Chapter 102 Missing Their Mommy
Veronica Parker clenched her teeth, trembled slightly because of his words.
Could this guy be more of a jerk? She could hardly imagine herself coming to every place he said.
'He is a dangerous man who can be sick and immoral at any time!'
That night three years ago, wasn't he normal? What kind of bottomless predatory lust is there in his body?
"Or shall we start at the table? What do you think?" Nick's sexually suggestive words made Veronica's scalp numb.
'On the table? How can that be?' She can't imagine!
Veronica Parker was flustered and ashamed of his words. "Please don't do that."
Nick stared at her coldly and with a frightening aura, ordered for a moment. "Take her down!"
With that, he let go of her chin and turned around.
There are two bodyguards dressed in black that arrived in the hall. When Veronica Parker saw the situation, she hurriedly came forward and hugged Nick's arm. The strong and muscular men made her panic, but the fear of being locked up downstairs made her more afraid to give up.
Nick looked at her grumpily.
Veronica Parker immediately bowed her head. "I was wrong. I know I was wrong. I shouldn't have drunk the wine I couldn't take, and I shouldn't have run away without your permission. It won't happen again, okay? I really won't run away again! If I run away again, you can break my leg! Is that enough sincerity? If you Mr. Cage goes on starving me like this, I will die."
"You can't die without my permission." Nick's black eyes looked at her coldly. "Do you want to go out by yourself or let someone drag you out?"
Veronica Parker bit her lip and dared not hold his arm anymore.
She watched Nick sit down at the dinner table and turned a blind eye to her. In his unsympathetic and nonchalant expression, she really hates him more. Even so, she can't fight the king of power.
In his eyes, she can be trampled on like she was an ant.
Veronica looked at the table again and felt the drool in her mouth overflowed.
But she also knew that the unkind Nick ordered not be given any food to her.
'I can't walk away, and I can't eat, Nick Cage.' That's how he wanted to torture her.
Nick Cage, in front of her and a bodyguard behind him, she dared not to stay any longer. If she really wanted to be dragged out by the bodyguard, it would not come to a good end.
Veronica swallowed, resisted the temptation to eat, turned around, and walked out.
Nick's deep black eyes followed the slim figure that left, his expression cold and immeasurable.
Peter, Cathy together with their four siblings has been with Veronica all the time and have never left without seeing them for a day.
This time, they haven't seen their mom for several days.
During the day, the six adorable little kids can only play with other children at school, and every time they go back home, they can't see their beloved mom. Veronica's sextuplets' innocent eyes are filled with sad tears.
They miss their mom so much.
Whenever the children have free time, they played fun activities after their nap. That day, a group of small children played on the slide.
Peter and Julie climbed on the slide. Peter's leg is grabbed by someone below. Daniel pointed to the distance and shouted merrily. "Cave!"
A few minutes later, six small kids plus John Cage, a total of seven small children are around a hole in the corner. They gathered to see a hole that they thought could lead to their mom. Their small face seriously pondered.
"If there's a hole, we can go to Mom!" Cathy's expression was excited.
"I'm going, too!" Julie jumped cheerfully.
"I'm going." Josh hurriedly followed as he stood close to Julie.
"I can see Mom with this hole!" Lily happily shouted.
"Mom!" Daniel's eyes shone brightly.
Their little hearts are expectant. They love their mom so much that even with their young minds, they thought of a plan just to see Veronica.
John Cage blinked his big eyes. "Go to the nest, too!"
Without saying a word, Peter laid down directly and bravely took the lead in drilling into the hole. At first, his head passed easily. Because his stomach was full of flesh, he got stuck with his tummy. They played hide and seek, and finally went out.
