Roy felt himself suddenly moving out of the darkness he was previously in. How that was happening was beyond him, but he could feel some form of weight being lifted from off him and his wolf was no longer dormant.
He remembered seeing that filthy smirk on Donald’s face after he was injected with wolfsbane before he blacked out. He swore to himself that he would rip Donald’s head off the next time they meet.
How long has he been out? Was he still on the road or did those bastards drop his body somewhere else? Was his uncle still with that coward, Hugh, or has he left already? Did Elijah get the call he made through the mind link? All these thoughts were running through Roy’s mind when suddenly, his body was overwhelmed with undescribable pleasure, causing his wolf to get excited. His nose was soon filled with his mate’s scent. This made him wonder how she was feeling since he hadn’t returned home. The thought of his mate made his body tingle with excitement, motivating him to get away from this place that was void of anything.
His eyelids slowly fluttered open and there she was, his goddess, his heart and soul. His mate was on top of him, with her eyes closed and her head arched backwards as she rode him. The only sounds that were heard in the room were her beautiful moans, which caused him to get aroused. Without sparing any second, his hands found their way to her thighs. His action caused her to stop what she was doing. Her eyes went wide with surprise as she stared at him like she had just seen a ghost. Her cheeks were crimson as he could tell she was embarrassed for getting caught.
With their current position, he could guess what had exactly happened. Elijah heard his call for help and found him unconscious, injured and unable to heal due to the wolfsbane he was injected with. His precious mate must have been reminded of the healing powers she possessed, which was the only way to save him. Thinking about it now, he was glad this happened to him because, he had always thought this day would never come when he would make her his completely. God! She looked so sexy in his shirt.
Without uttering any word, he started to move under her, his hands still firm on her thighs. A moan escaped her lips when he hit a spot, causing his wolf to howl in excitement. He immediately flipped them over, so Kimberly was now laying on the bed. He ripped the shirt she was wearing, even though he loved how she looked in it. He wanted to see all of her, and like he had imagined, she was an epitome of perfection.

She tried to push him off her, but she was too weak to even move her hands, then suddenly, she was consumed by darkness.
