Turvi's pov
Everyone is looking at me and then him with eyes wide open.
Aashu is glaring at me for saying the truth but it's the right thing to do only.
Truth is the only way to start something new. Lies don't stay intact for long.
"Impressive, I wasn't expecting truth from you not at all. But you proved me wrong. My brother thinks that he can hide things from me. He thinks I didn't run a background check on the girl he claims to love. Tsk!" He said and Aashu looked at him wide eyed
Well looks like if I didn't say the truth we both would have been doomed.

" Do you think I'm a fool Aashsank? No right? I knew from the start that she isn't what you told me. I didn't expect this from you. Finally he agreed. Thank god I said the truth. Otherwise he would never have agreed.

" Mr. Raichand after 2 weeks it's Our other daughter Stuti's engagement. If you don't have problems then we can fix Aashank and Turvi's engagement on that day only. "Mumma said

His smile is so charming just like my Aashu's.
He is really an angel who understands everything. And didn't demand for a lavish wedding.
My parents can afford a normal wedding like any other upper middle class people but not the billionaire thing. That's out of our league.

"Congratulations Turu, you are also becoming Mrs. Raichand soon." Stuti said hugging Me
I only nodded while blushing.
But I'm Turvi, how can I shut my mouth?
"so you accept Me as I'm? Means you don't expect me to change myself do you?" I asked him
And this time Stuti pinched me hard
"apna mu band nahi rakh sakti? (can't you just shut your mouth?)" she whisper yelled
"No Turvi I don't expect you to change because a person never changes completely. Yes some minimum changes can be there but not drastic ones. That's utterly crazy. And I'm a sane person." He said looking at me a little weirdly?
Or I'm thinking too much? Yeah I'm thinking too much. He accepted me as his brother's wife and what else I needed.
" Thank you bhaiya for understanding me. And accepting me. "I said and he nodded with a tight lipped smile
Ab kya hua? (Now what happened?)
" Turvi I hope you will join your course soon. Because maybe you're related to us now but the rules don't change for anyone. "He said, reminding me about my course that I have to do in the A & A academy.
" Yes I haven't forgotten I will join after the engagement only. "I told him but looked at stuti who's smile dimmed
If I leave after Engagement then we won't be able to spend time with each other before she gets married.
But I have no choice except this. I know she will understand she isn't like me who doesn't try to understand anything.
They talked more about everything and all the time I can feel someone gaze at me . I know it's Aashu but I don't have the courage to look at him.
I am feeling shy suddenly. Maybe because everything is official now.
Mumma sent me and Stuti to the kitchen to bring some sweets.
Stuti is silent because I will leave.
"Stuti yar don't be sad na. I would not have left if it wasn't important. You know that as well." I told her
"I know Turu it's important and just like my dream is becoming a chef, yours is becoming a dance choreographer. It's just I will Miss you." Stuti said with a sad smile
"No problem, I will video call you everyday and you can come to meet me there as well." I told her to cheer her up
"Yeah we can. Now come on let's take it for your husband and brother in law. I seriously can't believe that we both are getting engaged on the same day. And I will get married after 2 months. Two days back we both were single without any relationship or responsibility but now after two days our life has drastically changed. "She said and I can't help but agree with her
It took just two days to change our entire life.
My marriage was still predictable for us but her marriage is a shock.
We both went outside and I served them the sweets.

" Stuti you made it right?" Aashu asked
"Of course she did you know very well that I can't cook much." I told him but indirectly I told his brother.
"yeah I know and I know her hand made food tastes as well." Aashu said
"you're a really great cook Stuti." He said
"Thank you sir." Stuti replied
"you know bhai she wants to be a chef and she has the potential to do so." Aashu said and his brother nodded
They left after some time and thankfully Aashu didn't get a chance to talk with me. If he did, then I'm sure he would take my good class.
Mumma again gave me an earful lecture about my stunt but papa and Stuti supported me.
Mumma is really happy that I'm getting married in a good family by good I mean a rich family.
Typical I know but can't help.
Currently I'm lying on my bed and thinking about my life ahead.
Suddenly my phone pinged with a text from an unknown number.
"Don't be so happy yet you have a long way ahead to go."
The text says
What the actual hell is this?
Who the fuck texted me this?
I called the number but it's saying it's invalid.
Bloody hell! God knows who that idiot is.
I deleted the text and placed my phone at the side to sleep peacefully.
