"It definitely does, and it's still within the Milky Way Galaxy. You just need to find it."
In the original timeline, North Kai could roughly sense the location of New Namek, which meant it had never left the Milky Way's range.
Since it was still part of the Milky Way, it fell under the jurisdiction of the Galactic Patrol. Finding it shouldn't be a problem.
"I see. I'll look up its coordinates in our database."
The waiting made Levos anxious.
He realized now he had been stuck in a mental trap all along, thinking only Goku could change this world's fate.
But there were other ways to find New Namek's location, like asking the Galactic Patrol, or even contacting North Kai or the Supreme Kai.
Speaking of which, he wondered if Shin, the current Supreme Kai, had come to Earth to stop Babidi from reviving Majin Buu.
Shin, who inherited his title only because the Grand Supreme Kai was absorbed by Buu and the other four Supreme Kais were killed, had always been a bit unreliable, but his importance was second only to the Dragon Balls themselves.

Bulma needed to be revived because she knew Levos's plan and had critical tools like the Dragon Radar and the heart virus antidote.
Reviving Goku meant he could use Instant Transmission to quickly gather the Dragon Balls.
He was probably still training in Other World and would be a major asset once he returned.
And Dende's importance went without saying.
"If the Earth's still intact when you make the wish, then first try to revive everyone at once. If that doesn't work, prioritize reviving Kami and Piccolo, followed by Son Goku and Vegeta. That's all you need from me, right?" Jaco double-checked.
"If things go the way I expect, then yes, that's all for now."
Having a communication line open to Jaco finally eased Levos's nerves a little.

After ending the call with Jaco, Levos quickly dialed the Galactic Patrol Headquarters again.
"Hello, please connect me to Merus."
Levos perked up immediately when he heard the voice.

Merus's tone was polite and gentle.

"I'd like to ask you to help me contact your brother, Whis."

"Because my brother… fell into dormancy six months ago."
"What?! Don't tell me Lord Beerus was killed?"
At this point, Levos's shock couldn't even be described with words.
Beerus, the strongest in the universe, had been killed?
"Lord Beerus never left his planet. The problem wasn't on his side."
"Then… you mean the current Supreme Kai was killed by Babidi's group?"
Levos immediately thought of the worst-case scenario.

In this timeline, without the main protagonist Goku for over twenty years, it wasn't that new enemies hadn't appeared, it was that they had all piled up.
Of course, not all the big bosses were still around. At least Frieza and Cell should be out of the picture.
This Earth never had the Dragon Balls needed to resurrect Frieza.
