Chloe's Pov
"We're here Chloe, wake up." Brian uttered with a little tap on my shoulder bringing me back outta my short nap.
"Ookayy." I answered yawning out softly. I had fallen asleep after taking my bath and changing into a comfortable dress unlike the long heavy wedding dress that was getting uncomfortable.
I was all bored and tired through out the journey until I decided to take a little nap and forget we were still on the plane.
"Shall we Chloe?" Brian's voice brought me back again.
"Yeah," I responded and got up as I moved closer to him but none of the bodyguards were around us expect him and I which means I'll be the one to lead our way.
"Gosh! I'll have to hold hands with him now." I wondered.
I lock my hands around his arm feeling the same feeling of fast blood rushing through my body.
"You don't have to bother Chloe, one of the bodyguards will be here soon to escort me, you just need to stay close to me." He said.
"I want to after all it my responsibility as your wife so allow me." I replied tightening my hand around his arm as his strong cologne hit my nose making me feel I as if I am in heaven.
His cologne was so good and scenting cool and nice. I do hope I can keep to my words of not falling in love with my blind husband because I now find everything about him great and heart warming most especially how close I get with him even now, how I feel is undefinable and confusing.
"Are you ready?" He asked jolting me outta my little thought which was all about him.
"Yes," I replied as we both walk side by side with my hand fused around him as I lead us outta the plane and saw bodyguards waiting behind with about eight black land cruise prado.
"Dear God! So many bodyguards and cars just to pick us up." I thought in shock.
"Welcome to Paris Mr and Mrs Lincoln." They all uttered in unison.
"Thank you," I replied while Brian nods his head as they lead us to one of the cars which was at the centre.
We were about entering into the car when I untangled my hand around him and help him get into the car before doing the same as well.
"Please if you feel uneasy on helping me do tell me, I don't wanna stress you in anyway instead I wanna treat you as a wife not to make you do all of this just because of my sight. I'll have one of the bodyguards do everything." He said calmly.
I was speechless when he uttered the words. How can he think I regard helping him as a burden? I know he also never wished to be in that state and I'll never taught of uttering any word as a burden to him.
I need to make it clear to him, it not what he is feeling that I can do, none of such will I say.
"I didn't complain and I do know you never wish to be in this situation. I wanna make a promise not to ever utter a word to you of taking care of you as a stress." I admitted.
"I'm sorry if the words were hurting, I thought you might be feeling that way. I'm sorry." He apologized.
"You don't have to be sorry. Your words weren't hurting, you only expressed your thought towards the way you think I was feeling about you which was the right thing to do." I responded.
"Thank you," He said calmly.
"You're welcome." I answered and the rest of the journey to the Pent house was in total silence.

"This is so beautiful," I admitted staring all around as Brian and I both came outta the car with the bodyguards surrounding us.
"This is the biggest of all my pent houses across the world built just for one person." He uttered smiling leaving me in wonders as to who the pent house was made for.
"Who is it?" I asked curiously.
"She's standing right next to me and locking hands with me." He announced which gave me all the answer of the person he was referring to.
"What does he mean its made for me?" I conceited with a lot of thoughts running my head and I found myself asking, "I don't understand?"
"Let me clear the doubt, I made this pent house just for the woman I was gonna get married to including my other mansions here in Paris and since you've become my legal wife, all of these is yours and even if we part ways they will still be yours." He affirmed.
"But why will this, why me?" I thought as I was all shock with all his words.
"It yours Chloe, you don't have to think about anything. I know you're tired already, the maids will show you to our bedroom." He added.
"Ehn.. okay." I replied and he removed my hand from his arm slowly as I walk towards the pent house which was the definition of paradise.
I walk in with two bodyguards trailing behind me as we walked inside as maids were all standing by the door welcoming me.
"Welcome Mrs. Lincoln, I'll show you to the room." One of the maids uttered and moved forward stretching her hands towards the stairs and I nod following her behind.
"Here is the room," She said.
"Okay, thank you." I answered.
"You're welcome Madam." She replied and left.
The room was spacious and beautifully decorated just for wedded couple which means we will be sharing the same room as husband and wife because if anyone of the maids or bodyguards gets to know we're not so much in love as the media crocked that up, they will link that to the world and tarnish the reputation of both our families.
Brian's Pov
The moment she left outta my sight, I let out the smile I was holding back as she was shock to believe the pent house was made for just her.
It was my first intension to gift her the pent house and other mansions here in Paris just for her love also since she's my wife, what belongs to me, belongs to her.
She's my life, heartbeat, comfort and peace of mind which I can't ever be happy without her inside my world.
And now that she's close to me everything will be good like never before. She can't resist her feelings for me for long and I'll try and make it even more stronger that she will fall so much in love with me as I've fallen for her before our three months honeymoon will be over. It a promise towards my love for her forever.
