Samuel looked at the two who suddenly appeared, snorted coldly, and continued to fly toward the canopy.
“Who are they?” Richard couldn’t help but ask.
“World Guardians, Mother’s chosen little caretakers.”
Samuel’s voice was full of disdain, seemingly holding these three guardians in low regard.
Upon reaching the interior of the canopy, a massive flat area existed at its center.
Samuel brought Richard onto it, and the next moment, countless abyssal symbols surfaced on the flat ground.
“What happens next has nothing to do with me. I’ll come pick you up once the heritage is complete.”
Samuel tossed Richard onto the flat ground, flapped the wings on his back, and vanished without a trace, leaving Richard standing there, bewildered amid the abyssal symbols.
