After two week
Diya's pov
'"I will not divorce Rudra," I said. My voice was firm.
Bhai was fuming in anger after hearing me. " Have you gone mad? It's the best chance to leave that criminal. Living with him isn't safe for you. He is a Bloody murderer! Divorce him," He yelled at me.
" Bhai, please. Don't call him a criminal. I know he does illegal business but he never killed anyone without any reason. He is my husband. I won't divorce him," I replied with almost teary eyes.
Though I am angry with Rudra I won't divorce him. How can I? I love him! Gangster or not! I have loved him truly.
Well, I was in my room and resting when my brother entered. It's been two weeks since I returned home. As usual, my brother started lecturing me about Rudra. He was hell-bent on convincing me to divorce Rudra.
" I never thought that my sister will talk to me like that for a criminal. She has gone blind by that criminal's love. How can you live with that person who framed me and snatched my job, kidnapped Araav and forcefully married you," He sounded upset and disappointed.
I grabbed his hand tightly," Bhai, try to understand. Circumstances made him do all those things with us. He is not a bad person. I admit that he married me forcefully but he never harmed me. He always protected me."
The next moment I felt a sting right on my cheek. Bhai just slapped me! For the first time in my life bhai has slapped me. I looked at him with disbelief.
Bhai said anger dripping from his voice," I am arranging your divorce paper. You will sign on without any fuss."
After informing me, about the divorce Bhai left my room and didn't turn back. I continued crying and felt like burning everything.
During this whole week, bhai told me countless times to leave Rudra and every time I refused him. The whole week Rudra tried to contact me but I didn't contact him.
Even he came to my house to take me but every time bhai insulted him and threw him away from our house. Yesterday when he came to meet, I have given a condition to Rudra that he have to choose between his profession and me. I told him that I will not go to his house until he leaves this dangerous profession.
Listening to my condition I noticed his pissed-off face and without saying anything he left my house. I don't know what decision he will take.
But, I can't deny that I am missing Rudra too much. After living without Rudra for two weeks, I understand how much I love him. Every second is feeling like a year to me without him. How can I make this man understand that I don't want to lose him? I don't want to be a widow. How can I make him understand how much I feel scared whenever he gets involved in illegal doings!!
Rudra's p.o.v
" Today Manoj is having a new shipment from Russia. Burn that bastard's all shipment & make him pay for fooling me, "I ordered Jay.
Having my order, he left the conference room. I cursed Manoj with all the cursed words I knew.
For the last two weeks, I am going under heavy pressure from every side. Two weeks ago when Jay informed me that we had found Manoj, I was so happy that finally, I will kill him with my own hands. But that bastard fooled us. He wasn't there. Some of his men didn't even know where he actually was.
We were busy there searching for him and using this as an opportunity, that fucker stole my new supplies of drugs!!
It wasn't the first time he fooled me. inquired Jay about all this and also beat him brutally for giving me the wrong information. He swore to me that he was sure that Manoj was there. I knew Jay for many years. He would never lie to me. After that day, Manoj again hid.
On the other hand, my wife is also giving me tension. She demands me to choose between her and my profession. How can I make her understand that my profession and she, both are important to me? And my dear brother-in-law!! He is another pain in my ass. He doesn't give me any chance to meet my sunflower. My Sunflower is already angry with me and her brother is fueling her anger more.
Moreover, Dad is also behaving unusually. Whenever I talk to him he behaves like he is hiding something from me. Recently, he is involving with the CBI's head Vikram Bohra, his friend
At first, I thought that they are investigating about that bomb blast. But, later I found that they aren't investigating on bomb blast. They were searching for someone. I don't know whom they were searching for. I am keeping watch on them and very soon I will find out whom they are searching for.
Author's pov
A man was lying on the floor and brutally beaten by a rod or some kind of heavy metal. Looking at him anyone can assume that, His age would be 50 or 55. Not more than that.
