"Yes, Ashley, what's wrong?"
Although Ronald upset was because of the series of mistakes Ashley has done since morning, he was still affectionate towards her because he thinks she is his true friend and supported him unconditionally.
"I want to confess something, very important."
Ashley said hesitatingly while fidgeting her fingers.
"Ashley, not now, Stefan is showing an interesting video, we will listen to you afterward," Amy said.
"Aunt Amy, it's important. Ronald listens to me first it's about Sarah."
As she mentioned Sarah's name, everybody's attention turned towards her and Ronald was impatient.
"What do u want to say about Sarah."
Ashley's heartaches seeing Ronald is still mad about even for the news regarding Sarah but composed herself because right now she is helpless.
"I am sorry Ronald, it was my mistake, back then I had found no drugs in Sarah's cabinet."
Ashley squeezed her eyes tightly, don't want to see Ronald's reaction, but Ronald held her shoulder tightly.
"What, how could you make such a big mistake when you said you found it in Sarah's cabinet."
"I know I was wrong, I found it in our house and thought Sarah brought it."
Ashley said with a crouch head and Ronald jerked her.
"But it was a lie, how could you do that?"
Ronald roared and hit his fist on the pillar, while everybody was glaring at Ashley in disbelief.
"Ronald, control. We can understand your anger towards Ashley, what she has done was wrong, but now forget Sarah, she has moved on in her life, you too move on."
Andrew not only said but warned Ronald not to cross the line in emotions.
Ronald looked towards Andrew with painful eyes then shoot daggers at Ashley and strode from there while clenching his fist.
"Ashley, why u always want to ruin any good moment, my son was going to show some video," Amy said.
"Stefan, you continue your video."
Andrew ordered and Ashley's face color drained.
"Wh... why vi... video now?" Ashley stuttered.
"Ahh, Ashley, this is not your confession video, that's unnecessary to watch because you confessed, now Stefan you continue."
Amy looked at Ashley in disdain and said mockingly. Ashley couldn't protest more, her face was pale seeing Stefan is switching on the video, but the next moment it turned red in anger.
The video was playing on the big television of their lounge is a tom & jerry cartoon video.
All laughed seeing the comedy video and Jack & Sujata smack Stefan playfully, one on each arm.
"Stefan, are you still a kid?" Jack said.
"So, what is wrong with that, Jack? I found it after so many days, so thought to share it with you all."
Stefan and Sarah looked towards Ashley and smirk. Ashley went from there, stamping her foot on the floor in anger.
After dinner, all moved towards their respective rooms, but Sarah asked Stefan that she want to stay alone for some time and going to take a walk-in garden, she will be back in some time.
Sarah was walking in the palace's garden and silently shedding tears, thinking about the twist and turns of her life. She was wiping her tears frequently, and her action proved her inner turmoil to the two persons who were watching her from their chamber's huge French windows. They are Stefan and Ronald.
Ronald thought it's a perfect time and went to talk to Sarah, whereas Stefan thought to let her be alone for some time. She needs her personal space.
Ronald came behind Sarah silently and called her politely.
"Sarah."
Sarah turned around to find Ronald, her face darkens seeing him, she left from there but Ronald held her hand to stop her.
"Sarah, I want to talk to you."
Sarah jerks his hand.
"But I don't want to talk to you."
Sarah said rudely and hurried her pace towards the palace's main door.
"Sarah, today you have to answer all my all questions. I won't let you go like this."
Ronald yell from behind and stride towards Sarah
Stefan has watched everything from his room's window and cursed Ronald's impatient behavior in mind.
"Oh, this silly boy. Ronald is an idiot, always takes decisions impulsively. I have to stop him before he goes so far."
Stefan ran from his room, still, he was farthest than Ronald and Ronald reached her first to Sarah, he held her hand from behind, pulled her towards him and pinned her to the wall.
"Sarah, today you have to answer me. If you are not a drug addict and never intake any drug, then what was that when I saw you at a different place. Why you ran away from our marriage, answer me where you were?"
Ronald strengthens his grip on her hand and Sarah squeezed her eyes in pain but said nothing to him. Stefan walked to Ronald and put his hand on Ronald's shoulder.
"Ronald, let go of her hand and talk politely."
Ronald suddenly realized his position and let go of her hands, but don't want to let her go without answering his questions.
"Stefan, you stay out if. I want to talk to Sarah and she has to answer."
"No, she will reply nothing like this. I am warning you, stay away from my wife."
"Let it be Stefan, and Ronald continue, what do you want to say."
Sarah said while rubbing her slender wrist, which turned red because of the extreme pressure of Ronald's grip.
"Answer me, if you have never taken drugs then why did we find you in weird places and in unimaginable conditions. Where were you at the time of our marriage, why you turned my life upside down? Please answer, Sarah.".
"Am I the one who turned your life upside down or you are the one who made my life miserable? One suddenly you stepped into my life as my sister's fiancé, then gradually you became my friend, then suddenly one day you fall in love with me. I told u so many times I don't love you, but you & Ashley forced your love on me. I told u so many times I am not a drug addict but you didn't believe me."
"That time also you believed Ashley more than me and today also you believed her. You turned my life upside down with your forceful love but do not trust me. You decided to move on from me on our marriage day, but now I moved on. You have already done what you wanted to do, but now it's my turn."
Sarah vents her anger and walked inside the palace.
Stefan shows his index finger to Ronald and warned him sternly.
"Last time asking you never talk about past with Sarah and leave her alone."
Both walked in their respective direction.
