It has been a while since I met her. The last time was before I went on a memorable trip with my family when I met Koori.

It was a fun day. Koori had freshly broken up with Naoko and was feeling quite lonely.

That's why, I replied, "Just a common cold. What about you? Are you okay?" I asked casually.
She began fidgeting slightly, with her index fingers tapping against each other periodically.
"Umm...if I tell you something, will you keep it to yourself?"
I was surprised but instantly nodded.
Is she going to confess that she cheated on Naoko with a hot futa or something? But last I remembered, we weren't that close for her to disclose such a secret to me. Then what ...

Koori seemed to understand that I wasn't much interested in the topic, so she hurriedly added, "I-I know he hurt you in the past ...but please, can you forgive him and move on? For me, please?" She suddenly hugged my hand between her soft one.
My hand was inched away from those meat buns which were desiring to burst from the confines of her shirt.
Gosh, I wanna grab them.
Holding my urges, I told her, "Even if I forgive him, what exactly do you want me to do with him? Date him?"
If she really asks so, then sorry, Koori, even if you are my first crush, I won't be able to fulfill your promise.
However, "No, no! I won't force you to like someone and date them. It's just..." With her eyes drawn downward, she muttered, "...he doesn't generally open up to someone. Having such a complicated family, Naoko has to bear several responsibilities, and he is the only child."

Was it because of my powers? Or is it the experience with the women? I didn't feel anything while confessing my feelings toward the girl whom I have liked since my first year.
Koori's eyes widened; she seemed to be in great shock.

Koori lowered her eyes, before shyly she muttered, "Sorry, Minoru-kun...but I like someone else."

Just as a curious child, I read her mind and it turned out,

"...!" My eyes widened as once she walked away, I checked the other phone—only to find that indeed, Kasumi has received more than a hundred calls and texts from Koori.
