David turns back and begins walking towards where he had dropped his sword.
He was not thinking straight.
He had just heard that the entire Murim had a hand in his sister’s death.
He picks up his sword and turns to Ximen Hong pointing the sword at him.
"I thought you would be reasonable Yeong." Ximen Hong says with a sigh as he begins walking towards David.
As he gets closer, David’s hair flares in the air, glowing dark blood red.
The dark mist around him that had subsided suddenly comes back, now more vivid.
He raises his sword in the air above his head.
The sword begins glowing blood red.
"Heavenly Demon Technique, First Form, fall of the thunder god." He says as he slashes down on the path of Ximen Hong.
His sword swings down incredible fast and the tip touches the ground softly.
For a second after the swing, nothing happens.
David remains standing there as Ximen Hong keeps walking towards him.
"What was..." Crackle!
Ximen Hong tries to speak when a crack of thunder is suddenly heard.
A huge strike of numerous lightning comes heavily raining down on Ximen Hong.
He couldn’t dodge so he tries to block it.
The lightning rains heavily on him for about three seconds before stopping.
By the time it stops, Ximen Hong collapses to one knee bent over.
His clothes burnt and tattered, the skin from his hand to his elbow burnt.
His sword steaming as he stabs it to the ground.
He coughs out blood as he remains bent over using his knee as support.
"Cough cough... What the fuck was that!?" Ximen Hong questions.
"Cough cough" David also drops to one knee coughing out blood.
Blood also coming out his ears and his sclera, the white part of his eyes had turned red.
He leans on his sword with one hand and uses the other to cover his mouth.
He looks at the blood in his hand.
"I ended up using my blood essence to use the Heavenly Demon forms." David says in a low voice with blood dripping out his mouth.
He raises his head to look at his opponent, Ximen Hong.
Ximen Hong was rising to his feet looking very angry.
What kind of technique was that?
And why is a child capable of such a dangerous technique.
It felt like I could have actually died just now.
I managed to rise to my feet looking at Yeong who is still kneeling looking up at me.
Though his body looking like it couldn’t move any further, his eyes were filled with fire, just his stare made a Martial Master like me question if I want to continue this.
But no, he’s done for now, that was most likely his trump card.
"I change my mind." I say to him.
"Though it would be a shame to loose a warrior like you, you are too dangerous to be kept alive.

That is an abomination in and of itself." I say as I begin taking some steps towards David.
By the time I got to about eleven feet from David who still had his eyes on me I suddenly felt a strong and heavy killing intent.
It felt like if I took one more step I would surely die.
From a child? from a fifteen year old?
I unconsciously stop in my tracks, my body not daring to move a step further.
As my body halts, Yeong begins trying to get up.
Leaning on his sword, he manages to rise to his feet.
He looks at me, his eyes empty, hollow, dark.
There was no expression on his face but I could feel his strong killing intent.
It was almost visible.
As if wrapping itself around my neck, it was getting hard to breathe.
If I took one more step, I would definitely die.
I didn’t know when my body unconsciously took a step back.

In fear of a fifteen year old?" I question myself.

"Ximen Yeong! You will be dieing now!" I yell as I rush at him swinging my sword at his side.
He’s not trying to dodge or block?
He just stands there stretching his hand towards me as if trying to grab me.
I strike at his side, slicing through his ribs to his spine.
My sword stops at his spine, I can’t seem to cut further.
Letting go of his sword he grabs my arm, keeping me in place.
This bastard, he looks at me straight in the eye, blood pouring out his mouth he manages to say...
"You were strong Ximen Hong." He says to me.
But he’s the one dieing, what could he possibly mean.
By the time I felt a sharp pain in my chest, that’s when I understood, why he had let me slash him, why he said what he said.
But he missed my heart, a little dagger in my chest wouldn’t be enough to...
"Heavenly Demon Technique...second form...Raging Thunder!" He says in a low soft tone.
And then I knew, it was over, it felt like time had slowed down as I began feeling tiny chains of lightning emanating from the dagger in my body.
"Aaaahhhh!!!" Ximen Hong screams in pain as the lightning spreads through his body releasing an outburst.
He drops to his knees as it stops.
His body steaming he thinks to himself...
"This is it, I got beat up by a First Rate, by a fifteen year old."
David Collapses to the ground, sitting and holding the site he was slashed.
His face looked pale, he was drained.
Blood streaming out his ears, nose and mouth
He was bleeding profusely.
"Ximen Yeong, I don’t know what’s going on but, I am a very proud father ri..." Ximen Hong tries saying something when a dagger from David goes flying into his head.
"I have no father such as you." David says as he tries to sit up.
"Fuck! I’ll die if I don’t hurry and properly activate the Heavenly Demon Technique." David says to himself as he draws nearer to Ximen Hongs body.
"The blood essence of a Master, this should be beneficial." He says to himself as he closes his eyes.
Slowly the blood of Ximen Hong begins flowing towards David.
He practices for a while.
Slowly his injuries began to heal, his complexion gets better.
After about two hours of meditation a huge wave of explosion is emitted from his body.
He had broken through to the Early Peak Realm.
He slowly opens his eyes as his red hair slowly fades back to black and his the black aura around him subsides.
"Hmmm Early Peak huh? now that’s somewhat descent." He says to himself as he clenches his fist.
He looks over at Ximen Hong’s body, it was completely drained.
He stands up as he looks towards the Ximen Clan,.
"Ximen Lao!" He says as he takes a step heading towards the clan.
