Next came Laine's attack. The White Wolf Knight's Warhammer glowed with golden light, crashing down on the Scorpion-tailed Lion's head.
Skull Shattering Strike!
"Aroo!" In the nick of time, feeling the extreme danger, the Scorpion-tailed Lion barely escaped the frozen state. It twisted its head away, enduring Laine's heavy blow to its shoulder, and leveraging the great force of the White Wolf Knight, pounced at Alfred, its tail's poisonous sting soaring high over its head, stabbing directly toward the Paladin's head.
The old strength had faded, the new strength had not yet arisen, coupled with the fact that the Paladin is not a nimble profession, Alfred immediately invoked Divine Art.

Teresa approached, the female sorcerer extending her Magic Staff to release dreadful frost from a distance beyond the Scorpion-tailed Lion's maximum attack range. The demon slowly turned into a solid ice sculpture, and Alfred first decapitated the Scorpion-tailed Lion with a single stroke, then Laine arrived, swung his Spiritual Blade, and severed the Scorpion-tailed Lion's tail from its body.
"Done! We've preserved its body quite well, Lady Dietlinde should pay us a good price!" Laine laughed.
"Let's wrap up! Let's wrap up!" The golden ring surrounding Alfred vanished, and the Paladin cheerfully sheathed his sword, placed his shield on his back, and stretched: "It's been years, Laine, you've become so strong!"
