There were two cabinets in the room, the larger one which could contain about eighty awards empty while the smaller one was filled with various kinds of awards but the award that filled up the cabinet mostly were Bilbeth Premier League's man of the match awards.
There were two Bilbeth Premier League's player of the month award which was a golden illustration of a player kicking a ball and six playmaker awards which was an illustration of a player holding a ball, there were also two Bundesliga man of the match awards.
Emma looked at the awards and she didn't need to ask as she already knew what the awards were for.
"Are you saving this one for your Ballon d'Or, UEFA best player, and bigger awards?" She asked after turning her gaze back to the bigger trophy cabinet.
"A Ballon d'Or is a long shot, I have a better chance with the playmaker awards but I'll be glad to win one." The midfielder said.
"You'll get your chance but it won't be in this league," Emma said.
"I think we should start heading back to the others now, Dave must be wondering what's taking us this long?" She said moving toward the exit.
"Wait," Ferran said, grabbing her by her arm before she could go far. "There's one more place I need to show you."
"But we've already wasted a lot of time." She said,
"Trust me, you'll love it." She said before making his way out of the room pulling her along with him.
"One point to Minino and Merino," Edward said pointing at Minino after Dave failed to control the ball after a tricky bounce and it hit the floor again. "They are now two points behind Dave and Mateo who have six points."
"Come on Edward, you're the umpire, not the commentator," Pirlo said.
"Yeah, but there's no commentator so I might as well fill that role too," Edward said. "Unless you want to do it."
"No, keep doing what you're doing," Pirlo said.
"We just need to score ten points before they get to nine and we'll win without elongating the game," Mateo said before lifting the ball with his feet.
He jogged the ball for a few seconds before sending it to Dave who got a few touches on it with both of his feet before he sent it flying over to Minino and Merino's side.
The smashed right in front and hit his body but before it could hit the floor again, the winger caught hold of it with his foot and sent it to Minino who jogged it for a little while before floating it to the other side far away from Mateo and Dave.
Mateo quickly rushed toward the ball and it didn't look like he was going to get to it on time as the ball had already gone up again from a bounce.
"Looks like team Double M are about to be one point close," Edward said.
When it looked like the ball was about to hit the floor, Mateo quickly slid toward it and with his right foot, he sent it flying back into Mino and Merino's side.
"Unbelievable," Edward muttered.
Merino and Minino had gotten so reluctant that they had won that point that they weren't ready for Mateo's ball when it flew past them and bounced on their side twice before rolling further down.
"It backfired on them, they thought they'd won the point but Mateo put up an unbelievable display to deny them the point and win the point for his team, instead," Edward said. "It's seven points to four."
"Don't rub it in," Minino grumbled.
"They just need to score three points before their lackluster opponent gets to nine points," Edward said.
"Seems like you're rooting for Dave and Mateo," Adolf said.
When Ferran said that he wanted to show her one last place that she was going to love to see, she didn't expect it to be what she was seeing now.
'Another swimming pool.' She said staring at the swimming which appeared to be larger than the ones outside.
"So, you have three swimming pools in your house." She said moving closer to the pool.
"Yeah," Ferran said, walking closer.
"Nice." She said with a nod but she didn't seem as impressed as she was when he showed her the other parts of the house and to make matters worse, he said it was something she was going to love but it clearly wasn't.
"You don't like it?" He said after noticing the look on her face.
"No, it's just that I wasn't expecting it to be another swimming pool." She said, "You already have two outside, what do you need this one for?"
Ferran let out a sigh before slowly walking closer to the swimming pool.
"This is my private swimming pool and unlike the others outside, it has a special feature." He said.
"Sure, just take off your heels and put your feet in the water."
"Is that really necessary?" She asked with an uncomfortable look on her face.
"Yeah, you'll like it, trust me." He said.
"Okay." She said before moving closer to the pool.
She slowly removed her heels and dropped them by the side before sitting down beside the pool and dipping her foot into the water.
After watching her do that, a smile appeared on Ferran's face as he removed his shoes and threw them by side before going to sit beside her.
"How does the water feel?" He asked.
"A bit chilly." She replied slowly, kicking her feet in the water.
"That's about to change." He said before dipping his hand into his pocket to bring out a tiny remote with just two buttons, a blue one and a red one.
"Huh?" Emma said before turning her gaze to him.
He pushed the red button and immediately she began to experience changes in the water.
"How does it feel now?" He asked with a smile on his face.
"Warm, it's gotten really warm." She said with a wide smile on her face. "You have a temperature regulator in the pool."
"Yeah," Ferran said with a nod.
There were a few seconds of silence between the two as Emma slowly kicked her foot in the water and she was really enjoying the warm feeling of the water on her feet.
"I don't know if you would like to go on a swim with me." The midfielder said.
"I don't think I'm in the best outfit to go for a swim and I don't even know how to swim." She replied.
"I have a swimsuit that could fit you and maybe I can teach you how to swim, what do you say?"
'Teach me how to swim, I thought we were supposed to return after checking this place out.'
Those were the words she wanted to say but on second thought she decided to keep them to herself.
"I appreciate the gesture but I don't think Dave would be happy if he mistakenly walks in and finds the both of us in the pool together, I told him I was going to ease myself, everyone back there knows it's not supposed to take this long." She said,
"None of them will be able to find their way here and we can just tell them that I was showing you around, it's just a little swimming session no one's going to get hurt." He said, getting really close to her now.
Emma stared back at him with her heart racing as she was starting to get really uncomfortable and there was only one thing she could do to get out of the situation.
She quickly got up from there and picked up her heels before she began to put them on.
"I'm sorry Ferran, but a swimming session is going to take really long and I have to return to Dave." She said as she slid her left foot into her heels.
"I see you're not ready to return to the party yet but don't worry, I can find my way back, maybe another time, and also, thanks for showing me around." She added with a feigned smile before pulling her dress down a little and quickly making her way toward the exit.
Ferran watched her until she was gone before he let out a sigh and slowly got up from where he was sitting.
