At other times, she gently rubbed my stomach. Throughout the entire process, I neither moved nor cried. I simply stared at this strange, middle-aged woman examining me.
"Mama Nana, what’s wrong with my Ragna?"
My mother asked anxiously.
"Why hasn’t he been drinking my milk for days? This has never happened with any of my children before—not even—"
Her voice trembled, and she looked like she was on the verge of tears.
"Shush, dear. There’s nothing wrong with the child,"
Old Nana said calmly, her gentle tone instantly easing Elina’s worries.
"Though this is a rare case, it’s nothing serious or unusual from what I can see."
She unwrapped me from my cloth and held me carefully as she walked over to a chair and sat down as gently as possible. Then she rested me against her arm. Suddenly, she extended two fingers from her right hand and pinched my nostrils shut, cutting off my ability to breathe through my nose.
This damn old hag... is she trying to kill me?
I cursed internally while letting out a muffled grunt from the discomfort.
The fuck are you trying to do—?!
I nearly screamed, staring at my mother and the old woman in disbelief.
Unable to breathe through my nose, I instinctively opened my mouth—and that was when everything happened so fast.
It felt like watching a fast-forwarded movie in a dvd. Before I could react, the old woman suddenly unbuttoned her dress and shoved her breast toward my face.
The hell are you doing, woman?!
I tried to shout, but my lips were already pressed against her damn breast, and a warm liquid flowed into my mouth, making me choke as I let out strange, sputtering noises.
Milk?!
My eyes widened as I realized what was happening—I was being force-fed milk against my will. I struggled, trying to stop myself from drinking, but my efforts were useless.
My body instinctively responded, and I could only watch helplessly as it happened.
"Well, as you can see for yourself, the little brat drinks just fine,"
Nana said, laughing loudly as she watched me struggle in her arms.
"He’s just a bit unwilling, that’s all."
Damn old woman, I thought bitterly.
As she handed me back to Elina, Nana suddenly froze. A strange sensation crawled over her skin, like pins and needles.
Her gaze locked onto me—and oddly enough, she felt as though I was staring straight at her.
Worse... I looked like I was smiling.
Her eyes widened.
Too late.
I relieved myself all over her clothes—and topped it off by spitting a mouthful of half-digested milk right onto her face.
Now it was my turn to laugh.
I giggled smugly, savoring my small but satisfying victory.
"Well... thank goodness I brought an extra set of clothes,"
Nana muttered awkwardly as she quickly handed me over to Elina, clearly afraid I might do something else.
Elina and the girls nearly burst into laughter, but one sharp glare from my Elina made them choke it back. Even so, I could tell they were proud of their little brother.
If there were awards for babies, I definitely would have been given one.
After washing her face with warm water and changed her clothes, Nana decided it was time to leave. Despite everything, she showed no hesitation in collecting her full medical fee before heading home.

After I was full, I remembered something strange.

But when I drank from Elina’s, my mother, not only did I gain EXP—my HP was instantly restored.
I couldn’t understand it.
Maybe it had something to do with her being the one who gave birth to me. That explanation made sense... at least logically.

An hour later, after feeding me, my mother gently placed me into my cradle. Before leaving, she softly caressed my face, smiling warmly.
So much had happened that day that everyone fell asleep the moment their bodies touched their beds
