‘Of course, you did.’ She thought. She didn’t want to be rude with the beauty in front of her but the images of Wylder fucking her was still going on in her mind.
"Your point?" Arabella said, plastering a fake smile on her lips.
"Don’t consider me a bitch, but can you please stay away from my mate? I don’t like any female around him, especially unmated females."
‘Oh! So, she is his mate. He’s her. And the reason he wanted a breeder was that his mate is a human. Of course, he wouldn’t risk her life by getting her pregnant.' Arabella thought at the same time that she didn’t notice that Tiara was keeping an eye on them a lot more than she had thought.
"Don’t think of me as a bitch too, but can you talk about it with your mate instead of talking to me?" She mimicked her way, trying not to be rude at all. "I mean, my mom used to tell me that the issue between a couple can only be sorted by them, not by a third person. Moreover, I don’t understand what there is to be insecure about. You look like some angel from heaven while I’m just an ugly duckling."
"And the most important part, if you saw how close we were then you might have seen that we are arguing and fighting with one another while you were the one whom he was fucking on the desk." She reminded him with a smile on her face even though she was burning with anger inside. "
"Yeah! Right. By the way, you mentioned your mom; do you know who she is?" Tiara asked, widening Arabella’s eyes. She missed observing that she talked about her mother unknowingly. "I’m sorry; I heard about you from the pack members. So I asked that question out of curiosity."
"It’s okay." Arabella smiled meekly. "Today I ended up recalling her words. I’m sure that day is not far when I will have the memory of her too." She added, Hopefully.
"I should go now. I have some work to do." With that Arabella walked towards Wylder’s office.
‘Mom!! I hope to meet you soon.' She thought with a smile. Little did she know that someone was glaring at her in anger.
