"Hence you still hovering around him like a slut" I said to Diana, which made her fume with anger, and the minute she wanted to reply back to me, Christain stumped in and felt how heated the atmosphere was.
"I'll see you later Christain" she replied back, as she left us at the table, hence he turned to me.
"What did you do " Christian raised a question, back as he glanced at me suspiciously.
"I didn't do anything" I let out when the waiter brought out the food we ordered.
"As if I don't know the person sited here with me" Christain knew I must have surely done something wearing a smirk on his face.
Thus that subsequent day, a news came through, which made a Christian jerk up from the bed in shock gawking around.
"What happened?" I raised a question to him, but instead, he tells me to pack up that we where heading back home.
"Why? What about the award ceremony, yours is in a day's time" I blurted out the second time at him.
"The award ceremony can wait, it can always be sent to me but am about losing my life's work if we don't leave her now" Christain dragged his suitcase underneath the bed, thus I followed suit, after that, we left heading back home.
I gawked at him and saw how worked up he was, constantly Shaking his legs
"I wonder what the problem might be," I said to myself, as the plane flew back home.
Thus the moment we step out of the car and stepped inside the house Diana was already waiting for us with the whole Hernandez family tied up against each other.
"What the hell is this Diane?" Christian lashed at her but chuckled at him.
"Here's the star of the show" Felix walks down from the stairs wearing a smile on his face, as Christain goes to talk to him.
"What is going on here godfather?" He raised a question at him, waiting for a response.
"What does it look like?" Felix's response to Christain was so cold, as he gazed at me from the side.
"I don't understand?" Christian says to his godfather, jerking his head when Felix took him to sit down.
"I'll tell you or better still Diana should tell you" he pinned a devious smile on his face as Diana interceded.
"Oh my love, am sorry to inform you that "the Hernandez empire, doesn't belong to you anymore it now as a new owner" Diana confessed to him.
"I don't still don't understand, how, when, why?" Christian turns to him godfather whose face was so lit up in respective of the chaos.
"Godfather?" He glamoured out to him.
"Yes, boy" Felix responds with jerking his head.
"Please what is going on?" He said to his godfather again, as Felix decides to break it down in bits for him.
"For twenty-five years, have always wanted to take over your father's business, thus when he fell into bankruptcy years back, it was my doing".
"I wanted your father to sell his business to me, but instead when you came over to meet me, I never wanted to lend you that amount of money but I figured it was that medium to finally get what I want when you eventually fail in reviving your father's business". Felix alters to us as we all paused listening to him.
"But I was wrong, glimpsing in a year's time, your father's business was back to this standard, so I needed another strategy".
"I turned you into a monster, I used your hot-headedness to my advantage, thus I wanted you to get married to Diana, but when I glimpse at Anna and how quiet she was, it was more perfect "
"Someone ask me why I wanted Anna to get married to Christain". He yells out pulling his gaze to me.
"Why?" I alter with a harsh tone.
"Because I wanted to instigate my lovely godson's against her, so In a fit of rage, he accidentally kills her".
"But no, the meddling elder sister, swoops in to save her by getting married to him, thus nothing as been spoilt yet, I can still kill you and pin the blame on Christian"
"Send him to a long time in jail and gradually torture his family, isn't that a wonderful plan?" Felix asserted to Christain who sat there stunned.
"Wow, that was a big bomb I threw there" he alters looking at us when Christain asserted to him.
Felix glimpsed at Christian crying for the first time, thus I saw how hurt he must have been, after hearing the shocking news, truthfully he really loved his godfather.
Christain fumed as he angrily jerks up to Felix but halted when he pointed a gun at him.
"You wouldn't dare," he thought his godfather was bluffing, so Felix decided to prove to his godson he wasn't, as he pulled the trigger, dropping one of the servants dead in front of us.
"Oops, who's next, how about the meddling sister" Felix fixed an angry gaze at me, pointing the gun towards my direction
"What do you say, godson, shall I? glimpsing she has been a pain in your butt," he says to Christain.
I pinned my hands on the air, thus my gaze turns to Christain the minute he gave his godfather the go-ahead to kill me.
"Ouch, well that's goodbye from all of us here" Felix reloaded the gun, when he was about pulling the trigger, Christain from behind smashed a bottle on his head and when Diane saw what just happened she took off but trust me I wasn't willing to let her go so easily, as I ran to catch up with her.
"Diane stop" I called out striving to meet up with her when suddenly the gates of the mansion closed trapping her outside with me.
"Urgh, don't you get tired of meddling in other people's business" she alters to me, as we both walked in the opposite direction.
"To tell you the truth, I have tried but I just can't do it" I altered to her, as we both attacked each other.
Surprise she was good at karate but I was much better, I mean a lot better than her.
Diana Jabbed me, as I coughed out blood from my mouth, fixing an angry face at her.
"Aww, did that hurt " she made a travesty of me and I hate being taunted.
"You have no idea who you messing with" I got up pulling my hair from behind, as she lungs in for another, but I dashed behind her.
"Stop running sweetheart" she asserted to me, thus I peeked for a way to attack.
"Am just getting warmed up" I asserted back dodging another blow of hers, thus I Jabbed her on her ribs and before she could counter-attack, I Jabbed her another one, as she drops on the ground unconscious.
