Minoru had a hard time writing the paper since he actually didn’t revise much last night. However, thanks to his improved stats, he was able to remember a few things, and since he was good in the subjective type answers, most of the answers were filled.
…naturally, he did cheat a bit by using his skill and speed. However, he only cheated with those answers that he genuinely didn’t know.
After sensei took everyone’s paper, it was already half-time—or more like, school ended for the third-year students, since during the mid-term examinations, students are only asked to stay for three hours and once they are done with their papers, they can go.
“Haah~I should have read the schedule properly.” Minoru got up from his seat and turned toward his friend, “Got any plans?”
Akisu was checking the book to see if he wrote the answer correctly, as he responded, “Yeah, I am meeting someone.”
Minoru barely held himself from grinning…how can he forget, that his dear friend is going to reconcile with his girl today?
“Good luck with that.” Patting the guy on the shoulder, Minoru stepped out of the classroom and headed toward the second-year’s floor. He promised to have lunch with Minami after all.
Since it was break time for every class, the corridor was filled with students.
Many of them were glancing in Minoru’s direction.
Even though he was dressed as others, he looked exceptionally eye-catching and cool in the eyes of his junior.
Well, Minoru had gotten used to it so he didn’t pay attention to them and stopped before Minami’s classroom.
“Hey, beautiful~” The girl who was about to step out, suddenly found an arm circling around her waist before she was standing before an incredibly hot guy.
“Y-Yes…” The poor girl stuttered, a profound blush appearing on her face.
Minoru’s hot breath and sweet words reached her ear and traveled down her spine, “Call Minami for me.”
The girl nearly fell down because her legs were shaky but she somehow held herself and returned to the classroom before arriving before the short-green-haired girl, “Minami…someone is looking for you.”
Minami was packing her bags and chatting with her friends, and when they heard the girl’s words, everyone in the group, including Minami, turned toward the door.
"It's your darling senpai, Minami-chan~~~"
"Damn...look at those eyes...that jawline...seriously, Minami, you need to keep her tightly locked or many women would come to get him."
Minami grinned at that, "You don't need to worry about that. Anyways, I am going...see you all~"
Waving at her friends, she lifted her bento and walked towards the door.
"Hello, Senpai. Sorry to make you wait." In a shy voice, she greeted him.
Minoru raised his brows as he looked at the girl before him, "Were you in the middle of something?"
"N-No, I was waiting for you."
Minoru nodded, "Okay then, let's go."
Minami nodded before she stepped out of the classroom
As Minoru turned around to leave, he found a pretty intense gaze boring a hole in his back.
He turned to look at the person and found the same bulky guy who purposely came in his way this morning and was c glaring at Minoru.
Minoru also stared back, using a bit of blood lust, he allowed his aura to be known.
The boy flinched, his expression shifting from daunting to being petrified really quickly.
The staring contest came to a swift end as the boy turned his face away, making Minoru sigh, 'Cringe silent lovers....'
"Did something happen?" Minami asked as she peeked inside the classroom.
Minoru decided not to tell her since it wasn't very important. There are many and will be many, who would fall for Minami, considering her bloodline. And as she gains control over her powers, she would attract more and more people.
"It's nothing, let's go." He ushered her as he held her shoulder and turned her away.
They soon reached the rooftop—although it was locked, for Minoru it wasn't a problem worth mentioning.
He easily unlocked the door and invited the girl.
They sat side by side by the fence as Minami opened the lunch box and offered it to Minoru.
"You made it?" Minami nodded to that, which surprised Minoru, "Quite talented you are...let's see..." He rested a fried chicken ball inside his mouth before munching on it.
"Hmm...it's quite good. Perfect seasoning and well cooked. Five out of five."
Minami heaved a long sigh of relief. She wasn't much experienced in this field, and before making this lunch, she practiced several times and fed her parents to test if things were edible.
"Thank you ...please eat a lot."
Minoru didn't show reservations and began eating lunch.
It was a well-balanced lunch with meat, vegetables, rice, and a sweet dish.
While he was eating, Minoru asked, "How are you doing these days? Your power...you have gained control over it, it seems."
During their trip to the resort, after she unveiled her demonic powers, she was a walking powerhouse.
However, compared to that time, she has gotten quite good control over her powers, which was a big surprise since almost ten days have passed since that incident.
"Mama is helping me understand these powers and training me to control my Charm. Being a Succubus doesn't allow me to let go o itf this control, or the people around me turn weird."
Minoru nodded, "True...in that aspect, I might need to train a little as well. I have been gathering a lot of attention these days."

Minami blinked in surprise, before nodding, "Yes..."
Minoru told her, "Then let's go on a date. I will come pick you up after school."
