"I’ve been there too? And it’s your place? Where on earth is it? You’re being all mysterious," Xiao Manxuan said, her curiosity piqued and quite unhappy with Lin Tian for keeping secrets.
As far as she remembered, Lin Tian had no fixed residence in Xikou City, so suddenly he had a place that was his own, and Xiao Manxuan couldn’t figure out where it could be.

Xiao Manxuan got out of the car, clueless, and looked around. Then she saw the huge sign of the Night Rose Bar, glowing in rosy light against the night sky.
"The Night Rose Bar?" Xiao Manxuan’s mind hadn’t caught up as she recalled, "Isn’t this the bar where I played piano last time? But wasn’t it owned by Bai Yufeng and Sun Decai?"
"It was their turf till this morning, but now it’s mine, haha. Let’s go in and check it out. From now on, it’ll be your place too, please, Queen, take a look around," Lin Tian said with a chuckle, jokingly.
"Really? It’s mine too?" Xiao Manxuan beamed at Lin Tian. It didn’t matter to her what the place was, she was just overjoyed at having something in common with Lin Tian.
"Of course, you’re welcome any time you like," Lin Tian said with a smile, leading the way into the bar.
The little girl followed behind, murmuring at a volume only she could hear, "I don’t want to come here often, only if you’re here."
The bar at night was many times busier than during the day, with numerous flashy cars and extravagantly styled motorcycles parked outside. There were several Harley motorcycles, modified into bizarre shapes, one even resembled the skeletal frame seen in the ’Ghost Rider’ movie.
Only motorcycle enthusiasts would indulge in such customization, probably the work of some retired professional racers.
When they walked through the bar’s main entrance, whistles directed at Lin Tian and his companion were unavoidable. Some sexy ladies initially wanted to approach, but upon seeing Xiao Manxuan beside Lin Tian, they lost their confidence to strike up a conversation. Although Xiao Manxuan was dressed in a school uniform, her natural, unsculpted beauty shone through, a charm that no clothing could hide.
Upon entering the bar’s main hall, the broken tables and stools from noon had already been cleared and everything looked newly refreshed. Lin Tian ignored the dance performance on the stage and headed straight for the staircase leading to the second floor. However, he had only just reached the staircase when a security guard came over to block the way.
"You two can’t go upstairs. If you want to have fun, you can stay on the first floor," the security guard said politely, but his intention was clear—ordinary people were only allowed on the first floor.
"Call your security captain over," Lin Tian said indifferently, ignoring what he had been told.
These were not legitimate security guards; mostly they were gangsters hired by Bai Yufeng who masqueraded as security guards when nothing was amiss but could turn into enforcers in an emergency. Lin Tian had encountered this before, when he twisted their Double Flower Red Stick’s iron rod into a pretzel.
"Who are you? Captain Ma isn’t someone you can just demand to see! Move along, or I won’t be polite," the guard revealed his thuggish nature within two sentences, constantly speaking of impoliteness.
"What’s going on? Why are you stopping the guests? I’ve told you numerous times not to bring that street nonsense into the bar," a loud voice said.
Lin Tian turned around and smiled upon seeing the newcomer. It was none other than the bar’s Double Flower Red Stick, but this time he was not wielding an iron rod and was instead dressed in a black suit. With this tidy attire, one could hardly tell he was capable of wielding a large iron rod.
He was stunned to see Lin Tian; although he had only met Lin Tian once, the impression had been profoundly memorable. He still kept that twisted iron rod.
"Mr. Lin, it’s you," he quickly approached, nodding respectfully. This respect was genuine and sincere, without any pretense.
After exchanging greetings, he turned to the thug and scolded, "Step back, do you think you can block the way Mr. Lin wants to go? You are truly clueless. If I catch you bringing that street nonsense into the bar again, see how I deal with you."
The Double Flower Red Stick must hold a significant position in the bar; otherwise, he wouldn’t dare to scold the thug like that. However, it was strange that the thug wasn’t afraid of him, instead his expression turned grim, and after casting a few glances at Lin Tian and the Double Flower Red Stick, he left.

"I want to visit the accounting office; has the location changed?" Lin Tian asked directly.
"Why don’t I take you both there? It’s better than having some unobservant folks disturb Mr. Lin," Double Flower Red Stick volunteered eagerly to lead the way.
Bai Yufeng must have completely hands-off by now. Otherwise, he would have removed his own people. It seems like Bai Yuanhao has been detained, no wonder the people here haven’t realized that the bar has changed ownership, Lin Tian thought for a moment, then motioned for the Double Flower Red Stick to lead the way.
