"Hmm…" Azmodeus thought this one over for a second, as he had in fact seen the Darkened guy start to activate a Physique of sorts.
And after a tough decision, he ultimately decided to go with…

Azmodeus practically begged for a re-roll, as he rolled a few more times before eventually obtaining…

Following the acquisition of this Low-Heaven Rank Physique, Azmodeus immediately upgraded it to the Middle-Heaven Rank, as yet another increase in strength washed over him.
After which, he turned his gaze up from the blue and gold screens as he saw the vividly stunned looks on the faces of all the Reaper's.
"You all don't need to stand there with your mouths agape. After all, we still have a few bouts to conclude." He spoke with an indifferent voice as he moved ever closer to the six remaining cloaked figures.
"!!!" "!!!" "!!!"
He may have been walking at a steady pace with the disposition of a man who had already transcended it all, but from the perspective of the Reaper's, he looked like nothing short of a devil incarnate looming over all of existence!
"Stay back, you monster!" A Reaper woman shouted while taking a few steps back.
However…
*Spurt!*
A sword penetrated her stomach, stirring up her insides!
"!?!?" As blood drizzled down her mouth, she looked behind her and saw the otherworldly face of the man they were meant to torture, rob, and eventually kill.
"Ho-How could you be so strong…? From our sources, not even a few dozen years ago, you were supposed to be capable of unleashing strength in the Mid-Tribulation Stages on a high estimate… So how!? How can you be so strong!?"
Azmodeus's slight grin went back to its complete neutrality as he responded, "It's because you based my current strength off of what it was a few years ago."
"What are you saying!? Are you trying to tell us that you were capable of increasing your strength so drastically in a mere 30 years!?"
"Yes, that is exactly what I'm saying; now just disappear and become my strength already."
Azmodeus's response was followed by him absorbing the very essence of her existence using a Devouring Technique.
After so many years of hoarding, he was able to amass quite a collection of techniques, and of those, more than a few were devour-related techniques.
They typically incorporated the 'Law of Devouring' and were extremely useful for obtaining a bit more strength from all killed beings on top of what he gained with the Infinite Evolution System.
"Aahhh…!!!"
The shrill, painful cry's of the Reaper woman resounded as her body visibly shriveled up!
And before long, there was no longer anything more to suck out of her, as Azmodeus took his sleek black and golden blade back to its scabbard before turning his predatory gaze to the six cloaked figures that were left standing.
When his eyes passed by one of the Reaper's in particular, an amused gleam flashed past his gaze as he uttered, "An Early-Mahayana Realm Cultivator in disguise, huh?"
"!!!" The cloaked man he was talking about had his expression change to one of extreme shock, as he never would've expected to be found out so easily.
Even so, he lightly shook his head before asking, "What gave it away?"
"It was the look in your eyes," Azmodeus replied with a finger pointing at the two pitch-black marbles in his eye sockets.
"My eyes…? Ahh, you could see immense power through my gaze…"
The cloaked man's expression morphed into a smiling one, as out of all possible things he could've been found out by, it was really his eyes that gave it away.
"???" "???" "???"
The rest of the Reapers turned their wide-eyed faces in the direction of their Fifth Youngest Brother, as they had no clue that he was actually a Mahayana Realm Cultivator in disguise!
A Mahayana Realm Cultivator… Someone like that could make quadrillions of miles of land vanish in the blink of an eye!
And one was actually right beneath their nose for thousands of years!
"Why did you never tell us, brother sixth?"
The voice of a woman in the Half-Step Mahayana Realm sounded as she looked toward him with a tinge of pain in her heart.
She thought she knew him… She thought they would be together forever and tell each other everything…
The Mahayana Realm man looked at the woman he had intimate relations with for the past couple thousand years as he clicked his tongue before snarling, "You really thought I cared for one of the NPC's?? I was just enjoying that body of yours while I became stronger; nothing more, nothing less."

Blood spurted out of the woman's mouth as she kneeled over with an ashen expression.
"Th-This isn't real… How could this be real…? My Brother Sixth loves me more than anything…"
After getting out his disdainful words, the Mahayana Realm cultivator turned his gaze back to the immortal-like man before saying, "I know you're just an npc, but there is something special about you, and I wish to obtain whatever it is that you have on your person, so hurry up and hand it over."
Azmodeus looked at this ridiculous man spouting an unfamiliar term for the second time as he asked, "What is an npc?"
