Time flews so fast. Days were passing fast. It has been a month since I joined to work. I enjoying my work more, though some of the colleagues make it hard for their happiness. I don't give any my attention to them. I just complete the given work and move out at six to take tutorials and at eight in the evening I will go to Ajith's house and prepare dinner for both and sleep.
In all the chores I and Ajith never talked. Though I tried much to talk with him. He always ignores me, may be he doesn't want me. All the time he is busy with his work. Once I asked him where does he go and come late always and What work he does. But I got a reply very rude which I didn't expect.
Ajith: wherever I go. Whatever I do. It's none of your business. You just do your work and get lost.
From that time I never talk to him. He also never does.
In the office also I didn't make any friends, though I met Vinay sir a few times and talked with him he is more friendly. After that, I didn't meet him and maintained my distance as it may lead to unwanted attention.
I feel lonely which I didn't experience throughout my life though I am an orphan. I have never been alone. But now everything changed. I carve for someone to talk to me, but at last, all my hope goes in the air.
All the employees here are rich not like me. They ravish their money like anything. I don't mingle much with them so they don't consider me as one of them and always ignores me which I accept willingly, but what Ajith is doing it's hurting me a lot. I don't know when and how my heart betrayed me and has a feel for him. Now I have a strong space for him. I.....I...like....h..him...
I don't know what is going to happen in the future, but he will never be mine. I tell this with confidence because I saw that he will get a call from some girl and he talks to her going away. I know it is a girl because I heard the voice. But a few days back I came to know her is SWATHI. From that day I am controlling my feelings and myself. If no use of mourning about the past.
I am in my workplace now it is already 4 pm within two hours I need to submit my work. I have been assigned to report the past two years the financial status of the company. I need to collect financial records for two years.
I was on my way to collect the reports which were in the store room. The storeroom is on the second floor. I went there but I saw the biggest shock.
Anny, Monica Khanna, and another girl were walking in front of me all dressed like models. I never thought they both will be here. They are still together. I prayed to Shivji let them not see me. But always he does the opposite to me. They saw me and came to me.
Anny: see who is here Moni your sister in law.
Monica: ya ya how can we forget a cunning dog.
Anny: see her. Do you know what Miss? The charity you were better when you were working with mom. Now see yourself. You look similar to beggars no proper dress, wait not even mangalsutra leave it any way you can't afford it. It's better if you be like this may bee some random guy can come behind you.
Monica: she is now not less than a beggar.
Anny: you are right Moni. After all, what can her husband do to her? When he doesn't have proper work and money.
Monica: THAT'S WHAT IS HER FATE.
Anny: see what you bought yourself into.
Monica: leave her Anny we have more important work to do than this.
I never felt this desperate why they are behind me still. All did is to trap me now all the fault is mine. She said right all MY FATE. I went to the store room. It was already time up. I need to do submit my report though it is late.
I went to the store room. The files were placed accordingly I need to search and pick up. Without knowing I stepped on a big glass piece. It went deep on my foot. I sat there only due to pain. I tore a part of my dupatta and tied it.
I made myself strong and collected the files and did my work and submitted it by then it was 8 pm. I drove my scooty towards Ajith's house.
I reached there and parked my scooty in the side and unlocked the door. I saw Ajith seating on the sofa what made me stunned is he was drinking half of the bottle was empty. I was not knowing he had a drinking habit.
I thought not to disturb him but he spoke.
Ajith: why you are late??
I was silent don't know why he was asking but inside I was happy at least he talked to me.
Ajith: I asked you something dammit.
He shouted loudly. His voice echoed in the house. He stood up and came close to me pulled me by shoulders.
Ajith: I asked you something.
His grip was strong on my shoulder and his breath was the bad smell of alcohol. I was scared by him he was hurting me. I can't even stand my foot is paining.
Paru: I was in the office.
Ajith: At this late.
I nodded my head.
Ajith: don't lie to me speak the truth or else you will face the consequence.
He grips tightened I can't able to take it tears formed my eyes. Soon welled up.
Paru: you.....ahhh....are... hurting ....me.
Ajith: really you bitch. You never saw my anger still. Before that tell the truth that you know everything and acting innocent in front of me. That Khanna sent you right.
Paru: what....are...you.... talking....about.....
Ajith: you will not tell like this.
He pulled him with my hair and dragged me inside his room. It was paining more my shoulder, my foot, my head what happened to him suddenly. He pushed me on the floor. I hit my head to the edge of the table. I saw him removing his belt. Is.... he... going...to what I thought came to reality he hit me with a belt I was screaming in pain tears where never stoping.
Ajith: answer me your slut.
I am totally drained out. My body feels burning I can't take this.
Paru: I ..... really...don't...know what are you talking please leave me.
I started to cry.
Ajith: I am not going to fall for your fake tears. I know what to do.
He slowly came to me. He pulled me up towards him. He held my hair with grip.
Ajith: How can I fall for a fake girl like you.
He pulled my dupatta and tossed me on his bed. I was shocked to see him. His eyes were red full of anger. He came to me.
Ajith: today I will satisfy my long hunger.
He toured my dress sleeves. I came to know his intention. I never thought this.
Paru: Ajith..... please don't do this.....to me...you are not in your sense please I beg you.
He slapped me hard I tasted my own blood.
Ajith: just shut your mouth.
He tried to open my dress.
Paru: please no.
He slapped me continuously.
Ajith: don't play your tricks with me.
He came on top of me and bitted my neck I was begging him to let me go. I tried my best to push him but he locked my hands above my head. He is behaving like an animal my neck hurts. Today all my hope and respect for him died.
I lost all my strength and let Shinji do whatever he wanted. Ajith started to remove my lowers but his phone rang but he didn't give any attention to it. It was continuously ringing he left me. I thanked Shivji for helping me at least.
Ajith: what the fuck you want.
After a few seconds.
Ajith: ok I will be there.
He went away without didn't even look at me. I was on bed lying like a dead person... I don't need this kind of life shivji please take me away from here.
