Now fighting with blind rage, Arlong hurled pure brute force in wild, shapeless swings—the huge axe whirling like a monstrous shark's maw trying to devour everything. Power without precision, however, was meaningless.
Chiyu stepped into the air, streaking upward until he stood high overhead, looking down.

Nami exhaled and, for the first time in ages, smiled innocently.
Cheers like crashing waves erupted through Arlong Park. Village sheriff Genzo wept.

He led the villagers before Chiyu and bowed low.
"Thank you, sir, for killing Arlong—saving the whole village—saving us all!
We can never repay you!"

"Return all the money Arlong and Captain Nezumi stole. Give it to the villagers to rebuild."
Genzo, Nojiko, Nami, everyone gaped—such a good man still existed? And in the navy?

They promised. She waved and hurried after Chiyu. The villagers knelt again toward his departing back.

"Sir—we don't know your name! Please tell us!"
Chiyu didn't turn. Sword smiled and waved.
"Our lord's name is… Uchiha Chiyu."
"Thank you, Chiyu-sama!"
Chiyu shot Sword a glare. "Talkative."
Sword chuckled. "It'll spread soon anyway—killing Nezumi and Arlong will be news across the East Blue."
