For the first time in what seemed like forever...our family of four sat at the dining for a dinner jollof rice and roast chicken with salad chatting away ignorantly at the don't eat and talk rule...nepa had deemed it necessary to give us light so we can see our mouth while eating
" honey this food is delicious " dad said tearing a piece of chicken drumsticks as he complimented mum's dinner which we had a hand in helping

Weekend was amazingly awesome ever since dad got back...we always had dinner together and even breakfast and lunch since everyone was likely to be at home...the joy of having to come together was what mum saw as something different unlike any other day...well Saturday and Sunday was a whole lot of fun
We went on picnics, pleasure park, shopping, and eateries....dad's coming home was worth it...and while suzy got a new IPhone 11, I got an apple laptop as a gift from dad...
Now this was my perfect weekend full of zero worries and 100% fun

I walked back from the staff room...that was the most dreaded place for students but for me I didn't give a shit. I walked in and after a few questions and random talk...I happened to be his best student....so you know I'm not dumb . He gave me a few books to share to the class.
I walked passed the ss3 class taking a quick peek in to see Andrew laughing fault with his cute circle of friends like Damien and co. My mind had wandered over to Helen and Andrew together...I felt my stomach knot into a tie...it was churning to think about it
