if it weren’t for the fact that they had mated, Leila would not hesitate to reject her.
“What have you done! Why are you always selfish? I warned you but you never listen,” his wolf's voice sounded in his mind as he became weak as time passed down.
Making him feel lonely and a wave of guilt and regret overcame him.
Leila gave him a cold glare before leaving with her head high although her legs were weak.
“Leila,” he called out weakly but she pretended not to hear him and walked out of the room, closing the door behind him.
“Leila, why are you out? Why are you like this?” Elana asked as she frowned as she felt something was off.
“Yeah, shouldn’t you be resting?” Marcus also asked.
“He is just a bastard. Why should I spend my time with him?” Leila asked coldly after sneering.
Both Elana and Marcus frowned as they did not expect this kind of reaction from her. They knew that something might have happened inside.
“Leila, what’s wrong?” Elana asked out of concern.
“He wanted to ruin my life, destroy me! He just mated with me so that he can always use me to satisfy his needs. Fool, so what if we have mated? He wanted to ruin me? He must be crazy! I will ruin him before he ruins mine!” She said in a deep, cold voice which echoed around the floor.
Eric, Aurora, Jordan, Doris and Matteo who had just reached the floor heard her.
The killing intent in the air made the shiver wishing they had not gone up. But after a while, they recollected their mind and remembered what Leila had just said, making them frown.
“Oh no! What has Aiden done?” Aurora asked as panic overcame her.
She ran towards her brother’s room but she was blocked by Leila.
“Where are you going?” Leila asked coldly.
“I want to see whether Aiden is alright,” Aurora said without thinking twice.
Immediately she said this, Leila had a cold aura around her.
With a mocking and disdainful look on her face she said, “Oh, I forgot that he is your brother. Of course between your brother and your best friend you will choose him despite what he does even if you try saying otherwise.”
Aurora looked at Leila as she heard that but she was able to see the emotion on Leila’s eyes.
Looking at her carefully, she noticed Leila’s eyes. She wasn’t the only one who had noticed since the others had too.
“Leila, I am sorry,” she said as choked.
Shaking her head, Amaya said, “So dramatic.”
With that Leila left, leaving people looking at her wondering what had just happened.
Elana and Marcus looked at each other before their eyes turned gloomy.
“I warned Aiden but he never listens! Does he think Leila is just a mere human who can’t do anything to him?” Marcus asked coldly.
“He has made Leila give in to her demon side, from today, it is meant to be chaotic. It would be a miracle if she doesn’t cause destruction to the whole kingdom,” Elana told them.
“By the way, in an hour I am expecting everyone in the warriors chamber so that we can do what grandfather said. Release Josiah before I come down there.”
