Chapter 131 Stop There Right Away
Veronica Parker's pupil quivered like a contraction, "No more."
"Why don't you let me go in and see what you can't see?"
Veronica turned pale and refused nervously, "No, you can't go in there."
"Are you rejecting me?" The voice of Nick Cage raised terribly.
Veronica's breathing was even more unstable, and her heart jumped out of her throat quickly. She closed her eyes in panic and said, "Isabella is inside."
"Who?"

Veronica was stupefied for a moment, then reacted, "Isabella, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to lie to you."
"Didn't I tell you that you just returned home and didn't rush to find a boyfriend? Don't you remember what happened before?" Isabella asked angrily.
"No, this man is not my boyfriend." Veronica is anxious to explain.
"Even if it's not a boyfriend, yet he is here in the middle of the night. It is not a proper thing to do." Isabella looked pale and went on to say," Your grandmother passed away and handed you over to me. If something happens to you, what do you want me to tell her when I die?"
"Isabella, let's talk about it later." Veronica is in a dilemma.
Isabella was angry. "Come in when you're done." With that, she slammed the door with a bang.
Veronica looked up at Nick and asked, "Are you satisfied now?"
She was so angry that she turned around and left.
She seems angry, but she just wants Nick to get out of here.
She was pressed directly against the wall by Nick who came up behind her.
"Well." Veronica frowned slightly. Nick's strength made her nervous. "What are you doing?"
"It won't happen again."
Veronica lowered her eyes and said, "You have started it already. Now, there is nothing we can do."
Such a posture always makes Veronica feel exposed entirely to Nick.
It made her struggle more, but Nick was tight with thick fingers.
Veronica's brow frowned slightly. "I live here, and please do not tell anyone."
