The conference hall fell into a grave silence. Everyone exchanged glances and Pamela turned, glaring up at Louis. The latter locked eyes with her and shrugged.
All eyes were fixed on the two siblings standing with their hands crossed around their chest. Maxwell has Louis' kind of height but doesn't share a facial resemblance with him.
But Arabella, she looked a lot like her elder brother. Louis just stared on from the sidelines, his little son held firmly across his chest.
Leah Hayden glared at the siblings and her heart started beating fast. She hopes what she's thinking is not the fact? She hopes it's not true.
Ellis stared at his kids with Celina Delmark. He just got to know that they have left X-City and without mincing it,he knew they would be in Hilton City.
He had tried to reach Celina Delmark several times but she wasn't answering her phone. He called Maxwell and Arabella, the same thing goes, none was answering their phones.
He felt uneasy. That's a sign that something was about to happen. And now, it has happened. They are here, the shareholders, the board of trustees and his wife.

"Are they your siblings?" Pamela whispered to Louis. She glared at them. Hayden's blood must be very strong. Seeing the girl, it appears that she's Dora's eldest sister.
"It appears so," Louis replied helplessly. He knew about them. He knows what they look like. He knows their names and the role his dad had been playing in their lives.
He is always with him and his Mom but he didn't neglect them. He takes care of them and pays them a visit once in a while.
Rather than coming over to humiliate their dad, they could approach him or come to Hayden's Mansion. Why come to such a place to disrupt the party with important dignitaries?

"How have you been, dad?" Maxwell asked, wearing a broad grin. His father is still in shock over his sudden appearance with Arabella.
No matter what happens, they are his kids exactly how Louis is. He loves his eldest son more than anything in this life. How about he shares his love amongst them three.
"Why are you here, Maxwell?" Ellis found his voice. What kind of a son is he? He and Maxwell have never been on the same page for years.
The boy detest him. He doesn't want to see him nor get excited when he sees him. Once he wondered if they were enemies in their previous life.

Before Ellis could say anything, a voice came from the rear end "Don't blame our kids, Ellis. They only want to be recognised and have their real identity. Just give it to them and it will be over"
Heads turned and eyes glared at the woman who just spoke. She's the kids' mother? Louis was furious. How dare Celina Delmark approve of her kids' idiocy?
Quickly, he placed Ethan in Pamela's hands. He needs to intervene and let the rest of the confusion be handled by the immediate family.
He went over and announced "Sorry everyone. This is unexpected. This is embarrassing and humiliating but I think we would have to handle it within the family circle.
I regret to announce that this party will have to come to an abrupt end. Sorry for this unexpected turn out of events. Thanks for coming.." Louis dismissed everyone.
There was murmuring, grumbling and people throwing a ghastly stare at the family. Both Elli and everyone with him. This is shameful.
Louis knew he had to be ready to delete a lot of social media posts. The scandal will be second to none in Hilton City the next morning.
It will begin with him and Fred Meyer over Pamela. Now his dad's scandal also came up. This is really going to make amazing headlines the next morning.
He looked around and saw Romeo. Nothing that is happening there is new to him. He knew of Ellis Hayden's unfaithfulness and his illegitimate affairs and kids.
Louis gave him instructions and that was it. In a few minutes, Everyone had left and Pamela wanted to leave but Louis held her.
"Don't leave. Stay with me" he requested. Pamela turned to Alyana and she understood. She went out and waited in the car for the princess.
Louis glared at his siblings and asked "Did you know that we were partying with some important dignitaries?" His gaze on Maxwell in particular.
"Yes, brother," Maxwell replied flippantly. What has the meeting and partying has to do with them? In fact he likes it that they came at such an auspicious hour.
"I am not your brother. Call me President Hayden" he snapped at him before continuing "you think this is the best time to bring your miserable selves here?" He demanded.
He glared at them both. His eyes threw daggers at the siblings. He doesn't like senseless adventure that is characterized by youthful exorbitance.
"Watch your words brother, I have zero tolerance for nonsense" Maxwell retorted sharply and glared at his brother with the same furious stare that he glared at him with.

Pamela was dazed. Did this boy just talk to Louis just now? Ordering him to watch his words?
Before anyone could think of cautioning Maxwell that the one that should watch his words was him, they heard an echoing sound of slap and when they looked, the sound came from Maxwell's chin as a result of Louis hitting him.
"Louis Hayden!!!" Celina Delmark bellowed in rage.
