"Well on the contrary...You Are perfectly in shape Nothing to worry about. You are only here because you fainted at the airport. But don't worry... Come this time tomorrow you would be free too go." He replies to me in return.
I checked the Time on the coffee table beside me as it read 3:30pm.
I stared back at them and the doctor decided to Give my mom some alone time with me right away.
He took the tray of empty plate with him. Immediately he closed the door, I turned to ask my Mom the one question I have been dying to know the answer.
"How long was I out?" I asked her.
I noticed her fidgeting With her hands and I had to give her starring gaze so she doesn't avoid my question after a will of contemplation... She finally spoke up and I was listening.
"Three weeks." She says to me.
"What!" I replied to her shocked and the pillow close to me busted.
With feathers flying almost everywhere.
"You are a lightning witch Lora, you're a threat to many and you must promise me that you would make sure that no one finds out about your abilities or I and your father won't be able to save you." She says to me with her eyes watered with tears and I hugged her.
"But... Mum why does my case has to be different?" I asked my mother in return.
"Child you're the daughter of an alpha, a mixture three great bloods, that of a witch, a vampires and an alpha's blood, so I doubt your case won't be different, don't you think so?" She. Asked me in return and I smiled in return.
"We are yet to know what you really are Lora and so, for now... You have to remain silent and hide your powers because if the world finds out about you, then your life and even that of the people you love dearly might all be gone to waste." She explains.
"Well then, I hope I find out who I am before the time I have goes to waste." I said to her as she looks into my eyes.
"Now child you have to rest." My mum says as walks out of the room and I looked at myself through the mirror that was just right in front of the direction that I was facing now.
My eyes seemed to be seeing my face over the mirror but then I later understood the reason why I enjoyed the looks of it, just for me to figure out that the reason I was lost staring at the mirror was because of the beautiful scenery of the cloud outside.
The thunder striking with lighting spreading through the cloudy weathered sky was amazing to the sight.
I felt attracted to it.
So I took a step towards the window to admire the beauty of the lightning that was sparkling so beautifully in the sky.
And it continued in that way until you it seemed as though it was getting more greater and harder as the thunder strikes even more bigger than before.
Illuminating the whole environment with light and then the lightning that spread across the sky began to come down.
I thought it was going to vanish and disappear but then I noticed that it was coming for me this time and that didn't seem like a joke at all.
I Immediately turned to run away from the window since I was afraid of getting struck by lightning.
But then it seemed as though I had gotten stock with my steps and I can't look at what was holding me just to discover that the lightning had somehow wrapped itself over my hands and was reacting with Sparks over it.
I looked at my veins to see how they began to blow as the lightning was surging through my body and I was getting weak and screamed for help.
But my voice didn't even make a sound.
Then I looked at the mirror opening my mouth to see sparks of lightings in it.
I was slowly being dragged to the window and was afraid of falling out of the tall hospital building.
I tried to use my powers and every magic I knew... I had, but nothing was working at all as it seemed as though the power that was taken me was even more greater than anything I had encountered or have ever felt before.
Indeed I was getting weaker.
And I couldn't call for help from anyone so I only hoped, for someone to find me and save me on time.
But then the door behind me opens and I hear my mum enchanting from behind me and she rushes towards me.
Then she holds me by the waist with the lightning rushing through her that she screams in the pain she felt.
Then, she uses her magic to set me free from the lightning that was dragging me out of the hospital room.
She placed me over the bed and I finally breathe out properly.
Then she carries my milk and takes a gulp and the doctor opens the door.
"Is anything wrong?" He asked anxiously.
"You're taking her milk?" He asked confused.
"Em... Oh well, was just tasting.... To see if it was good for her to consume haha." My mum says pretending.
Then she hands the milk over to me and I drank from it recovering as well.
"Dad! Stop it! Mum just died and you don't even seem affected." I hear someone cry from outside.
"Don't you bother me Temi! It's enough!" I hear a man's voice say to the young girl who spoke and I felt a bit sad.
Then, my eyes met with my mum.
"What happened!?" She asked staring deep into her eyes.
"It's as you said mum." I replied.
"What?" He asked in return.
"I am a lightning witch" I replied to her as drank more of the milk.
Even I, is afraid of my magical powers.
