Judgment Descends Upon the Naruto World Chapter 179

Sir Crocodile—Crocodile! He reclined with slicked‑back hair, a cigar clamped between his teeth. A long horizontal scar slashed across his vicious face, making him look even more fearsome and brutal—enough to strike terror into onlookers. Lowering his newspaper with his right hand, he flexed a golden hook in place of his left hand—the hook gleamed like a crocodile's fang, flashing an icy, murderous light. When he heard Nico Robin's report, Crocodile's expression changed. "What's going on, Nico Robin?!" Facing the ferocious Warlord of the Sea, Robin showed not a trace of fear; her face remained calm, even carrying a playful smile. "Details are still unclear, but from broken, intermittent distress signals… it looks like they were attacked by the Navy." Crocodile set the paper aside, his face growing uglier. Whisky Peak was disguised as a bounty‑hunter base—why would the Navy attack it?!" "Ask me again after we have real intel. Until then I can't answer." Crocodile's mood sank further. "Whisky Peak is a vital Baroque Works stronghold— and a major source of funds. It absolutely cannot be destroyed!" "Nico Robin, go there yourself." Robin nodded. "Yes, Mr. 0." Just as she turned to leave, Crocodile thought of something. He took a deep drag on his cigar and pondered. "The Navy never assaults an island without cause. Even if they learned the Bounty Hunter front was fake, they'd still need step‑by‑step approval from Navy HQ. If that's so, I, who control all Alabasta, should have known in advance…" "You mean… the Navy that hit Whisky Peak had authority to act without HQ's orders? Could it be… that Marine 'God of Slaughter' who burst onto the scene, swept the entire East Blue, and shocked the world— Crocodile snorted. "I hear that man accepted a Navy HQ Rear Admiral commission and received Admiral Akainu Sakazuki's personal warrant—he may execute any criminal force first and report later, bypassing HQ entirely. "More importantly… he has indeed entered the Grand Line. By timing, by strength, by authority—there's no doubt the one who struck Whisky Peak is Uchiha Chiyu!" Robin couldn't help admiring him—typical Crocodile: even with scant data he'd hit the truth at once. "So we're already on his radar… But how did he know Whisky Peak was our base?" In a low voice Crocodile replied, "From what I've heard, that man commands a phenomenal intelligence network. He mapped every route in East Blue and wiped out all pirate crews—overt and covert—within six months, as neatly as a surgeon. Follow current novels on ɴovelfire.net That takes more than power; it means he held almost all their intel. I fear many Baroque Works secrets have leaked into his hands as well…" Robin frowned. "If that's so, should we push the Utopia Plan ahead of schedule? If he interferes…" Crocodile chuckled coldly. "Yes, we advance the plan. But to meddle in Alabasta? A mere Uchiha Chiyu isn't qualified! Don't forget—I wield more prestige and power here than that fool Cobra." "What do you intend to do?" Robin asked. After a pause Crocodile said, "Recall every officer—especially Mr. 2. Mobilize the rest—Billions, Millions—stir up the entire country. Pin every crime on the king! We must drive Alabasta's hatred of Cobra to the limit. Then rebel forces everywhere will explode, plunging the kingdom into all‑out war. And that's only phase one. Afterward, we move to the final stage—seek the Poneglyphs and obtain the Ancient Weapon… the secret of Pluton!" At the words "Poneglyphs," a shadow passed over Robin's face—painful memories—then she regained her composure. "I understand. I'll go at once." Crocodile laughed softly. "Uchiha Chiyu, you think conquering the weakest sea makes you fit to cross swords with a Warlord like me? How naïve… I'll show you whose palm Alabasta really lies in!" Little Garden, on the Grand Line For now Chiyu's course did not yet point to Alabasta; first lay the obligatory stop—Little Garden. Despite the name, the island was enormous, crawling with prehistoric beasts—giant animals and lethal plants. Even the Navy's most advanced battleship was helpless without a Log Pose, so they had to land. No sooner had they set foot ashore than the ground shook with terrifying tremors—not an earthquake, but sounds of battle. Nami blanched. "W‑What's fighting out there? The whole island's shaking!" Chiyu remembered: two leaders of the Giant Warrior Pirates—Brogy and Dorry—had dueled here for a hundred years. Pirates, and thus destined to die. He strode toward the battlefield. Hina and Nami exchanged a resigned glance and followed, with barely a dozen elite marines. Nami gaped the whole way—unknown plants, animals of impossible size, even a supposedly extinct creature… a dinosaur! Hina frowned. "People survive here? They can't be ordinary…" Near the combat zone Chiyu