Uday Pratap was sitting in front of him on a couch. Vikram was also there. Uday Pratap was having his drinks with Vikram.
Uday Pratap asked the injured man," Anup Mehta. Tell me the truth. Did you kill that child or are you lying?"
Anup was completely bruised and now he had no other option without accepting the truth.
He said crying," Sir, I wanted to kill that boy but an idea came to my mind. I sold that boy to a human trafficker because of money. After that, where that boy went and whether he is alive or not. I don't know anything. I am telling the truth. Don't beat me anymore. Let me go!"
Uday Pratap didn't say anything much. He only signalled one of his men. And his man dragged out Anup of the room.
Vikram was watching all this and sipping from his drinks. Before he could say anything, Uday Pratap yelled," Now what? From where I will find that bastard?"
Vikram chuckled and said," When I am here, why are you having tensions? Chill!! Give me some time. I will find your bastard soon!
At Roy House
Diya was hurt and her mood was ruined after her fight with her brother.
To divert her mind from everything, she decided to bake a cake. She didn't think further and went to the kitchen.
Taking all the ingredients she started her work. Aaarav is also here with her bua ( aunt). Diya was giggling with Ararav and doing her work. Both are enjoying themselves.
Whenever she looked at Araav, she could recall her unborn child and felt too much bad.
Diya and Araav were busy having fun when they heard Abhishek's voice.
Abhishek yelled," Diya."
Diya was angry with Abhishek but still she decided to go there because she respect her brother a lot.
She walked towards there and found out that her brother was standing with another man. The man is looking very similar to Rudra with tall height. His jawline was exactly like Rudra's. Seeing the man Diya became surprised.
" Why is this man looking very similar to Rudra," Diya Wondered.
Abhishek told everyone to sit and everyone to sit on the sofa. Diya started observing the man with curious eyes who was watching her with admiration.
Abhishek said smilingly, " Diya & Anika, meet our guest, my new business partner Mr Dheeraj Rayna. We are going to open a new cafe together."
Dheeraj smiled like a gentleman," Nice to meet you all."
Then Abhishek introduced Diya and her Bhabi to Dheeraj. After that, they all talked about many things. Diya just listened but said nothing.
" Why this Dheeraj Rayna looks very similar to Rudra. Is he somehow related to Rudra?" Diya wondered.
At Night
Dheeraj and Manoj were drinking and discussing their further plans.
Manoj said laughing," Your plan was excellent. When Rudra was fooled by us, you should have seen his face."
Dheeraj listened to him but said nothing. His whole concentration was somewhere else. He was only thinking about Diya.
Today when he saw Diya face to face he couldn't take his eyes off her. Like his eyes got stuck on her.
Dheeraj imagined," How will it feel to have her in my arms."
His thinking is interrupted by Manoj's yelling. Manoj yelled," Are you hearing me? I am talking about our next plan and you are zoned out!"
Dheeraj was irritated by Manoj's bossy attitude every time. He felt like killing Manoj but he had to wait for the right time.
Dheeraj nodded his head," Yeah, I am listening. For the next plan, you don't have to worry. I am planning something big for the betrayer Singhs!!
Manoj didn't say anything further. He walked to the door to leave the room. Before leaving he turned his head at Dheeraj and said," By the way, recently you are trying to get close to Abhishek Roy. What's cooking inside your sinister mind?"
Dheeraj looked at Manoj with a shocked expression. He didn't know that Manoj was keeping his eyes on him.
Dheeraj mumbled," You are not as stupid as I thought you were."
" I am just planning a new business with him, nothing else!!" Dheeraj said fixing his gaze on his drinks.
Manoj replied with a threatening tone," Don't act smart with me. If I find you guilty about something or betraying me, the consequences will be bad!!!
Saying that Manoj left the room leaving behind a furious Dheeraj.
Dheeraj said smirking," Manoj Tyagi, I think you wanted to die so soon. Fine, I have granted your wish. Very soon I will send you to hell!!!".
