Her tongue brushed against his, playful and bold, before she pulled back slightly, her breath warm against his cheek.

She said, her voice a mix of amusement and affection.
"Still sneaking up on me like that is so mean? You’re lucky I didn’t blast you across the room."
Adam grinned, releasing her but keeping a hand on her hip.
"Had to keep you on your toes. Beside it’s your fault for not noticing me."
He tilted his head, his tone shifting to a more serious note.
"Maybe so, your stealth has truly evolve to a level where it’s hard to even locate your existence at time. But that aside how do you like the place?!"
She asked as she looks around and Adam, replied by saying.
"It looks great, but how much did all of this even cost."

"By the way, if I may ask...can you tell me why did you make me Student Council President? I mean, I get the whole power couple vibe, but this feels like a lot of responsibility for a guy who would rather be out there cracking skulls than pushing papers in an office."
Nyx smirked, stepping back to lean against the podium, her arms crossed.
"It’s not your average student council gig, darling. This isn’t some elite job post like you’re thinking...it’s a school post, sure, but it’s different. As president, you’re the second-highest authority here, right below me. You’ll have access to student records, everything from their magical aptitudes to their family histories. You’ll manage the school’s budget, plan events, and shape the student experience. But the best part?"
Her eyes gleamed with mischief.
"You can attend classes whenever you feel like it. Quizzes, tests? Take ’em when you want, or skip ’em entirely. Pass or fail, it doesn’t matter...your position guarantees you’re untouchable here."

"You can still train, fight, do whatever you want. But you’ll also be my eyes and ears. New Hera’s a melting pot of power, and not everyone’s here for the right reasons."
She glanced toward the auditorium’s entrance, her voice lowering.

Said Adam, for a while now he noticed of some of the the New Order Fucktards had invaded his school.

Adam nodded slowly, processing her words, as he replied back saying.
"Fair enough. But I’m still not thrilled about the paperwork. You’re lucky I love you."
He flashed a cocky grin, but his mind was elsewhere, lingering on Yarquella’s unexpected presence. Should he tell Nyx? Not yet, he decided. He needed more intel before stirring that hornet’s nest.
Before they could continue, the auditorium’s double doors suddenly swung open with a soft hydraulic hiss.
A new teacher, a wiry man with a neatly trimmed beard and a glowing data tablet in hand, led a stream of students inside.
Their chatter filled the space, a mix of excitement and nervous energy as they filed into the seats, which hummed faintly as they adjusted to each student’s posture. The teacher’s voice cut through the noise, directing students to settle in for the opening ceremony.

"Yes, ma’am. Just don’t expect me to wear a tie."
He sarcastically said, causing Nyx to giggle but her attention went back to the students.
Right after he slipped behind the stage’s sleek, retractable curtain, his cape billowing slightly as he moved. From the shadows, he watched Nyx adjust the podium’s settings one last time, her confidence radiating as she prepared to address the crowd.
As the students settled, Adam leaned against a backstage console, his mind racing.
The role of Student Council President was more than he had bargained for, but Nyx was right, it gave him power, freedom, and a front-row seat to the academy’s undercurrents.

"But that is all from me students, remember to listen to administration, and before we take you on a tour of the place. I will now introduced you to the Student Council President, and also my brother and fiance. Adam darling please make your way on the stage."
Hearing these words Adam sighed, Nyx indeed got him his drink, as he found it on table at the back with snacks, food, and beverage for the teachers too.
And gulping down the rest, Adam made his way to the front, Nyx forfeiting the podium to him.
He looked at the crowd before him.
