The black Bentley stopped at the gates of the mansion, Nathan Moore holding the keys, just pressed the door lock, and Titus Zane had already pushed the car door open and got out.
Straightaway, he walked into the mansion.
Through the streetlights on both sides of the path, watching Titus Zane’s slender figure, Nathan Moore slightly squinted his dark eyes. The black Bentley turned and drove into the underground garage at the corner of the courtyard.
Titus Zane had just closed the room door and hadn’t even had time to take off his coat when there were hurried and disordered footsteps in the hallway.
Titus Zane turned his head to look at the man standing at the door, hesitating to speak; his cold face showed no excess emotion.
"Is there something you need?"
Standing at the door, Nathan Moore watched Titus Zane closely, not speaking and not leaving.
A few seconds later, Titus Zane suddenly remembered that he had her card, took it out of his coat pocket, and walked to the door, "Here’s your card back, thanks."
Nathan Moore, holding the Black Card, had his gaze on Titus Zane’s face slightly narrowing.
A few seconds later, he reacted.
"I didn’t use it, so..." No need to repay.
Before Titus Zane could finish speaking, Nathan Moore grabbed his wrist and pulled him close.
An abrupt question that made Titus Zane startle, and after coming to his senses, withdrew his own wrist and gently massaged it, his expression indifferent.
"No, I’m fine. If there’s nothing else, I’m going to rest," he said, then turned around.
"Titus Zane!" The voice, clenched with teeth, followed by the pain in his wrist as Nathan Moore grabbed it once more, causing Titus Zane to turn around passively, his gaze calmly on Nathan Moore.
"Did that man flirt with you?" Nathan Moore asked, his obsidian eyes tightly locking onto Titus Zane’s face, as if unwilling to miss any subtle changes.
He heard about it at the police station when Sophie Foster was telling the story to Nicholas Croft.
"That’s his business," Titus Zane said indifferently; his gaze fixed ahead.
Just as she had said, flirting was someone else’s business, responding was her own affair. Neither trifling people nor trifling matters could affect her mood because her heart was already deadened.
"So you enjoy men flirting with you?" A sharpness appeared on Nathan Moore’s thin lips, sarcastic as he said, "Or you simply can’t stand loneliness!"
Titus Zane glanced at him again, her expression still cold.
"Think whatever you want. If there is nothing else, I’m going to rest."
Being dismissed twice in a row was a severe blow to Nathan Moore’s pride.
He despised her lukewarm attitude, as if no one but Logan Ray could stir any emotion in her.
Unless he... mistreated her.
Alright, if mistreatment could elicit a response from her, he didn’t care to abuse her a few more times!
"Titus Zane!" As the teeth-gritted voice fell, those sharpened lips also pressed down, seizing Titus Zane’s lips, biting fiercely.
Titus Zane knit her brows in pain but did not evade; she merely frowned while letting Nathan Moore have his way.
Without struggle or compliance, she stood there like a puppet.
A monologue was the most infuriating.
Nathan Moore’s sharp lips slightly pulled away, observing the enduring expression on her face, his brow pulsating with irked beats.
"Titus Zane! You really ask for it! Messing around!"
Grabbing Titus Zane’s wrist, he dragged her to the bed and with a forceful toss, Titus Zane let out a surprised cry as she tumbled onto the bed. Before she could scramble up, the violent man was already upon her.
The gloomy face dark as ink, unbearably cold.
Titus Zane, however, did not react much, looking sideways since she knew well it was just another sexually abusive episode.

"Yes, I’m a cheap woman!" Titus Zane’s lips carried a bitter laugh, if she weren’t cheap enough, how could she end up being pinned down by her own brother-in-law?
Seemingly detecting the thoughts in Titus Zane’s heart, Nathan Moore suddenly hooked his lips upward, his gaze slanted, and his dark obsidian eyes filled with contempt.
"Titus Zane, is it exciting for you, being played with by your brother-in-law, hmm?"
Stared at Nathan Moore fiercely, remaining silent.
Seeing Titus Zane didn’t respond, Nathan Moore attacked more fiercely, "Say it, is it or not!"
Her appearance was gritting in anger, yet carried a few shades of defiant scorn.
Furious to the extreme, Titus Zane suddenly laughed, her slender arms entwined around Nathan Moore’s neck, her laugh seductive.
"If you enjoy thrills so much, you might as well invite Sophie, and the three of us can go at it together, sisters serving one husband, now that’s truly thrilling!"
Seeing Nathan Moore’s face change, Titus Zane continued to provocatively say, "If you’re worried you can’t handle it, you can eat more Viagra, but it’s fine if you don’t, I won’t compete with Sophie for favor, because I am the elder sister after all..."
That one sentence turned Nathan Moore’s handsome face completely dark.
"Titus! Zane! You truly have no shame!"
"What’s the use of having a face? Can you eat it?" Tonight’s Titus Zane was a bit abnormal; in the past, she would resist too, but not in such a self-degrading manner.
"Moreover, being pinned under one’s own brother-in-law, what face is there to speak of?"
