“You don’t look like you’re here to talk,” Gao Ming didn’t stop moving. “Did you summon all of them to give you courage?”
Manager Nian could hear Gao Ming’s inner thoughts. She knew Gao Ming had no shred of fear. In reality, Gao Ming would never feel fear because his heart had already been dominated by death.
“Han Hai is big enough for both of us.” The unfamiliar voice carried no emotion. It seemed to be hiding inside Nian Xin’s body. “I will not fight you for faith. I’ll even help you go against the killers of the shadow world.”
“Killers of the shadow world?” The mud figurines had survived the rise and fall of the world, so they knew many things.
“For people like you who live in the dream of Han Hai, you can call them fate.” Manager Nian’s eyes narrowed like cats'.
“There is no free meal in the world. You wouldn’t help me for no reason. Speak. Tell me what you want from me.” Gao Ming kept walking forward, ignoring the mutated creatures along the wall. He was fully at ease. Luo Dong’s wife saw everything. Gao Ming was only one of the founders of Dead Water Forum. That meant there were more people like Gao Ming in the forum!
“I hope you can deliver the criminals with violent and anti-social tendencies to me. I need the beastial nature in their souls. This will help you clean up Han Hai. Isn’t it good for you?” Manager Nian’s status became stranger. Tiny capillaries burst under her snow-white skin. She appeared to be wearing a thin layer of red gauze.
“Ask for something else. I have needs of those criminals you speak of,” Gao Ming didn’t stop moving. He had already reached the middle of the fifth floor. Luo Dong’s wife was scared. She rushed up to Gao Ming. She was stunned by the content of the conversations between Gao Ming and Manager Nian. How did the criminals become items of negotiation?
“Then I’ll take a step back. I’ll ignore the rest of Han Hai. However, the old city’s Li San will become my farm. I need a farm for my pets to roam freely,” Manager Nian’s voice didn’t match her body. The more excited the body was, the colder the voice became.
“Have you met other Gods in hiding?”
“Of course. He also said that we couldn’t fight among ourselves or it would attract the gaze of fate.” Gao Ming pressed his hand on his heart as he stared at the rocking wooden horse.

“Crazy! A man crazier than the animals!” The voice inside Manager Nian could feel the changes in the shadow around them. It was not scared of Gao Ming, but it had an innate fear of fate.
“You search for the beast within the human souls. But think about it. Humans are the cruellest, craziest and scariest among all the animals. We can create a roomful of torture devices just to prolong the pain of death.” With a wave of his hand, the monsters inside the torture room jumped out. Their fates had been bound to Gao Ming. If Gao Ming died, they would die with him.
“Why don’t you give me your power? We don’t need it to mutate the human soul. We will only revert the human soul to its most basic form. That is more than enough.” Gao Ming charged forward with the God of Flesh and Blood. They swung their fists. The wooden horse shattered. The mud figurine pendant Nian Xin wore around her neck fell to the ground. A shadow retreated to the sixth floor.
“Take, for example, Nian Xin, whom you’ve chosen. We don’t need to guide her soul, and she is already scarier than the most vicious animal in the world.”
Gao Ming used the chains to drag Manager Nian into his torture room. After Manager Nian was locked behind bars, Gao Ming pulled out the blind man’s death portrait.
Ever since he entered the fifth floor, the death portrait had been sending him messages. Since Manager Nian could hear the voices in his heart, Gao Ming triggered the madness and hatred in his heart without reservation so that Big Dog’s plan wouldn’t be overheard. Now that Manager Nian had been captured, Gao Ming didn’t need to worry about that anymore. He caressed the picture and realised the big dog was already hiding on the top floor.
“Does he plan to swallow the mud figurine whole?”
Perhaps the incident at Li San Hospital had inspired the blind man. He not only wanted to walk out of the dark dog’s lair but also carve a path for himself.
“This figurine matches him quite well. In that case, I’ll help him.” Gao Ming raced towards the sixth floor. He needed to deal with the mud figurine before the gaze of fate turned onto him fully.
The window before him shattered. The strange bird with nine heads flew into the room. The hunter with the antlers charged at Gao Ming.
“Leave them to me. They are so pretty in my eyes.” Xia Yang appeared beside Gao Ming with a smile. He even greeted Luo Dong’s wife.
If one viewed Xia Yang alone, one would think he was a kind, gentle and weak art teacher.
The giant antler cut through the wall. The hunter with brown fur reached Luo Dong’s wife. The shadow loomed over Luo Dong’s wife. She looked so tiny and helpless. R
The arm that was pierced with nails swung the iron cage. The rusted bars of the cage were bound with barbs. Just as Luo Dong’s wife was about to be smashed into a pulp, the hunter’s arm suddenly froze.
