Everything was beautiful. From the chandelier to the flower on the table everything was perfect. But that was not important. The important thing was the people there. They all are smiling. They are happy to see this day. The day of Rose and Ash's wedding. Yes, they were again taking vows on their third wedding anniversary.
People were finding their table and talking with others. But everyone was looking forward to the wedding. They were waiting to see the star-crossed lover take their vow for eternal love.
~On the other side~
"I might vomit," Rose said.
"Sister, take a deep breath," Bella said.
"Just relax, will you? It's not like you are getting married. The man on the altar was already your husband." Julia said.
"Don't talk to me. I remember how you betrayed me that day." Rose said.
"What day? O, you mean the day your husband confesses. But aren't you supposed to thank me?" Julia asked in a mocking tone.
"Trust me, I want to punch you," Rose said.
"Bella, don't you feel like Rose became aggressive after coming here."
"I agree with Julia," Bella said.
Rose took a sharp breath and said, "I wanted to see Ash."
"No, my dear, you can't," Rose's father said. He looked at the child in front of her. He still remembered how she struggled to walk. But now she will walk through the aisle and take another man's hands. Rose saw that her father was watching her. She said, "Dad."
Her father came near her and hugged her.
"I am proud of you, Rose. Remember no matter what my home will be your home."
Rose hugged him back and said, "I know dad. Thank you for loving me so much."
It is true. He loved Rose knowing Rose was not his child. It was not easy but he never discriminated between his daughter and Rose. If true, he loves Rose more.
Rose's mother came and said, "Please leave my daughter. You are ruining her makeup."
"Sorry dear," he said.
"Here it’s a gift from both of us." Her mother said.
She gave Rose a tiara. Bella secured it with clips.
Rose looked at the mirror. She was wearing a white wedding gown with a long tail. The dress was made up of silk and covered with net flower embroidery. There was a bow in the back. It was simple but it radiated Rose's beauty. With the dress, she was wearing diamond earrings and silver heels.
Rose was looking stunning in her get-up. So she was curious how Ash was looking. However, they could not meet before the function.
They all were admiring the dress when they heard a loud cry. They looked at the source. It was Aurora who was crying while making a mess of her father's tuxedo. Bella ran to her and said, "Baby." The child lept on her and said, "Mama,"
"She was crying when she couldn't find you," Roy said.
Bella nodded and touched Roy's tuxedo. "It's totally ruined," Bella said.
Roy laughed and said, "For my princess it is nothing."
Bella rolled her eyes and said, "Don't you think you spoil her more than necessary."
"She is my daughter, so I can spoil her," Roy said.
Bella said under breath, "Like father, like daughter. Both drive me crazy."
Roy smiled and bent. Then he kissed Bella's cheek and said, "Don't worry, I will pamper you more."
This time Bella blushed. She held her smile and asked, "Promise?"
Roy hugged both his wife and daughter and said, "Promise"
Rose looked at this family. It was not easy for them. They fought, they denied, they cried, and finally, they accepted. Rose asked Bella about it. Bella smiled and said, "I will tell you another time. But all I have to say is that it was a beautiful journey. It hurts a lot but finally, we found happiness. The happiness Levi dreams for us."
Now both Roy and Bella accepted their love. Not only had that after knowing the truth Roy's family supported Bella. They loved her like their child. And now that Aurora came the love became double. Rose prayed that this family would keep smiling like this.
Roy saw that Rose was looking at them. He came near her and said, "Sister-in-law, congratulations."
Rose smiled and said, "Congratulations to you too. For finding love." She winked. Roy blushed.
'My god, Roy is super cute when he blushes. But my husband is the best, ' Rose thought.
Then Roy said, "Are you happy?"
Rose knew what he meant. She left due to guilt. So he wanted to make sure she was happy or not. Rose said, "Yes, I am. I am not only happy but I found my peace. I found my home."
Roy nodded and said, "Wish you all the best and always be happy."
Bella said, "Don't worry. Brother-in-law will make sure of it."
All laughed. Then Jack came in. He said, "Roy, Ash was looking for you. We need to get to the stage."
"Yes, coming," Roy said. He kissed Aurora's head and said, "See you later."
Jack saw Rose and was shocked. It is true that he gives up on her but Rose still makes him crazy. He said, "Girl, are you sure you want to marry that man? You know I am always ready to take your hand." Rose shook her head and said, "You will never change. And no, I would like to decline your offer. I love that man more than anything."
Jack said, "Your loss."
Before Rose could say anything Julia pulled Jack's ears and said, "Whose loss. It is clearly your loss that you could not woo her for two years whereas Ash did it within 6 months. Moreover, you met her earlier than Ash."
Jack said, "Leave me blonde, it was due to timing that I lost. Or do you think I will lose to that buffalo?"
Julia pulled his ear more and said, "Then be careful with the next one, you dumbo. And leave my friend from your dirty fantasy."
"I don't do it. The only dirty fantasy I have is with you. So better leave me now or I don't know what I will fantasize about next time."
Julia let go of his ears and said, "Behave." Rose looked at two of them. They argued like kids. When Roy said, "Shall we go, or do I have to send invitations for you to go?"
Jack said, "Let's go. Take care, Rose. And make sure to always be happy."
"Okay, grandfather," Rose said.
All laughed. This laughter is the thing Rose wanted to cherish for the rest of her life.
