Sara arrived at the hospital and was surprised to see Michael sleeping next to Nora with his hands wrapped around her.
She cleared her throat and the moment she did, Michael fell to the ground. She tried so hard to hold her laughter but she couldn't.
Nora glared at her and Sara signaled to her that she was sorry but she didn't stop laughing.
"Are you okay?" Nora asked Michael. Michael stood up and stretched his body and immediately the bones at his back cracked, he nodded.
"I see you have finally succeeded in winning her heart." Sara told Michael but he didn't respond to her. She turned to Nora, "Where is Diego and Kelvin? I was expecting to see them here and not..." she rolled her eyes at Michael.
"Diego went back to San Fransisco and Kelvin... I have no idea where he is." Nora replied.
"Diego is gone?"
Nora nodded. "I think he had some things to do there. I wasn't told the whole story."
Sara went closer to Nora and hugged her. "Are you okay?" she asked. Nora thought Sara was talking about her health so she nodded but Sara shook her head. "I meant are you okay getting back together with Michael. You know you have a choice to refuse..."
Nora smiled and hugged Sara. She pulled away from her slowly and nodded. "Michael is a changed person now," She looks at Michael who was standing afar off. "I still love him, Sara."
"How do you think Kelvin would feel? He has been trying endlessly to win your heart."
"I can't accept his feeings for me when my heart is with another. All I am going to cause him is more pain and I don't want to do that. He has done so much for me to repay him with such evil."
Sara sighed. She got up and went over to Michael and she gave him a piece of her mind. "I want you to know that I am only accepting you because she already has accepted you. If you break her heart again..." She showed him her clenched fist. "...I know how to use this."
Michael held Sara's hands and said, "I know how much you love her and I know that I can't love her as much as you do but one thing I can promise you and everyone that has stood by her is that I won't hurt her...ever again."
Sara looked at him and she could tell that he is being sincere. She turned to meet Nora. "Is he taking you home?" Nora nodded. "Do you need me to come with you?"
Nora smiled. "You think he is gonna hurt me?"
"I still don't trust him," she whispered to her.
"I will be fine."
"You are sure?"
"Hmm."
"Okay. I will put a call through to Kelvin to know where he is."
"Okay."
Sara glared at Michael before leaving the ward.
Michael walked up to meet Nora and sat down beside her. "Is she always this overprotective?"
Nora pulled his face closer and asked, "Are you scared?"
Michael pulls her close and pecked her lips. "As long as you are here with me, I am not."
Nora smiled and placed her head on his chest.

Kelvin was in a bar drinking and wallowing in his sadness. Just when he thought about giving love a chance, this had to happen. "More glasses." He drunkingly told the bartender who served him two more glasses. Kelvin grabbed the glasses and gulped the content inside on at a time.
He was about to order for another one when his phone rang. He picked up his phone and saw that the caller was Sara, he turned the phone upside down on the table and ordered for more glasses.
His phone continued buzzing and he got frustrated and picked the call. "What do you want?"
Sara could tell from the sound of his voice that he was sad and he is probably somewhere drinking. "Where are you? I just left the hospital and Nora told me you had gone."
"Leave me alone, Sara." He ended the call before Sara could say another word.
"Can I...have...two...bottles of vodka?"
The bartender was getring worried already but he didn't want to say anything so he handed Kelvin the two bottles of Soda he requested for.
Kelvin opened the bottle and he drank from the bottle. He gulped everything in the bottle. He was about to take the next one when someone collected the bottle from him and returned it back to the bartender.
"How can you continue serving him drinks in this condition?" she asked the bartender in rage.
She sat down beside Kelvin and she could see how helpless he was. "Kelvin," she called his name.
"Oh, It's Nora's friend." He said with a smile on his face. "She is cute." he touched her face but Sara held his hands.
"You are drunk, I need to take you home," She tried to lift him up but Kelvin didn't stand up.
"Why doesn't she like me?" He pulled his hand away from her grasp. Sara sat down to listen to him. "I have tried everything... I have proved...my love to her, why doesn't she see it?"
"Kelvin...Nora is happy now. I have never seen her smiled so brightly ever since the whole incident. Michael brought back her smile. This was something we couldn't do."
"But I am willing to try... I know that I can if she just gave me a chance."
"You have got to move on Kelvin, just like Nora did. You will find someone that would love you and it won't be one-sided. All you just need to do is forget about Nora and move on with your life."
"I don't think anyone can make me fall in love," he smirked.
"What if there is someone willing to take that chance?" Kelvin looked at Sara for a while but he said nothing. "I think it is time for you to go home."
This time Kelvin allowed himself to be pulled. She paid the bartender his money and took Kelvin to his car. She collected the car key from him and helped him to get to the back seat. She got to the driver's seat, started the engine and zoomed off to his house.
