The first thought that popped into his mind upon seeing this scene was: This plotline... I can definitely replicate it.
After all, the entanglement between Yun Yun and Xiao Yan began right here in the Magical Beast Mountain Range. If they hadn’t lived together in that cave for a time, Yun Yun might never have fallen for him.

He found Yun Yun in a river beneath a waterfall.
There, a beautiful woman in simple robes floated atop the water, her eyes tightly shut and her face pale. It was clear that she was seriously injured.
By now, several Tier 3 magical beasts had discovered her and surrounded her.
One of them had already moved in, preparing to snatch her up as an offering to the Lion King. But the moment they sensed Chen Mo’s approach, their gaping maws opened in aggression, roaring at him without pause.
"Swordfall from the Nine Heavens!"
Condensing a long sword from his Dou Qi, Chen Mo swung his arm. A torrent of overwhelming sword intent erupted forth.
In the blink of an eye, the magical beasts were slain.
With a light step, Chen Mo ran across the water’s surface, scooped Yun Yun into his arms, and left the area.
His hands cradled her by the thighs and under her arms, and he instantly felt the smooth, warm sensation of her skin—like fine jade. The delicate touch was undeniably exquisite.
Without delay, he began searching for a secluded cave where she could recover.
Finally, in a bush-covered area over a thousand meters from where Yun Yun had fallen, he discovered an abandoned hidden cave.
At the cave entrance, Chen Mo retrieved a Tier 6 Magic Core gifted to him by Xun’er and embedded it into the cave wall. The presence of a Tier 6 beast would form a protective aura, deterring other magical beasts from approaching.
No beast lacking a death wish would dare intrude.
Once inside, Chen Mo summoned his Undying Devil Flame to burn away the foul stench lingering in the cave. Then he laid out the pelt of the Darkgold Demon Tiger King and gently placed Yun Yun atop it.
Taking a closer look at her now, although he’d briefly seen her from a distance back at the Miteer Auction House, seeing her up close was entirely different.
A wave of amazement washed over Chen Mo’s heart—skin like porcelain, features like a painting, noble and graceful... all these words could easily describe her.
At first, Chen Mo still felt a hint of hesitation.
But now his resolve solidified.
Replicate the scene. It must be done.
Chen Mo laid his cards on the table: I want her. Badly.
As his eyes moved downward, his brows furrowed. Just below her graceful neck, her chest was marred by five terrifying claw marks. Blood had stained her robes crimson.
That damn Lion King went too far...
If this area left a scar, it would truly be a shame.
Taking a deep breath, Chen Mo retrieved several healing elixirs from his storage ring. After a slight pause, he reached out, intent on loosening Yun Yun’s robes.
But at that exact moment, her eyelashes trembled slightly, and her eyes suddenly opened—coldness and surprise flickering within them as she stared directly at him.
"You?!" Yun Yun exclaimed. Though she had only met Chen Mo once, his appearance and the deeds he had accomplished in the imperial capital had left a lasting impression.
"It’s been a while," Chen Mo replied calmly. Then, with a tone befitting a gentleman, he explained, "I happened to pass by and saved you. I’m treating your injuries—don’t misunderstand. Besides, the place where you’re wounded..."
He pointed to the area in question.
Hearing his explanation, Yun Yun finally relaxed. Glancing down, her elegant brows furrowed as pain welled up in her eyes.
She tried to sit up, but the moment she moved, her expression changed. Gritting her teeth, she cursed, "Damn it... I’ve been sealed by his technique!"
Chen Mo resumed his movements, tearing open her robe to expose a wide expanse of pale skin.
"W-what do you think you’re doing?!" Yun Yun cried in alarm. With her cultivation sealed, she was powerless. If he had any ill intent, she was nothing more than a lamb for the slaughter.
Even her trembling voice couldn’t conceal its inherent elegance and nobility.
"You’re injured. You need immediate treatment," Chen Mo said softly, in a tone that implied this was all for her own good. "You don’t want to be left with an ugly scar, do you?"
Yun Yun froze, her expression changing. There wasn’t a woman alive who didn’t care about her appearance. After a moment’s hesitation, she took a deep breath.
"...Please go ahead."
Chen Mo nodded. After one last glance at her stunning face, he gently peeled away the remaining fabric from her chest.
Beneath was a light-blue inner armor made of fine metal. It shimmered like rippling water—clearly no ordinary item. Five deep claw marks were etched into it, and blood was still seeping from the wounds.
Chen Mo glanced at it and said, "The wounds are beneath your inner armor. I won’t be able to stop the bleeding or apply medicine unless I remove it, so..."
He briefly pulled his hands away from her body.
Upon hearing this, Yun Yun visibly trembled. Her face instantly flushed crimson. After one look at Chen Mo’s handsome, surprisingly gentle features—she blushed even deeper.
She took a deep breath, then slowly closed her eyes, her long lashes quivering slightly.
Seeing her comply so decisively, Chen Mo also drew a deep breath. He gently helped her sit up, positioning her to face him. His hands first removed the top layers of clothing.
Then, his fingers slid beneath her arms to reach her fair back. After carefully feeling around, he finally found the clasps of the inner armor and began unfastening them one by one.
Throughout the process, Yun Yun’s face was nearly buried in Chen Mo’s chest. Breathing in his masculine scent, her heart—once calm and still—now pounded wildly.
Her cheeks turned a deeper shade of red. She had never been this close to a man before.
Chen Mo, too, gently removed her inner armor at last.
