Chapter 16 time to return
Turvi's pov
Everything is dark here, no light is available. My eyes are tightly shut. I can hear some voices but they aren't clear.
I can feel someone caressing my hand and I know this touch very well.
I want to open my eyes but something isn't letting me open them.
I am fighting with it and finally I open it.
The first thing I saw was Aashu holding my hand tightly while he was crying.
"Aashu," I said and he smiled looking at me
"Doll face you're awake. I'm really sorry doll face please forgive me. It's all because of me." He apologies to me
"Why are you apologising to Aashu? It's not your fault. You didn't know that this would happen. You were busy with your work and that is natural." I told him but he kept blaming himself
"stuti? Did she get her consciousness back?" I asked him to divert the topic
"yeah she is there looking at you. She is still in daze but conscious." He said and I looked at her
She was looking at me only.
"when can we go? I don't like it here." I whined like a child
"very soon doll face." He said and kissed my forehead
I was in relief that he is here with me now no one can touch me.
"Stuti are you OK?" I asked her
She only blinked her eyes as yes.
I closed my eyes again and again I fell asleep.
When I got up next time I found Stuti sitting on her bed and officer Suryash was talking with her.
I got up and saw Aashu come inside holding some bags.
"you can go home so I bought clothes for both of you." He informed me and I looked at him in a questioning manner
"stuti told me the size." He said and I look at Stuti who nodded
I took my bag and he gave another to Stuti.
He helped me to get down from the bed and dropped me to the bathroom.
I took shower as I was all dirty and sticky. After showering I open the bag of clothes to find inner wears as well with the clothes. It's a lacey white bra and matching panties.
Don't tell me he bought it. I will die in shame in front of him.
I wore it quickly and wore the dress he had bought as well.
It's a full sleeves white shirt with petal plates over the neck and cuffs with a cream skirt of lace work over it and it reaches below my knees.
He surely loves white colour just like me.
I came out changing and helped Stuti to go inside as her ankle sprained.
She opens the door and I help her to go out after sometime.
She is wearing black jeans with loose bottom cuffs paired with white and horizontal striped t-shirt.
Aashu definitely knows our choice. Wait if he has bought my inners means hers as well
God just kill me please.
OK ok I was joking I'm too young to die.
I'm only 22 for heaven sake.
No male is present here now to give us privacy.
"Stuti you're fine right?" I asked her
"I'm OK Turu don't worry about me. You're fine right?" she asked
"Yes I'm fine." I told her
I called Aashu inside and he came.
He wanted to take us to his house here that belongs to his brother for our safety but obviously we denied there is no way we will stay there.
He was very tense because of this incident. I guess he is still blaming himself.
After a lot of arguments he dropped us to our apartment only.
He helped me to take stuti up and settle inside.
Stuti will take one more day to walk without any problems
He has bought us food as well because Stuti can't cook and Me well I don't want to cook and land us both in hospital once again.
So yup outside food is the last option.
We both stayed in our rooms only. I don't know why but I can't remember what exactly happened yesterday night. everything is blurry for me.
I only remember that we were attacked but then who did it and how I don't remember that.
We decided to hide it from our parents because they will get tensed without any reason and can't even do anything from there.
I tried to dance ignoring the pain to keep my mind busy and it worked. I forgot everything for sometime.
The day passed away slowly and I decided to sleep with Stuti for that night. Because she was still scared
Next day came and passed in a blink with Aashu with us. He spent his whole day with us and left at night.
Today is our result and I got ready for college.
I wore black polo pants with white quarter sleeve shirt that can be knotted from the hem in front. And tied my hair in a top knot.
Once done I go outside to find Stuti in a brick colour off shoulder plain ankle length summer dress with joint off shoulder cape.
Wow she changed her style not bad.
"you're looking nice," I said and she smiled in return
We reached college and directly went to check the list. We could have checked online but online isn't accurate every time so we don't trust it.
Everyone is trying to search their names on the board.
" Congratulations Stuti, you topped the whole college." Aashu said coming and I hugged Stuti tightly
"Congratulations girl, your hard work paid off. Now you can start your culinary journey as you have finished college." I told her and she nodded with a teary smile
She is a very hard working student and her hard work really worked.
"what about mine?" I asked him
"well you got 60% and I got 70%"he said smugly
He got more than me so he is rubbing it on my face.
" whatever. I got this much, that's a big deal. Now everything is over so we will take the mark sheet and then tomorrow go back to our home. And you my lover boy is coming there with your brother if not then I'm gonna scratch that handsome face of yours that no one could recognise. "I told him seriously
We are leaving tomorrow. I don't want to attend the wedding after whatever happened. I want to go home.
" OK ok don't threaten Me doll face I will
Bring my brother there and you remember what I told you. "He said and I nodded
I know what to do about that.
I was happy thinking that now nothing will go wrong and I will get the fairy tale with my love but little did I know that love or life none of it is a fairy tale.
