Ten missed calls, all from Krystal. I gasp in horror at the number of unread text messages I had. The first few were her telling me she went to see a movie with Tommy, he had come to find me, he had a movie ticket and he wanted to see the movie with me, but she told him I attended a birth day party, and they went together. The rest of them was her telling me how worried she was. And most of the texts came in the middle of the night, whilst I was fast asleep on Levi's play room bed.
"Good morning." Levi purred. I give him a tight smile, I haven't stayed over before today so I didn't know what to expect.
"Morning. I have to run though. Or else I will be late for work." I tell him as i get up from the bed.
"You look delicious in my shirt." He was eying me like I was a piece of meat. Another time I would flaunt it in his face, but not when i was likely to get fired.
"Thank you. Too bad I can't wear it to work." I was not thinking of over sleeping this morning, when I left my apartment yesterday i thought he would drop me off early enough for me to change clothes.
"I have nothing to wear." I groan while looking at the tiny red thong that probably smelled like sex, and my bunched up slutty dress. I would bring in so much customers in that dress but It was in no way work appropriate, and the fact that I was not even with a bra would make Gideon so happy. Again, not work appropriate.
"Do you think my wife's clothes will fit?" Levi asked me.
I almost choke on my own saliva.
"Your wife's clothes?"
I was not only bring intimate with her husband, I used a toy she has used Before, slept in her bed, and now wear her clothes. At this point I should change my name and become her.
"That is too much. I can't do that."
"Why? Don't tell me you are starting to feel guilt." He says rising up from the bed to meet me where I stood at the foot of the bed.
He pulled me close to him, making me stand in between his legs. I shivered at the skin to skin contact. His hands rubbed my legs slowly.
"Don't feel guilty.. don't ruin what we have.." He says slowly.
His hands worked their up my inner thighs, and underneath his shirt. His fingers traced my opening.
"Would you look at that? Wet for me already."
I bite my lip to keep me from talking.
His fingers find my clit and does a slow, deliberate lazy circle around it. I'm breathing hard at this point. My fingers work their way through his hair, not as luscious as the ring owner's but still.
Wait, hold up. Why was I thinking about the ring owner now?
My head climb down from my cloud nine.
"I really have to go to work now." I whisper.
He stops his movement and pulls his hand away. I miss them immediately.
"Of course. Go take a shower. I'll order something. You are have more curves than my wife, her clothes won't fit." He says as he finds his phone. Probably to order from a store like ours.
I notice he wipes away my juices from his hand. I roll my eyes. The guy was a health freak, he strictly forbids anything that has to do with mouth on private parts and stuff. I don't know how he can even kiss.
Well, that was not my problem. I bring my phone into the bathroom, locking it behind me I dial Krystal's number. She answers almost immediately.
"Sally? Are you okay? Where are you? Do you need me to come pick you up? With a cab of course."
I chuckle at the onslaught of questions. This was why she was my best friend, she cared about me too much. Even if I frustrate her and make her mad.
"Yes, yes."
"Yes I can come pick you up or?" She asked. The noise over the phone tells me she already left the house.
"Yes I'm okay. No you don't need to pick me up. I'm sorry I didn't return any if your calls. I had too much to drink and passed out almost immediately."
The lie is better than the truth.
"Oh. You didn't even get to enjoy the party then. That sucks."
I smile.
"You are on your way to work right? I should be there in less than thirty minutes."
"Be safe."
"I will." I disconnect the call after that.
I had a new mail. Levi had transferred two thousand dollars to my account. My brain already did the math. That was going to the last part of the first hospital bill for my mom. Lifelong Hospital was finally going to be off my neck. One down, a thousand more to go.
I make a mental note to take a check to the bank. As much as the debt was not going away any time soon. It is almost like a weight, albeit a tiny part, has been lifted off my shoulders. I felt like I could breathe easier now.
There is a new skip in my step when I walk out of the bathroom. I hear Levi on the phone with a business partner just outside on the balcony. He had already brought in my clothes and laid them on the bed himself.
A turquoise blue soft silky blouse and a short red skirt that matched the shoes I wore last night. He even got me a new set of matching underwear. This thoughtful man belonged to someone else. My heart clenched painfully. Great, now i only had to run as fast as i could.
I dress up hastily. Only stopping to brush out my hair with his wife's hair brush. I felt guilty about that but I was left with no choice.
After packing my clothes from last night back into the bag where the new clothes came from. I put my head out of the room and unto the balcony. Levi was shirtless and looked amazing. His wife must be tired of the toys I guess. She had no other excuse.
"I am leaving now." I whisper.
He flashed me a grin and nods.
"Let's go." Craig says coming out of nowhere.
I don't even bother asking where he popped out of. I follow him to his Audi.
"Call me when you can." He says passing me his business card.
I eye It and eye him. He kept his eyes glued to the road as he drove.
"You know Levi and i are.."
He laughs,
"Amie has complained about him before. You must be going through similar situations. I helped her then. I can help you now."
I vaguely recall that Levi's wife was someone named Amie. My eyes widen in realization, he was Levi's friend for crying out loud.
I snatch the card from him (along with a simple gold wedding band, he doesn't deserve it) just as his car stops in front of the mall. I'm walking as fast I can while stewing in the fact that Levi's friend was a back stabber.
That was when I run into him. Like literally, run into the brick of wall that is the knuckle ring owner.