halted. "Ambush ahead." "Baroque Works," he guessed—correctly. Hidden in the brush while the giants clashed were Baroque officers: Mr. 3 Galdino and partner Miss Golden Week Marianne Mr. 5 Gem and partner Miss Valentine Mikita Top‑tier agents, second only to Crocodile and Robin, each with bizarre powers. Mikita asked, "Gem, will your trick really work? Those two were worth over 100 million a century ago—now it'd be at least a billion!" Gem sneered. "They're exhausted after a century of duels—plus another round just now. I spiked that blue ogre's drink with my special bomb. When it blows, foolproof." Galdino grinned. "Nicely done. Boss sent us about Whisky Peak and we bump into these oafs. Haul them in—dead or alive—for a couple billion!" Their goal: make the giants kill each other, then capture what's left. At that instant blue‑skinned Dorry roared, his great sword smashing down on red‑skinned Brogy—force enough to cleave a mountain. Brogy raised his axe to block, but— "Explode," Mr. 5 whispered. Brogy's torso detonated from within—organs shredded, blood spraying. Reeling, he couldn't parry Dorry's strike; the sword carved a huge gash in his chest. Brogy crashed to the ground. The whole island trembled. Dorry exulted: "A hundred years! Victory is mine at last!" But Brogy coughed blood. "My insides… exploded… I'm finished…" Dorry blanched. "Who… who dared such a vile trick?!" Galdino laughed, unleashing his Wax-Wax Fruit: torrents of liquid wax engulfed Dorry's legs, solidifying instantly. The exhausted giant couldn't break free. "Cowards, show yourselves!" Dorry swung wildly, but Galdino raised wax shields. The wall shattered, yet Dorry's strength gave out. "Ah‑ha‑ha‑ha‑ha! Ten‑ton press!" Miss Valentine, using the Kilo‑Kilo Fruit, drifted skyward, then plunged—her body now ten thousand kilos—straight onto Dorry's skull. Blood fountained, bones cracked; the giant collapsed, ankles snapping under wax restraint. The agents laughed. "Both giants down! Turn them in—two hundred million bounty! We're rich!" The giants raged helplessly while Galdino fixed both in solid wax and even stabbed them with enormous wax blades. Nami snarled, "Too much! Even pirates don't deserve that kind of filth! Baroque Works scum are worse than pirates!" Hina growled, "Hina hates such cowards. Rear Admiral—shall we?" Chiyu nodded once. "Kill." Hina roared, leading the dozen elites. "Base cowards—die!" She unleashed her Cage‑Cage Fruit: "Cage!" A massive iron lattice spread toward the four agents. Three dodged; little Miss Golden Week could not and was bound tight. Seeing she was about ten, younger than Nami, Hina spared her life, shackling her for the rear guards. Chiyu stepped forward. The Baroque agents had memorized their greatest enemy's dossier. "Uchiha Chiyu?!" Faces went chalk‑white. Legend called him the Reaper, who left seas of blood and mountains of corpses. Galdino quaked, yet blustered: "D‑Don't panic! He's just one man! We'll avenge Whisky Peak—together!" Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine prepared for a fight to the death. Hina's marines readied weapons, but Chiyu said calmly, "I alone am enough." Terror swept the three. "Wax Spear!" Galdino hurled a wax lance stronger than steel. Mr. 5 flicked a booger bomb (Nami and Hina gagged) with his Bomb‑Bomb Fruit. Miss Valentine floated up to body‑slam. All attacks converged—and Chiyu's eyes flashed crimson: Observation Haki! He foresaw every line of assault. Drawing the famed blade Kashu seized from Mr. 11, he wrapped it in roaring lightning and flashed through the openings. In a single stroke, Mr. 3 Galdino, Mr. 5 Gem, and the descending Miss Valentine were cut in two. Lightning detonated—bodies blasted to bloody shreds. Nothing left. Even Hina and her marines paled. Chiyu's ruthlessness never waned. Nami, however, burned with approval. "Exactly—scum deserve that! Well done, Chiyu‑sama!" The dying giants spoke. "Saved… by marines?" muttered Dorry. Brogy snorted. "Dorry, you fool—such a hard‑hearted marine won't spare pirates like us." Dorry laughed. "True…" "Marine—you're Uchiha Chiyu, they said? Good! Dying to a true warrior is no shame!" Brogy agreed. "Far better than dying to cowards. Do it!" Without hesitation Chiyu thrust lightning‑wreathed Kashu into each giant's chest, blasting their hearts—ending them swiftly. Nami sighed—no pity. Pirates chose their path and its price; she loathed pirates with all her heart. With the Baroque agents and giant captains dead, Chiyu's group reached another wax hut, just as a Den Den Mushi rang. Chiyu answered. "Mr. 3, how's the job?" a cold voice asked. Chiyu replied icily, "Crocodile—are you ready to die?" "So it's you… Uchiha Chiyu." "You think a mere Rear Admiral can defy a Warlord of the Sea? Step onto Alabasta's soil— and that moment will be your death!" — This Fanfic is Completed in !
