DC Comics: The Bookstore Witch Chapter 80

After crushing her children's hopes and dreams when it came to beating her in Mario Kart, Wanda ended up deciding that it was time to help the other person that was marked with Orochimaru's cursed mark, Anko. The woman in question did not deserve to have that nasty thing on her, as it was literally connected to his soul, and was almost like a horcrux from Harry Potter, but a bit different in nature, darker in some ways and lighter in others. It was also a lot harder to get rid of, as with Horcruxes one could just destroy them, but in the case of a Cursed Mark, they could not simply be destroyed, they had to be completely and utterly cleansed from the one marked, and that was way beyond most peoples capabilities. She was not just anyone though, she was the Scarlet Witch, so such a thing was not at all complicated. So at the moment, she was walking through the streets of Konoha, heading towards where Anko should be at, which is a Dango shop, as the woman was completely and utterly addicted to them, and it was because of these dango sticks that she ended up getting...rather large in the future. That and there not being much conflict to keep herself in shape, which was the case for a lot of the characters in the Boruto timeline. A timeline that she would prefer to not happen, and one that shouldn't be happening with the Otsutuski being pretty much completely wiped from the universe, besides Kaguya. Boruto might still be born, but it wouldn't be in the same sort of world as what happened in canon, that much she would make certain of. Although, the idea of having cute little grandbabies to spoil was...very appealing. 'Hmm...might have to help Hinata get some confidence' Wanda thought as she imagined the adorable grandbabies she could have from Naruto and Hinata. She wouldn't manipulate or force it or anything, but she could at least help Hinata out a little. Eventually, Wanda made it to the dango shop that was her target. The same one where Anko should be staying at the moment, and the most popular Dango shop in the entire village. It was filled with people going to and from, but none of them matters to Wanda at the moment, as she stopped upon the form of Anko. Gazing at the Jonin, Wanda hummed as she noticed the curse mark. 'Seems it's more deeply ingrained into her than I thought. At this point it is tied into her very soul, and while that would normally be a huge issue to get rid of, I should be able to eliminate its influence without difficulty. Although it is certainly impressive that Orochimaru can make such a thing, no wonder he can gain his own form of immortality' Wanda thought, impressed with the way the cursed mark worked. 'Hmm...perhaps instead of killing him, I just beat the evilness out of him, making him turn into the version he was in the Boruto canon. He could do a lot of good if he became like that' Wanda thought, as she imagined the things he could make if she managed to turn him into his Boruto self. He'd likely be able to cure various diseases, stop all sorts of poisons and toxins, and improve technology in a lot of forms, improving the Elemental Nations as a whole. And maybe even more so than in canon. But she'd have to do that after she went with Naruto to get Tsunade back, as she did want to meet Tsunade in person. Mostly so she can make sure the woman understands that Naruto is her son, and he will not be used as a weapon or toy by the village. That, and she needed to make sure the woman would take care of the corrupt civilian council, for good. They had gotten way too arrogant for the little power they had, and it was time they were taken out. After all, they weren't even supposed to still have the power they had. The civilian council was formed during the second shinobi war by Tobirama Senju in order to better take care of the civilians of Konoha. But after he died and Hiruzen took over, Hiruzen never disbanded the council, which gave them the belief that they had the right to make input into the shinobi life. When they had no right to speak on the matter. If Tsunade didn't listen to her words for whatever reason, then she would make her listen. As she wasn't about to let her son live in and eventually run a shit hole village that is lorded over by a bunch of weaklings who had no idea what they are doing. Anyways, looking back at Anko, Wanda walked forward. ᴜᴘᴅᴀᴛᴇ ꜰʀᴏᴍ noᴠelfire.net "Are you Anko Mitorashi?" Wanda asked, already knowing the answer. Anko looked up at her, before pausing as she blinked. Wanda raised an eyebrow when she saw Anko look over her figure. 'Hmmm? How interesting' Wanda thought, amused with the woman openly ogling her figure. Which she can't really blame her, because she was divinely beautiful. "And who's asking?" Anko asked as she finished her open ogling of the woman before her. "Wanda Maximoff. I'm the one who's been taking care of Naruto as of recently. I'm also the one who has taken care of a rather nasty little thing that had been placed on the Uchiha boy" Wanda spoke, as Anko stopped, staring at her with narrowed eyes. "Explain" Anko barked out, as Wanda raised an eyebrow. "Only if you speak to me with respect, Mitorashi-San. After all, I am going to give you something that you have wanted ever since that sensei of yours place that nasty little thing on you" Wanda said, as she slid into the seat across from Anko, uncaring for the glare that the woman was giving her. "Explain...please" Anko said, annoyed that she had to be nice to this woman who was flaunting the impossible to her. "Simple. The Uchiha boy was marked with the Cursed Mark of Orochimaru. I got rid of it with a little bit of difficulty. I can do the exact same for you, and since I've learned how to do it once, I can do it again with much more ease than before" Wanda explained, as Anko looked her in the eyes. "And how do I know you're not bullshitting? That you're not lying to me in order to get something out of me? I've heard this shit before, and I am not getting my hopes up for the words of some random woman I have never met" Anko responded bluntly, as Wanda smiled. "That is fair, so I won't get mad at you for that. As for proof, I have none. You will need to trust my words, that's all" Wanda spoke, as Anko stared her in the eyes, before replying. "And how would this so-called healing even work? Some sort of seal? A super powerful secret jutsu? A sacrifice?" Anko asked, as Wanda giggled. "Nothing that serious, just a simple infusion of power into you, and some rather complicated things on my end. Nothing too difficult or painful. And while this might feel a little strange, it won't be anything too bad" Wanda responded, as Anko looked at her with a deadpan. "You mean to tell me that you can get rid of something that nobody else in the world has been able to, not even the best seal masters, all without pain? And you even sound like you can casually do it, seriously?" Anko asked, very hesitant to believe Wanda, which again, was fair, so Wanda didn't get mad about it. "Yep. I am far stronger than the likes of Jiraiya of the Sannin, Anko. I might not look it, but I am likely far and away the most powerful person in this entire world, so much so that it really isn't much of a comparison. Not even that Hokage that you all were so proud of can compare to me" Wanda replied with a shrug, as Anko stared at her in disbelief. "Yeah, okay, fine. If you can really magically heal me of the mark, then do it. But I am confident that you won't be able to" Anko responded, as Wanda just smiled, and stretched her hand out. And before Anko could even react, Wanda placed a singular tap of her finger against her forehead, as a strange warmth flowed through her, and something...changed. At the same time as the change began, Wanda watched, one thought on her mind. 'This should be interesting!' ____________________________________________________________________ Gain access up to an additional chapter 10 chapters early for each of my main fanfics (40 chapters on total), as well as other bonuses (like more than 200 exclusive stories, including exclusive R18 chapters/fics) on my for 10 dollars a month! Or 100 dollars for an entire year! There are also cheaper tiers for 3 dollars and 5 dollars. 3 dollars gives one additional chapter (4 in total), and 5 gives 3 additional chapters (12 in total). (Or just look up Crazedmadman on and you should find me) ____________________________________________ That's the end of the chapter! Basically just a chapter of her interacting with Anko. Originally I was thinking of Wanda having some "Fun" with Anko as a sort of one night stand thing, but I'm not sure how people would feel about that, so I decided against it. (Well I did, but the peeps wanted it, so...well you'll see in a couple of chapters) She'll be getting with Death soon anyways, so it's probably for the best lol. Raven will be coming after that. Meaning we'll be seeing dates and such soon. Anyways, have a good day!
