'He couldn't have done something that bad to them so why are they looking at him like he is about to defile them.'

Before she could say anything, a loud coughing sound caught her attention, she turned around to see her junior sister Jiang was coughing up blood.

Noah just looked at her and rolled his eyes before saying.
"You gave her a low quality pill, how is that supposed to heal her instantly? You need to wait for a while before the effects of the pill kick in and besides there is blood in her system. Before she gets it out, how can the healing process be done?"
After coughing up blood Jiang Shi's complexion became better. Her wounds showed signs of healing but there was not much effect on her injuries. If things went on like this she might need two to three hours before she was fully healed.

"All of them are around the same level of purity." Hearing her words Noah paused to think and then looked at Ma Li.
"Let's go, since they are safe we need to continue our journey."
