King Chapter 1747

As long as the Orc Empire suffers a heavy blow, the outbreak of a new round of war is just a matter of time. Unfortunately, this idea was opposed by most of the elders, especially those who were vehemently opposed to the reformation of the Empire Faction. It seems that doing so is deliberately provoking war and then taking the opportunity to kill with a borrowed knife. Explanations are meaningless. Referring to the history of all races on the continent, unification has never been bloodless. The proposal to reorganize the Elf Empire failed, and to push this plan forward again, one must initiate war. The elves’ desire for power is somewhat weaker, and coupled with the dangerous existence of the Human Race, everyone is afraid to play so extremely. However, to play politics, one must be prepared for the worst. Pinning hopes on the moral bottom line of others is the greatest irresponsibility to oneself. The chaotic situation on the continent unfolds amidst a haze of smoke and fire. When the Anti-Human Alliance took action, the focus of various Human nations had already shifted to the Falcon Kingdom. With the help of the Pathfinder Party, the four hundred thousand strong army successfully completed their landing, and the Falcon People’s war for the restoration of their nation was in full swing. Everyone’s attention was overseas, except for the Alpha Kingdom, which, independently, kept its gaze on the continent. When the Human Alliance is determined to do something, it rarely fails. At least a group of Vampires cannot stop it. Sealed for so many years, most Vampires, worn down by the passage of time, have become nourishment for the Kingdom of God; those who survived are relatively powerful. This means the number of Vampires cannot be many, and to resist the Allied Forces’ attack, they must rely on local help. With the style of Vampires, if they don’t provoke public outrage, they are considered to understand the rules. Winning people’s hearts simply doesn’t exist for them. Perhaps in the Vampires’ dictionary, there is no such term. If they truly want to reclaim someone, they would directly develop them into their kin. This kind of forced enlistment method is not something other species have. The only drawback is that this method has many restrictions and can only be used on a small scale. If they could expand their kinship recklessly, the Falcon Kingdom would probably be filled with Vampires by now. Knowing that the Human Alliance can win, it’s merely a matter of the price paid, the Kingdom’s higher-ups no longer cared. The news that the Alien Coalition sent experts to reinforce the Orc Empire reached the upper echelons of the Alpha Kingdom, who were furious on the spot. After doing so much preparatory work, they were waiting for the Orcs to be mutually devastated in internal strife. The Alien Coalition helping at this time entirely runs counter to the Kingdom’s strategy. "Marshal, how far has the Orc Empire’s civil war progressed?" Caesar IV inquired expectantly. Foreign invasion can still be resisted, with hope for victory; once a civil war begins, no matter the victory or defeat, they are destined to be the losers. For a great nation like the Orc Empire, merely external enemies are hardly enough to annihilate them completely. The Kingdom’s formulated strategy combines political means with military tactics. In previous wars, both sides had a habit of leaving no survivors; now this can be changed. To win with the least cost, even the Iron-blood Faction within the Kingdom made concessions, allowing conditional surrender of enemies. The issue of whether to settle accounts later is a matter for the future; anyway, everyone can accept captives now. But this is a last resort; if there is a chance to completely annihilate the Orcs, no one will show mercy. The power of hatred is enough to influence the decision-making of the high echelons. If the Orcs are sufficiently depleted in the civil war, then these political means can immediately be set aside. "Your Majesty, the Orc Empire’s civil war is extremely brutal, and all the buried hatred between the Tribes has been fully provoked this time. All parties are blaming each other; the entire Orc Empire is in chaos. Besides dealing with lurking invaders, they also face opportunistic hostile tribes. Many wars have nothing to do with the invaders, and yet they are equally intense. The top brass of the Orc Empire came out to call for a ceasefire, explaining that invaders had infiltrated and created chaos, but unfortunately, the lower Orcs simply don’t believe it. Initial estimates suggest that as of now, over a million Orcs have died in the civil war, and millions more have been displaced." Hudson answered calmly. Inciting the Orc civil war, the Kingdom succeeded this time unprecedentedly. Influenced by the ruling system, mutual suspicion and contradictions pervade even among same-race Tribes, let alone outsiders. No matter how loud the top brass of the Orc Empire shout, the Orcs below just won’t buy it. Under the guidance of the invaders, everyone directly sees these actions as the enemy’s conspiracy. The more the high echelons try to mediate, the more chaotic the fighting becomes below. After a rash and confused melee, even the forces responsible for mediation were passively drawn into the great war. As long as there are conflicting species, encounters in the wild at this time almost always lead to conflict. A slight mishap becomes a large battle. Without active cooperation from local Tribes, attempting to root out the invaders is merely a dream. Often, after a rash and confused battle, they find out they have misunderstood the target, and once the die is cast, they can only stick to it stubbornly. So much so that as the situation develops now, many times the high echelons of the Orc Empire don’t even know whom to help. If this chaos could last for a year or two, the Orcs would have exhausted themselves. ɴᴇᴡ ɴᴏᴠᴇʟ ᴄʜᴀᴘᴛᴇʀs ᴀʀᴇ ᴘᴜʙʟɪsʜᴇᴅ ᴏɴ 𝓷𝓸𝓿𝓮𝓵⁂𝓯𝓲𝓻𝓮⁂𝓷𝓮𝓽 The Alien Coalition’s intervention at this time is clearly aimed at the Kingdom, and we absolutely cannot allow them to act arrogantly!"
