I fan myself with the card I swiped from the balding guy after he had brazenly asked me to escort him to his car, good thing he did, swiping cards from customers at the store was bad for both the store and I. He would not only not come back, he would give the owner hell and get me fired, possibly jailed. At the parking lot though, that was a different story, it was crowded so a lot of customers ran into each other. Therefore removing our store from the list of suspects. I made sure that the CCTV caught him leaving our store with his card.
The tip he gave me was fair, good if I was not drowning in debt. But I was, so I swiped his card. To be fair, I do plan on returning It, anonymously dropping it off at the security booth after withdrawing from the closest ATM.
I decide to use the ATM first, or else Krystal would try to talk me out of It, and make sure I returned the card after using it. Not that I was going to listen to her, but I was not going to allow her wallow in guilt and then fight with her.
This was not my first time to use a snatched credit card, but I don't do it so much that it turned into a pattern for the fraud department at the police station to trace it back to me. Although, I do it often enough that I am confident about it, and i don't draw attention to myself. If you saw me using the card, you would think it was mine.
So with enough confidence in my strides, I withdraw two thousand dollars, I wish it were nearly enough to cover half of my debt. The sound the ATM makes as the cash comes out released a satisfied sigh from me, making me think, stolen credit cards makes a girl cream. I'm tempted to take more, but I don't, maybe it is Krystal's morality rubbing off on me but I think about how deep the creases on his forehead will be after he sees the notification of money he never spent.
I won't try to justify my actions and say he deserves It, I don't care if he does or not. The only thing that matters is me. I deserve to shop in expensive places as well as all of them. So when I sneakily drop the card in the security booth, it is not guilt that is fueling my fast movement. It is the fact that there might as well be another rich man that I could snatch something from, hanging around Krystal.
My steps falter as soon as my eyes find the guy that is hovering-- I mean hovering, the guy was very tall, at least 6'5-- above Krystal. She was a blushing mess. I don't blame her, the guy was literally eye candy. His arms were ripped, and bulging. I could almost feel his mass of muscle from where I stood. I see his chiseled jaw with a day old stubble. His dark hair swept to the back of his head. Stolen credit cards were not the only thing that had me creaming today.
It was not every day we had the rich, young ones shop for themselves, they usually ordered or someone came to pick them up. So I knew this was a very new customer, and Krystal was a blushing mess in front of him, at this rate, he was bound to walk away.
I decide to step in. He was wearing a really nice gold knuckle ring that was going to sell well, if he managed to slip by us, at the very least, I could take the ring.
"Hello, welcome to Neil's clothing and fashion accessories. My name is Sally, how may I help you?" I recite what Gideon taught us on our first day on the job.
My big smile turned into a school girl swoon look the second my eyes landed on his face. From the door way where I stood, he was cute and his body was hot. And now from where I'm standing? The man was hot everywhere. His eyes were the clearest blue I ever saw, his lips so red, snow white should be jealous. His skin was brown like he tanned everyday, but somehow I know it was real, he was born that way. He was the most beautiful man I ever saw.
"Finally, someone who can speak around here. I need a tie." His voice was the kind of deep voice that sounded like it came from within his stomach.
"Sure, right this way sir." I felt so grateful for the automatic part of my brain that knew what to do and moved my body while I was losing my mind on just how hot he is.
Krystal bit her lips before walking into the locker room. At least it was not out of anger towards me. The money I got from the other guy sat comfortably in my bra.
"What kind are you looking For?" I ask as I pull out rows if the ties we kept in display.
"Any one I can wear today." He grunted.
I did notice he was wearing a suit without a neck tie, my guess was, he ran out of the house so fast, he forgot to grab a tie.
He was wearing a navy blue suit and a crisp white shirt underneath. He looked so sexy in that minute, I was ready to spend all of my life savings just so i could continue seeing him.
I expertly picked up a dark blue tie, similar to his suit, it had faint lines drawn on them.
"May I?" I ask.
He gestured like he was saying what ever you need. He looked like he was in a haste to be somewhere soon.
Even with my heels, I had to stand on my tippy ties, and he bent a little. Considerate and hot. I try to distract myself from his obvious good looks with the deed that had to be done, swiping his ring. I have swiped a lot if things from customers, rings included, this should not be too hard. Except I could not think of anything else as the skin of my hand grazed his neck.
The feeling was like being shocked with electric, and i gasped. When I look up, I find him looking at me with the exact same intensity as I was looking at him.
His voice came out raspy this time.
"You would do."
