Three-Level Executive Home – ₱11M to ₱12.5M There were many results, but what caught his attention was a house worth fifty million, located on a cliffside with a breathtaking view of the ocean. He deeply wanted to own that kind of home, but unfortunately, his current funds were not enough. That was when an idea suddenly struck him. There was a very fast way to make money, something he initially thought would never be necessary. But now, it seemed like it was. With that thought occupying his mind, he focused on his plan once school ended for the day. Checking the group chat for their research study, he saw that several related literature entries had already been gathered. Jeff read through the summaries of each study and carefully reviewed the important information to ensure they aligned with and supported his own research. Out of the more than fifteen entries that had been submitted, he selected the ten strongest ones, rather the best one. He then began adding them to the Word document, and after several minutes, he was finished. Now that it was done, he read through the document again and confirmed that there were no remaining issues. Thıs content belongs to 𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙡⁂𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙚⁂𝙣𝙚𝙩 Satisfied, he saved the file and went to take a bath. After getting ready and having his fill, he left early in the morning, as he needed to print the document. Upon leaving the boarding house, he went to the nearest printing shop to have the paper printed. The research paper covered at least twenty-four pages. Since it was printed in color due to the school logo, each sheet of bond paper cost around 2 pesos. When the printing was done, he paid the man managing the computer shop 50 pesos, along with an extra 2 pesos. Since 24 + 24 = 48 then 2 pesos was a tip :D He then made his way to school, and upon arriving, he noticed that he was once again the earliest to arrive. As time passed and more students began to fill the classroom, the teacher eventually entered, and the class began. It was none other than Jeff’s homeroom teacher, "Good morning, class. I hope all of you have been doing your best to study for the upcoming final exam. Before I leave, your teacher, Ma’am Baldoza, will be taking over my time, as she will be busy during your afternoon class. First, say ’present’ when your name is called," she said to the class. Jeff, upon hearing this, was a bit dumbfounded, "Take over our class? Why? Is something special going to happen in the very first subject?" he asked Mark, who was sitting next to him "Yes, I think we’re going to have the reporting that was assigned to us a week ago," Mark responded. "Report? What report are you talking about?" Jeff asked, clearly confused. Mark looked at him, clearly puzzled by his question, "Huh? Didn’t you know? A week ago, Ma’am Baldoza grouped all of us and gave each group a module to report on. She even announced it again yesterday morning. You seriously didn’t hear about it?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "You know shit!!!" Jeff cursed in his mind. "Anzon, Jeff," Olivia Mendoza called out. "Present!" he responded loudly as the teacher continued to call out names. "Didn’t you say the class was boring and pointless when I was absent yesterday morning? Why is this happening now?" Jeff asked, demanding an explanation. "Oh yeah, you were actually absent yesterday morning. But hey, stop the cap. I did say the class was boring, but not pointless. Also, I forgot about it, alright? It’s not my fault I have a bad memory," Mark reasoned, making Jeff want to groan in frustration, but in the end, he just sighed. "Then do you at least remember my group? I forgot which group I was assigned to, and I don’t even know where I’m supposed to be," Jeff asked. "I don’t know, maybe you should ask the teacher. She has a note of the groupings. And also this was already assigned a week ago, and you still don’t know which group you’re in? What kind of planet have you been wandering around?" Mark said, looking at him with amusement. "Stop the crap, hayss, now another problem occurs," Jeff muttered with a sigh, feeling troubled. "Villanueva, Erica," Olivia called out. "Present, teacher," a girl’s voice replied, and the teacher nodded, closing her record notebook. "Alright then, that will be all. Since Mrs. Baldoza is already here, behave well, got it?" she reminded them firmly. Everyone nodded as she gathered her textbooks and left the room. Moments later, Mrs. Baldoza entered and greeted the class with a cheerful. "Alright then, everyone. To avoid wasting any more time, let’s go ahead and finish everything today. Since I already gave you a week to prepare, we are going to complete all the reporting right now. I’ve also coordinated with your next subject teacher, and she agreed to let us use her time, so we have plenty of time to finish," Mrs. Baldoza announced firmly. "Now then, let’s start with Group 1," she said as she glanced at the class. This announcement caused panic and shock among Groups 4 and 5, who had assumed they would not be reporting today and that the activity would continue the following day. As a result, they had not prepared. Jeff was among them, still unsure of which group he actually belonged to. Despite the tension, no one voiced any complaints. After all, it was their own fault, they had been given a full week to prepare and plenty of time to get everything done, but they chose not to. The first group then stood up as a girl walked to the front, holding an open laptop in her hands with a confident smile on her face. The girl was none other than Celeste, one of the highest achievers in the class and the leader of Group 2 in Statistics and Probability. Four of her group mates followed, carrying notes and phones, ready for their parts. Meanwhile, the teacher sat at one of the student desks, prepared to observe their presentation. Just before the group began their presentation, Jeff stood up and walked over to sit beside his teacher, Mrs. Baldoza. He and his teacher were close, as she had been the one to assist him when he first applied for a scholarship upon enrolling in the school. She had guided him through the process and looked out for him since then. Mrs. Baldoza was not only one of the teachers who managed enrollment, but she also served as the head of discipline. She was known as the Discipline Coordinator, overseeing student behavior, and the enforcement of school rules. She handled violations, suspensions, and conducted guidance sessions when necessary. As Jeff took his seat beside her, Mrs. Baldoza smiled and looked at him. "Why did you interrupt Student Celeste’s reporting? Is there something you want to ask, Jeff?" she asked gently.
