Despite the name, the island was enormous, crawling with prehistoric beasts—giant animals and lethal plants. Even the Navy's most advanced battleship was helpless without a Log Pose, so they had to land.
No sooner had they set foot ashore than the ground shook with terrifying tremors—not an earthquake, but sounds of battle.
Nami blanched. "W‑What's fighting out there? The whole island's shaking!"
Chiyu remembered: two leaders of the Giant Warrior Pirates—Brogy and Dorry—had dueled here for a hundred years. Pirates, and thus destined to die.
He strode toward the battlefield. Hina and Nami exchanged a resigned glance and followed, with barely a dozen elite marines.

Hidden in the brush while the giants clashed were Baroque officers:

Gem sneered. "They're exhausted after a century of duels—plus another round just now. I spiked that blue ogre's drink with my special bomb. When it blows, foolproof."
Galdino grinned. "Nicely done. Boss sent us about Whisky Peak and we bump into these oafs. Haul them in—dead or alive—for a couple billion!"
Their goal: make the giants kill each other, then capture what's left.
At that instant blue‑skinned Dorry roared, his great sword smashing down on red‑skinned Brogy—force enough to cleave a mountain. Brogy raised his axe to block, but—
"Explode," Mr. 5 whispered.
Brogy's torso detonated from within—organs shredded, blood spraying. Reeling, he couldn't parry Dorry's strike; the sword carved a huge gash in his chest. Brogy crashed to the ground. The whole island trembled.
Dorry exulted: "A hundred years! Victory is mine at last!"
But Brogy coughed blood. "My insides… exploded… I'm finished…"
Dorry blanched. "Who… who dared such a vile trick?!"
Galdino laughed, unleashing his Wax-Wax Fruit: torrents of liquid wax engulfed Dorry's legs, solidifying instantly. The exhausted giant couldn't break free.
"Cowards, show yourselves!" Dorry swung wildly, but Galdino raised wax shields. The wall shattered, yet Dorry's strength gave out.

Hina roared, leading the dozen elites. "Base cowards—die!"

A massive iron lattice spread toward the four agents. Three dodged; little Miss Golden Week could not and was bound tight. Seeing she was about ten, younger than Nami, Hina spared her life, shackling her for the rear guards.
Chiyu stepped forward.
The Baroque agents had memorized their greatest enemy's dossier.
"Uchiha Chiyu?!" Faces went chalk‑white.
Legend called him the Reaper, who left seas of blood and mountains of corpses. Galdino quaked, yet blustered: "D‑Don't panic! He's just one man! We'll avenge Whisky Peak—together!"
Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine prepared for a fight to the death.
Hina's marines readied weapons, but Chiyu said calmly, "I alone am enough."

In a single stroke, Mr. 3 Galdino, Mr. 5 Gem, and the descending Miss Valentine were cut in two. Lightning detonated—bodies blasted to bloody shreds. Nothing left.
Even Hina and her marines paled. Chiyu's ruthlessness never waned. Nami, however, burned with approval. "Exactly—scum deserve that! Well done, Chiyu‑sama!"
The dying giants spoke.
"Saved… by marines?" muttered Dorry.
Brogy snorted. "Dorry, you fool—such a hard‑hearted marine won't spare pirates like us."
Dorry laughed. "True…"
"Marine—you're Uchiha Chiyu, they said? Good! Dying to a true warrior is no shame!"
Brogy agreed. "Far better than dying to cowards. Do it!"
Without hesitation Chiyu thrust lightning‑wreathed Kashu into each giant's chest, blasting their hearts—ending them swiftly.
Nami sighed—no pity. Pirates chose their path and its price; she loathed pirates with all her heart.
With the Baroque agents and giant captains dead, Chiyu's group reached another wax hut, just as a Den Den Mushi rang. Chiyu answered.
"Mr. 3, how's the job?" a cold voice asked.
Chiyu replied icily, "Crocodile—are you ready to die?"
