Silver Oak Dagger
Natasha.
I groaned and struggled to break free, but one of them grabbed my both hands behind my back and I began to feel in tie them together with silver chains.
"Let go of me! This isn't fair!" I screamed, struggling to separate my hands but he finally managed to tie them together with the chains.
"You are a shameless girl!" One of them said angrily and he smacked me on the face.
"You tried to shamelessly force yourself on a man and then you attempted to kill your own sister and you are saying that it isn't fair!" He yelled at me and my eyes began to tear up.
I didn't do any of those things, but I was being treated like a common prisoner! Why does life have to be so mean to me!
They continued dragging me out of the prison building until we finally got outside where a car was parked.
They dragged me to the car and one them let go of me so he could open the door of the car.
The other one pushed me in roughly and he sat next to me.
I groaned as I tried to wiggle my hands out of the silver chains, but it was so tight and the silver was only biting into my skin and causing me more pain.
"Such a stubborn girl!" The man sitting next to me shook his head in irritation.
The car was started and it soon began to move. I was scared that this was the end for me.
I looked at the two men with me in the car, knowing that they both wouldn't listen to me no matter what I said.
Soon, the car stopped moving and I looked outside the window of the car to see that we were at the crowd square.
Every member of the pack was there to watch me burnt alive. Tears filled up my eyes again as my heart raced. I started struggling to break free from the silver chains again so I could run away, but the chains refused to loosen up even a bit.
"Let's go!" The man sitting by me yelled at me and he grabbed my shoulder roughly.
I refused to climb down from the car and he suddenly pushed me. With my hands tied behind my back, I couldn't maintain balance and I fell down from the car to the floor.
He climbs down after me and he slammed the door shut.
"Get up!" He pulled me up and I winced in pain as my side scratched the floor.
The two of them held me by my shoulder and they began to drag me into the square.
The square of so crowded and I couldn't stand facing everyone. I bowed my head down as they dragged me through the square with tears in my eyes.
My guess was fixated on the floor as we passed by everyone. My eyes got filled with tears and a drop of tear fell for my eyes to the ground.
I couldn't see clearly again because of this tears and my hands were behind my back so I couldn't wipe the tears.
The finally stop dragging me and I raised up my head to see that we were standing before a short flight of stairs. I raised up my head a little bit more and saw the stairs led to an elevated platform.
There was a wooden stake built on the the platform and my heart began to race again.
"Keep moving!" The man on my left side and pushed my back. I climbed up the stairs, nearly tripping, but their hands behind me help me to balance myself.
We stopped walking as we got to the top of the stairs.
I felt the man behind me begin to losing the chains that were binding my hands together.
I felt relief on my wrists and I rubbed them.
He pushed me closer to the state and before I could react he wrapped the chains around me, tying me by the torso to the wooden stake. He went on to gag my mouth so I couldn't talk.
I looked around the crowd and spotted Alyssa sitting close to the section for the pack elders and pack leaders.
She was busy talking to Phoebe and Keelin. Keelin looked up briefly and she stopped as she saw me looking at them.
She said something to Alyssa and Phoebe and they faced me.
Alyssa smiled devilishly and she crossed her legs, crossing her palms over her left leg.
I looked away from them and my eyes traveled a bit farther to the section for pack elders and leaders..
Alpha Jack was there and he was talking to some other people sitted close to him. I didn't recognise three of the people sitting beside him.
I don't think I have ever seen them before but they must be important if they were sitting with him. Probably his friends or something.
The one sitting directly next to him stop and our eyes met. He stared at me blankly for a while before I saw disgust and anger suddenly appear on his face.
He looked away from me and continue talking too Alpha Jack and the others.
I saw one of the pack elders stand up, and he walked down from their seat to where I was.
He is stood directly below the elevated platform I was on and he began to talk to everyone, describing in the most exaggerated way about all the crimes they believe I had committed.
I tried to talk so I could defend myself but the gag in my mouth prevented me.
I bent my head down tired of listening to him talk and I felt something heavy in my dress. I suddenly remembered that I had kept a dagger there.
The one that mysteriously appeared in my cell after the dream I had.
I granted as I stretched my hand down so I could reach For the dagger in my dress. My fingers were finally touching the edge of the hilt and I struggled to get my hand further down.
I finally dropped the dagger off and I raised it up. Like I observed earlier it looked as if it was made from wood but it also felt like it was silver.
Strange. I continue staring at it for a while when I suddenly remembered what kind of dagger it was.
I attended and high school for werewolves and we were taught about the dagger.
