Chapter 140 Surprise Dinner With Toby
Nick Cage's methods are even scarier than she thought.
She dare not touch his reverse scale. Toby Cage did not know that she and Nick had become a forbidden relationship, thinking that she was just Nick's enemies' daughter.
Toby glanced at her intensely, and he did not say anything. He opened the copilot's door.
"Delete the picture first."
"Do you like me to carry you up?"
Veronica clenched her teeth and got on the copilot. She wouldn't let Toby touch her anyway.

She didn't meet Toby for dinner.
Toby said nothing and took care of himself.
After ordering the waiter, Toby grabbed the teacup and looked at her darkly.
Veronica looked away and said, "You have to delete the pictures."
Toby took out his cell phone and gave it to her.
Veronica immediately took it and went to the phone screen, and she found a password. She gave the phone to him and said: "enter the password."
"You know the password."
Veronica's expression froze, and her hands holding the phone were shaking slightly.
She remembers Toby's password because it's her birthday.

Veronica paused and looked at him. "Why am I still here when the photos have been deleted?"

"What? " Veronica couldn't believe what she heard. She sat down again and took a deep breath. "Well, now that we're all here, let's get this straight!" Toby, what are you trying to do?"
"To eat."
"What is there to eat? Are you trying to patch things back together with me? " Veronica asked.
Toby looked at her and be silent for a moment. "What if I say yes?"
Veronica shook. Look at him. "The joke is not funny at all."
"It's not funny," Toby said while the teacup's fingertips trembled slightly. He squeezed it hard as if to crush the teacup.
His series of subtle changes went unnoticed by Veronica.
Veronica looked away with the anger of being tricked on his face and was uncomfortably blocked by Toby's tone of voice. After a while, she turned around and asked, "Toby, I wanted to ask you something. After two years with me, you did..."
"I did."
Veronica Parker sniffed from the corner of her mouth. She wants to ask how many women he found after two years of being together. She stabilized her abnormal heartbeat and said, "I thought it was not until I saw who you are. I admire you very much. You have sent me breakfast for two years regarding any situation.
