Ye Qing was sitting downstairs at Das Group's building, having spent half an hour reading through the entire project proposal from start to finish.

The project at Das Group had a budget of just thirty thousand yuan; it was indeed a very small project. For such a proposal, it took Ye Qing just a few minutes to form a complete plan in his mind.
Ye Qing ran to a nearby kiosk to buy a pen, without having paper, so he wrote his entire plan on the back of the previous proposal.
In twenty minutes, he had completely written down the proposal. Glancing at his watch, it was only half-past three, half an hour before the scheduled time.
With the proposal in hand, Ye Qing entered the planning department of Das Group again; Liu Yuan was idly sitting in his office when he suddenly saw Ye Qing, and couldn't help but be stunned.
