Infinite Range: The Sniper Mage Chapter 480

Stewart swung his staff, casting a shroud of black light over Orson and the little lamb. Cursed Overload -35,000! "Huh? Why isn't your HP going down?" Stewart blinked in confusion—after tens of thousands in cursed healing, Orson's health bar remained virtually untouched. "You're not gonna drain it. Focus on the others." Orson smiled calmly. Now even more baffled, Stewart frowned. Even with someone like Money Traveler who had over 600,000 HP, he could usually bring their health down before running out of mana—and apply a +130% all-attributes buff in the process. "How much HP does this guy even have?" Madman stared at Orson's health bar in disbelief. Stewart barely chipped it—then it bounced right back. "Seriously, I can't touch it. Don't look at me." Orson sighed and briefly flashed his health stat. It was only a second, but it was enough to freeze everyone's brains. Madman gasped, "If I saw that right, it's..." "Over seven million!?" Everyone inhaled sharply. That wasn't just high—it was absurd, completely outside the realm of player stats. "I really can't do it, huh?" Stewart mumbled, overwhelmed. Orson's War Supreme armor set granted him a passive 5% HP regen per second outside combat—over 350,000 HP every second. Even with all his might, Stewart couldn't outpace Orson's regeneration. "A shame. Guess I won't get the Cursed King treatment." Orson shrugged, half-regretful. His HP was so thick it became a double-edged sword—he couldn't benefit from Stewart's cursed-heal stacking, which would've pushed him to near 15 million HP, with 40,000+ spell power and a million mana. He'd be able to face down any King-tier boss head-on. "Aw yeah, Orson's a goddamn boss agai—" Bradley was about to cheer when Orson shot him a deadly glare. He chuckled sheepishly and shut up. "I probably won't benefit either," Drunken Dream chimed in. "What now? Can I not have my moment to shine?" Stewart protested. Then Drunken Dream revealed his health: 1.67 million. Madman was speechless. "Damn, I thought my 40k HP rogue build made me a survival god. What the hell are you guys!?" Bradley laughed awkwardly. "You win, man. I'm a scrub." Orson nodded, unfazed. A Silver Dragon Knight was naturally a tank—his divine item multiplied HP by ten. That health pool was expected. Add to that the Holy Light Dragon buff which granted 8% regen per second during combat, doubled when out of combat. Not to mention his partner Lilith, a Holy Light Priestess, could stack him with heals and shields. Unless a top-tier King boss burst him down in seconds, Drunken Dream was a walking siege engine—an unstoppable machine. "Forget it. I'm just a support NPC..." Stewart looked miserable. Sure, getting loot while lying down was nice, but he felt like a novelty keychain—there but not needed. Madman, Bradley, and Blank all received massive buffs with Stewart's help. "No wonder Dragon's Kiss Guild became public enemy number one..." Blank murmured, her chest rising and falling as she glanced at her now-buffed stats—feeling like she could kill a god. And this—this was just the tip of the iceberg. "Godslayer has more than just Orgod..." Each core member was practically a monster. They didn't top the leaderboards, but in large-scale battles, they could flip the tide single-handedly. A spatial rift tore open. Out stepped a silver-scaled youth clad in shining dragon armor—Drunken Dream's mount, Denoka, the son of the Holy Light Dragon King Tulikiki. "Drunken Dream has activated [Bonded Summon]!" "Partner Lilith responds through cross-space invocation!" "I missed you, my knight," Lilith said softly, eyes filled with affection. "I missed you too," Drunken Dream smiled, standing beside her like a scene from a fairy tale. The trio—Bradley, Madman, and Stewart—let out exaggerated whistles. Madman's eyes were red with jealousy. Compared to this glorious knightly duo, he felt like a rat crawling through the gutter. Drunken Dream raised his voice, eyes burning with fighting spirit. One of the Dragon Knights sneered, "The Xian family dares defy the Eternal Dragon King?" "I am the son of the Eternal Dragon King! Wherever my spear points, evil shall be purged!" Denoka roared. "A joke. A high dragon bowing to a mere adventurer. Karquil Davis, you are a disgrace to dragonkind!" "Get your elders if you dare call that bloodline proud—now begone." The two Saint Lord-Class Dragon Knights snorted, ignoring the 50-level Denoka entirely. "I am Denoka! I'll drink your dragon blood today! I am not my father—I am the true heir of the Holy Light Dragons. You? You are just servants!" Denoka seethed with fury, his silver aura erupting as he bore the full brunt of their dragon might. Drunken Dream looked back at Orson. Denoka might be a high dragon, but still young and outmatched in level and size. Two elite Dragon Knights in the sky targeting him together? It was brutal. Still, Drunken Dream didn't panic. With monsters like these at his back, failure wasn't a concern. Orson smirked, replying in draconic, "Picking on the young? That's not very noble. We're on a schedule—no time for pleasantries." "He's the one who speaks draconic? That's it?" one of the knights scoffed. "A plague on the empire. Were it not for the Emperor's mercy, this whelp would've been executed long ago! Die, you cur!" "A worm dares roar at my master?" A frigid voice rang out. Crimson Lizard King stepped from a rift, her mere presence sending death energy surging across the palace sky. "Death Dragon Queen..." The two mighty dragons trembled. When Orson switched to his [Sky Sovereign] title and waved his hand, the two dragons crashed from the sky. They shifted into human form and landed, stunned. But the moment they locked eyes with Crimson Lizard King—eyes blood-red, bone blade in hand—their dragon blood turned to ice. Crimson Lizard King passed Denoka without pause. The noble silver dragon bowed in fear, trembling from deep within his blood. Denoka clenched his sword tightly, struggling to hold firm. "You did not disappoint your master," Crimson Lizard King said coldly, placing her bone blade on his shoulder. "I will personally witness you charge into battle and take the heads of those two lizards. Earn my respect!"
