Tsubaki's gaze flicked between Rias and Roy, a wry smile forming.

"I'm just relaying the president's message. The choice is Roy's," Tsubaki said, holding her ground.
"You're Roy Flott, right?" she asked, her face serious.
"And you are?" Roy said, keeping up his clueless act.
"Shinra Tsubaki, Student Council Vice President."
"The president invites you to join the council. Thoughts?" Tsubaki said.
"Student Council, huh?" Roy nodded.
"Good. I'll inform the president," Tsubaki said, bowing slightly. "I'll take my leave, Rias-sama."
She departed, leaving Rias unfazed.
"Don't forget our deal, Roy."
Sona herself might've been a threat, but Tsubaki, a vice president, lacked the same pull as her.
