With a look of discontent on her face, Stacey reluctantly stood up from Roland's hard crotch as she went to pick up the phone.
A while later, she could only sigh as she said to Roland, "They called because dinner is ready. What a bad service, they should have just waited for us to call them instead. Hmmpp!"
Stacey grumbled as she went back beside Roland. Although they could continue what they were doing earlier, it was obvious that their previous enthusiasm had already died down, which dissatisfied Stacey a lot.
Roland laughed hearing Stacey grumbles. He kissed her on the lips to lighten her mood as they went to the 10th floor's dining area.
At this moment, Roland and Stacey arrived at the fancy dining table.
The tables were already filled with premium delicacies which could only be found in a top-class restaurant.
Most of the dishes were premium seafoods like lobsters and huge prawns, delicacies that Brine City was abundant in being right in front of the sea.
Four gorgeous ladies were standing on each corner of the table, ready to assist the two of them for their dining experience.
The aroma of the seafood entered Roland's nose. Of all of the food available, it could be said that seafood was his bias as the orphanage that he grew up in was also near the sea.
Seeing the familiar, yet oversized seafood, Roland's mouth could not help but salivate.
Not wasting any more time, Stacey and Roland began their assault in a fierce manner.
As Roland could eat a lot, he managed to finish a lot of food on the table, surprising even the chef who served them the last dish. Stacey was already used to it by now, so she only giggled upon seeing the chef's reaction.
It was only after an hour later that Roland finally felt satisfied. In front of him were the shells of clams, crabs and prawns that had been discarded by him cleanly. As a person who has the Level 1 Cooking Skill, even his way of eating the rare delicacies was kind of top notch. The chef and four gorgeous servers could only nod their head in approval.
After the table was cleaned, a fatty suddenly came into view. Wearing an expensive looking suit with sparkling jewelries adorning all of his bodies.
The fatty came in front of Roland and Stacey and greeted them with a bow, "Good evening! How was your dining experience, dear guests?"
Stacey and Roland looked at each other before nodding. They then said in unison, as if in an agreement, "It was good!"
"And you are?" Roland asked as he observed the man.
The man has a huge build but with small height. His fingers were full of expensive looking rings as his neck had a chain of gold hanging around it. He was also wearing a white hat to pair his black and white attire.
Hearing the question, the man smiled and bowed to them again. "I apologize for the late introduction. You can call me Martin; I am the owner of QP Hotel."
"Dear guests, it's my, QP Hotel's honor to serve the two of you. If you have something that you need or if there is something in our service that dissatisfied you, feel free to call me anytime and I will handle it as soon as possible."
As he said that, Martin also scrutinized Roland and Stacey.
Earlier, one of the receptionists informed him that a VVIP had appeared and booked the 10th floor of his QP Hotel. Upon hearing that, and upon confirming the truth, he immediately hurried over here to meet the VVIP personally.
His purpose was obvious from the start. To ensure that the guests were treated fairly and second, to make connections with people who have a WPB bank account.
People like this were very rare, especially in a province like this. Martin would simply not pass up this opportunity to befriend such bigshots. That was why the receptionist was always instructed to inform him immediately if such people came to his QP Hotel by chance.
Observing Roland and Stacey, Martin has nothing but praise to their looks.
'As expected of those who have a WPB card, even their looks were extraordinary!' He commented internally.
Although they were just dressed casually right now, Martin did not dare to look down, or even doubt them for even a second. Heck, he still loves his life, and he doesn't want to die an untimely death yet.
"Oh you're the owner of this place. It's nice to meet you!" Roland stood up from the seat and approached Martin as he reached out his hand for a handshake.
"By the way, you can just call me Roland, and this here is my girlfriend, Stacey!" He added.
"Nice to meet you, Mr. Roland, and Ms. Stacey," Martin smiled as he took and shook Roland's hand carefully.
Martin was very careful on his every move, afraid that he would anger Roland and Stacey.
"Mr. Roland, Ms. Stacey, is there anything that you would like to add to our service?"
Roland and Stace thought for a moment before they shook their heads. "Nothing for now."
"Alright! Mr. Roland, Ms. Stacey, just call me if you need anything. In this entire Brine City, I dare not to brag but if there is something that I cannot solve, then no one in this city could solve it too. So, if you encounter any problem, you can just call me and let me handle the rest." Martin said as he handed his business card over.
Roland took the business card without thinking too much about it as he put it inside his pocket. It was obvious that Martin was trying to gain their trust, and Roland didn't mind it either. Making a friend was better than making an enemy, after all.
Although it was unlikely for them to encounter any trouble while in Brine, with Martin's guarantee, their stay here should be smoother from now on.
As for Martin's enthusiasm for wanting to get close to them, Roland and Stacey were also not surprised by it. Stacey was already used to it, while earlier, Roland already knew that this was some kind of effect brought upon being a WPB card holder.
Anyways, after Martin left, Roland and Stacey rested for a bit in their big room first before they decided to go shopping.
Both of them only brought a handle of clothes but the two of them were planning to stay in the yacht for a few days.
Aside from buying some clothes, they also need to buy some supplies for their stay on the yacht. Although it was likely that the yacht already had its storage full, it was better to be ready than to regret it later.
As they went down the elevator, Roland and Stacey saw a lot of men staying in the receptionist area casually.
However, on a careful look, one would be able to see that each of them was wearing a piece of hearing equipment on their ear.
Roland on the other hand could observe more than that. Each of the people, although many looked like they were civilians, were actually trained professionals from their way of walking alone.
"Is there some kind of operation right now?"
With a frown on his face, Roland immediately dialed Martin's number, to inquire about the situation.
