"We brought peace. vampires are now free to roam with a few rules guiding them. The supernaturals world has been separated into factions to end dictatorship." I spoke to myself or tye tombstone rather.
Damian's tombstone in Athenrim's cemetery where his ashes laid to rest.
Matilda dropped roses on the grave and blew a kiss to the tombstone.
Her pregnancy was in the fourth month and she was due for delivery anytime soon.
She joined me on the wooden chair placed close to Damian's grace while I continued telling Damian's grave all that had happened like he was there to listen.
"Victor, that bastard ran away but he's been caught. He spends his time rotting in jail. I know! We've adopted the human policy. It's better than just killing I guess."
I broke into tears not long after.
"I wish you were here."
Matilda consoled me pressing my shoulder slightly.
"It okay!"
I wiped them. and decided to talk on something else.
"So you're leaving for Paris I heard "
"Yes." Matilda answered," This place just brings memories of everything I've been through and extremists are still roaming about. I don't want anything to happen to my child." She said rubbing her belly.
She was not wrong! Many still grumbled at the new faeblood king's policy which happened to be Kalim but it was for the best.
"I'll miss you then."
"I'll call." She assured me.

I, Kalim and Henry gathered at the Riverside.
We were here because Kalim called us.
"Why did you call us?" Henry asked.
Kalim showed us the crystal skull.
"This." He replied."it far too dangerous to be kept with us so I decided we should throw it away."
We all nodded in agreement and Kalim went closer to the river bank and tossed it in. The skull floated for seconds before it sunk.
The river led to the sea and if anyone was looking for such power they would have to go a long way to look for it.
"That all. I guess you have to go now. Shadrach is teaching me the Royal etiquettes."
We obliged and Kalim disappeared leaving me with Henry.
"So what do we do now?" Henry queried.
"I've always wanted to travel the world."
"Well, we'll do that."
